per the prevailing scheme of the Wirlpool company, the dealer had given
me a gift voucher no.W-204214 of Reebok Shoes on purchase of AC.
Since the day of purchase of AC, I am in constant contact and follow
up with Reebok outlets as well with Wirlpool officials in Ahmadabad.
But they are not arranging my required size (No. 07) of the said shoes.
I have infromed the situation to both Wirlpool and Reebok company many
times. But, both the companies are totally neglecting this issue. Many
customers like me are facing the troubles.

grievance. When a product is appearing on the site and I paid for that,

Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a insured LG Mobile Model T310i on 3rd May 2011 from
Venkateshwara Enterprises outlet Bangalore and on 21st June 2011 its
stolen from BMTC bus. Next day i lodge a complain in Madiwala police
station and blocked sim card and got a replacement after that as
per shopkeeper advise i went to LG Customer Care Center "Jayanagar
4th Block, Bangalore" and they given me United India Insurance
claim form and asked me to send with all required documents to United
India Insurance Office New Delhi.
On 25th June i send all required documents (Police
Station Attested Application, Police Receipt, Invoice and Reliance Sim Card
replacement Slip) by Speed Post and its delivered as per record
on 27th June 2011.
After waiting almost three weeks today i called on United India Insurance
Office on 011-26439984 and they told me that they are now not providing LG
Mobile insurance as there agreement was till March 2010. I am shocked if
United India Insurance is right then how Customer care people provided me
their form and asked me to send on given address.
I am mentioning all the details below and please consider it important and
do the need full ASAP.

I bought an electronic ignition 4 burner gas stove on Jun
26th (still in warranty period) from quilon. Right from the time it
was bought, its burner is giving problems.

Over the last 1 month, I have been trying to lodge a
complaint with your customer care (0484-33441111). Every time one rings up, it
gives the reply – “please check the number you have dialed”.

Thereafter I found out your agencies no. at kollam- 0474-2752205
and lodged a complaint last Saturday, 29th oct. till now nobody has
attended the complaint. Today they are saying that they will attend the complt.
only on 03 nov.

Today 01 nov, I rang up a cochin no. shown as the
service centre no. in the net- 0484-2359422. All were very happy to give the standard
reply that customer care no. is 0484-33441111. When I said that am getting the
message “please check the number you have dialed”, over the last 1 month,
people were not prepared to believe. They hung up rudely asking me to dial the
same no. again.

Please attend the
complaint in 24hrs from now failing which am going to the consumer court. If any
accident happens in my household because of the faulty gas-stove, I’ll
file it against Prestige.

When I approached your centre for the complaint of the over noise at the receiver end , it was rectified within 1 hr. But after 3 to 4 days the network problem raised again.. When I approached your centre on 1.10.2011 again, I was informed that the board of the mobile is on fault and u told me that the mobile will be forwarded to delhi to rectify the problem. After the lapse of 15 days (on 15.10.2011 saturday ), I received the cell from your centre .At that time itself i was not satisfied with your service and the same as acknowledged
in your work order form.
I deeply regret to inform u that on the SAME DAY itself my cell is totally not working. I visited your office on 18.10.2011 (as sunday n monday was a holiday) and i was informed that they agree with the present condition of my cellphone and promised me that they would forward the matter to Delhi office so that it could be solved.I regret to inform u that till date there has been no response to my problem.Today on 29.10.2011 they have provided me with an another work order no 12744.
Since I bought a mobile of FLY brand with a hope that it will be a good one. But now i feel that i have a bought a china mobile . Hence I request

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in regards to the
repair done to my Whirlpool-fully automatic (top load) washing machine
on 18/07/11 against the complaint no AH 0711011265. Since the engineer
has given an estimate of 2400/- for repair of motor and the visiting
charges, we agreed to repair the wash machine. Now after 3 days of
repair again the wash machine stop working and we again placed a
complaint. Complaint no AH 0711016014.
Yesterday (25/07/11) engineer done the visit and informed us that there
is a leakage in wash machine so there will be an additional expense of
3000/-.
If we were informed in the first visit itself that there
is an expense of 5000/- + then we would not have gone for repair for a
washing machine which is more than 8 years old.
Either the engineer has not deducted the leakage in the first instance or the leakage happened only after the repair work done.
Now
as a customer we are in a catch 22 situation as washing machine is not
working after spending 2400/- last week and it will not be feasible for
us to do additional repair work on a washing machine which is more than 8
years old. We have agreed to repair in first visit because it was found
viable to do the repair work for around 2000/-.
Kindly look into it and help.

There was some issues in the water motor which circulate the water during the wash. On 10th September, 2011, we lodgged the complained and Engineer GULFAM KHAN visited
on 13th Sep 2011 and examined the washing machine. He opened up the machine parts. Before he opened up, there was only the motor issue and the machine was working perfectly fine.
After opening up he starts saying that the dryer cover will be changes and charge will be 680 Rs which is not under AMC. We were surprised that in the machine everything was ok and he opened
up
some parts of dryer and showing that the dryer is not working. We told that this was working till yesterday but Then he walk out from home and told that he will get the water circulating motor and the dryer cover. We keep telling
him that this was fine but he does not understand.
After 13th Sep visit i keep calling everyday to the Whirlpool customer care for 6 days and they keep telling that they are sending a SENIOR ENGINEER to visit but no one has visited.
Now I have the following complained regarding this and I am filing the report in CONSUMER COURT.
1. Who is responsible of the damage done my service engineer in dryer which was fine before he opened up the machine?
2. It is almost 9 days after complained. Is this right that the service will be done in 10-15 days.
3. Ate least the machine should be working fine as earlier. except the water circulating motor which needs to be changed.
4. Nobody care even i am calling from last 9 days like a made. I keep telling the details of the problem. you can check the recorded conversations.
So for me taking the above issues in consideration, the only option is to go to CONSUMER COURT and get the reimbursement
of the problem for delay, making the machine faulty and mental harassment.

I have purchased TWO Voltas
air-conditioned machines before three years. The compressor warranty
period is five years. One of my AC machine has stopped giving cooling
and so I complained to Voltas service centre and found they reported me
that the compressor is out of order. The company is ready to replace the
compressor but asking for Gas refilling and misc. charges which is
appx. 2571/-
My argument is….
1. The Gas problem is outcome of Compressor problem.
2. The second machine is working in good condition which has not a gas problem.
I am ready to pay the Gas charges. The amount of Rs. 2671 is not much problem but my feeling is,
A supplement problem of main problem should also covered under warranty.
I
wish that it should be brought in to the notice of the company. Since
TATA is a very good company, I do not want to spoil their good brand
image by this just a small complaint. Kindly do not bring this complaint
to public knowledge.

complaint 29th Apr'11 that Induction cooker was found broken inside and
it was got replaced after couple of follow up with Hyderabad - AVA Shop -
merchandiser at Shamshabad Airport. Mr Siva , who run the Hyderabad -

Once I had put the set to work , it was having
techincal problem and not working. The Milk option to heat the ,milk
was also not coming . Again reported the problem with call center and
again Mr Siva of Hyrderabad merchandiser has assured to send his person
with a new set but even new set was also having the similar problem.
I
had escalated the case to Mr Siva again and their head office - delhi ,
Mr Harmeet. But third time also they send the defected set of Induction
heater which was having technial issue with the product. Then I had
gone to Hyderabda airport and check couple of pieces there and
understand that all pieces have techincal issue in the Induction cooker
and it was not working with flat base or any other utensil and machine
gives alway EO - error which confirm no utesil on the machine !! later
Mr Sive had escalate the problem to their own company to Sr. officiers
and then spoken to Mt Harmeet singh again and he assured to resolve the
case and look after defected product. But inspite of many follow up and
repeated complaints AVA Merchansising has never accept their fault and
not ready to solve the issue too. I had requested them to take back

of Rs.350.00 again on 24th June faced some software problem again
reported to them and they have formatted the mobile which has destroyed
my all data and telephone number.This time the technician damage one of
switch when reported to him then he replied at present doesn't have that
the day we will get we will inform you now 10 days are already passed.

Under the said scheme, I received
a "Jumbo 34 Flat CTV MODEL 8600QS" & a bond of "PLASMA
32(81cm) Entitlement Certificate", as
guarantee for ONE PLASMA 32(81cm) TV after maturity period of 35 months from
the date of purchase. As per the terms and conditions of the bond, I am
eligible to get a 32” (81cm) Plasma TV.
In this regard, I received a
letter (serial no. 20577) from Videocon industry, informing about maturity of
the said bond. With regards to the same,
I would like to seek some clarification on certain points.
1) The Letter mentions that, I
need to pay Rs. 16,990/- extra to have a 32" Plasma TV with HDMI, AV IN
facility with Remote Control.
As per my understanding of terms
and condition mentioned in the bond provided by Videocon, nowhere it has been specified/clarified
that, which kind of configuration/features will be provided at the time of
maturity. Now, If it has not been clarified previously, why shouldn't I expect
a latest model of Plasma 32" TV with HDMI, AV in facility with Remote
Control and all latest features being provided by other companies now a days,
without bearing any additional cost?
2) The Letter mentions to pay Rs.
4980/- towards Tax in India.
I would like to know the basis of
the amount on which the sum has been derived.
3) The Letter also mentions to
pay Rs. 400/- towards wall mounting stand & installation and Rs. 700/- for
Table top stand.
In the said bond, nowhere it has
been mentioned that other than Tax, I need to pay any such amount. However,
wall mounting stand and table top stand should be part of standard TV
deliverables/peripherals. It can't be provided separately. So, I may not need
to pay any extra amount towards these stands.
In regard to the above matter, I
had a chat with your customer care executive (Ms. Ashwini - Coordinator, Videocon,
Ph: 02431-251887) on 23rd June 2011; 12:54 PM. She informed me that,
1) Videocon is not producing
PLASMA TVs anymore as PLASMA technology is outdated nowadays. Further, Videocon
will import the Plasma TV and the same will be delivered to me within 2 or 3
months. Whereas, as per bond I am supposed to get only Videocon plasma 31"
TV within 30 days of the claim.
2) She denied saying that, Videocon
has specifically committed only basic model of plasma TV, whereas nowhere such
thing is mentioned in the bond.
Further, she rudely responded
that, I should write to the management about these issues and she will not answer any of my questions, which she is bound to
reply as a customer care officer.
Please provide clarifications at
earliest and also let me know that, whether I will receive my 32" Plasma TV
with HDMI, AV in facility with Remote Control and all latest features or not???
Also let me know your views on my comments.

found broken. I had inform the AVA SHOPping - call center and register
complaint 29th Apr'11 that Induction cooker was found broken inside and
it was got replaced after couple of follow up with Hyderabad - AVA Shop -
merchandiser at Shamshabad Airport. Mr Siva , who run the Hyderabad -
Merchandiser - Ph
Once I had put the set to work , it was having
techincal problem and not working. The Milk option to heat the ,milk
was also not coming . Again reported the problem with call center and
again Mr Siva of Hyrderabad merchandiser has assured to send his person
with a new set but even new set was also having the similar problem.
I
had escalated the case to Mr Siva again and their head office - delhi ,
Mr Harmeet. But third time also they send the defected set of Induction
heater which was having technial issue with the product. Then I had
gone to Hyderabda airport and check couple of pieces there and
understand that all pieces have techincal issue in the Induction cooker
and it was not working with flat base or any other utensil and machine
gives alway EO - error which confirm no utesil on the machine !! later
Mr Sive had escalate the problem to their own company to Sr. officiers
and then spoken to Mt Harmeet singh again and he assured to resolve the
case and look after defected product. But inspite of many follow up and
repeated complaints AVA Merchansising has never accept their fault and
not ready to solve the issue too. I had requested them to take back
their defected set and refund me my money back ie

15-04-2011 from Ambala cant.After that I faced keypad and camera issue
in the mobile so i went to Nokia care ambala cant to get it checked on
21st April 2011.Nokia care did some software changes in the mobile and
returned the mobile.But after these software change same issues
increased into mobile so I again visited Nokia care ambala cantt and
they sent mobile to Nokia head office for repairing purpose.Mobile
returned thrice from the company but issue wasn't resolved.According to
Nokia care ambala mobile was updated with higher version of operating
system thats why its taking so much of time.Now it has been almost 3
months today .I called on the nokia care help line and the said mobile
cannot be repair by
nokia cause its updated with some higher version of software.I explain
them that this up gradation was done by Nokia care center ambala
cantt.In reply they said we have confirmed Nokia care ambala and they
are saying that it wasn't done by their side.No nokia is saying that you
can take away ur mobile but it cannot be repair.Its very irresponsible

Message: Hi I would like to file a complaint againt the "Reliance Resq" Digital Service Center of Reliance Digital. I
purchased a Hitachi Window Ac on Date : 19/04/09 and purchased a
extended AMC for 1 year from period 19/04/2010 to 19/04/2011. Also, I
have renewed the AMC for 1 year from 19/04/2011 to 19/04/2012 for Rs
1572 (Cheque No #096717 HDFC Bank)
I have logged a complaint of AC problem, not cooling due (which
could be due to gas problem, on 26th Apr 2011 (Complaint Number#
8001059126) and for 7 days I have to make numerous call at the support
center to know the progress on the issue. On 28th Apr 2011, a technician
visited & told us that there is a GAS problem (which we already
know) and it needs to be refilled and there will be another technician
visiting us on 29th Apr 2011 for the same.
Till date, 2nd May 2011, I have made 8 to 10 call to confirm the
time of the engineer visit and Mr. Nitin Shukla kept telling me that the
engineer is on his way and it will be fixed today it self. This
is not the first time, I am getting such pathetic services, earlier
complaint number #999992 (which was logged on 19th Mar 2011 and it was
resolved on 28th Mar 2011).
Kindly advise and assist as filing this complaint.

This is with regards to my videocon split AC that I have
recently purchased, the details of which are as under.
Invoice no.1797............Dated 31-03-2011.......Dealer Bhanudeep
Electrovision, Bhandup.....Compressor no.310410510132000236.
Since the day of purchase I have been facing problems. To begin with, it worked
for only 2 days & thereafter there was no cooling. We registered a complain
with the customer care, complaint no.MUM1104110499, Dated,11/4/11 & after about four days a
technician came to repair the AC.
After this repair the AC worked for another 7 days & again the cooling
stopped.We again registered a complaint, no.MUM2504110236 dated, Again after 3 days a
technician came,Mr.Shailesh Shetty, & he reported that someone would
come the next day to repair the AC. Then after another 3 days Mr. Shetty came
back again & said the Ac would have to be taken to the work shop for
repairs, & he uninstalled the AC. Now after that almost 6 days passed &
there was no response from anyone. Finally after 6 days some transport came
& toook the AC away. Now it has been again 3 days & I have not heard
from anyone!!
What was the use of me buying this AC if I had to waste about a month in the
summer heat? I brought this AC for my office & from the day of purchase I
have been able to use the ac for only 8 working days!!!
When I asked the serviceman, that since this was obviously a defective piece I
should get a replacement he straight denied & said that it would not be
possible.
What does the gaurantee & warranty mean? Is it that I have to buy a
defective product havin paid the full price?
Please look into the matter urgently & provide me with a replacement ASAP.
THis is the first time I have used Videocon product & i find it very sad
that the company is treating its customer like this.
Pls observe that the AC HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FROM DAY ONE!
In case of no action I would be forced to contact the constumer redressal cell.

the customer care of Kodak but I want the replacement of this camera, I
can not compromise with using a repaired model at a very initial stage
then they said we have forward your complaint to concern department you
will get call from our department within in 24 hours. But I have not
received any call from star CJ Today 21st April 2011 I again call and
they said you have to wait for 48 hours. In such a situation I
have only one option to complaint this fraudulent act to the consumer

received a call by eng that he cant come to visit cause he know the
problem comes due to the part (SMPS) required in it and he'll orderd it
today on 12/04/11 and it'll takes atleast 3 days and today morning i
have received a call by lg service centre who confirmed me that the part
will replaced by the 1/04/11 but the senior eng mr lokesh they did not
know the actual problem he'll replace the part but not sure about the
reason by which the above problem is comes in his words no problems coms
on the visited time..
and when i told to replace the pcs he refuesed to do the same.
rs 21000/- is not a small money i am facing so much problen withing 3 months why i believe on LG . its worst servives.
i simply want replacement or refund with interest.
I called them several times, but they have no other reply or not a proper solution.

I am one of the esteemed
customer to have purchase a Videocon A/c from PCH Ezone from Kukatpally
Branch in Hyderabad. This is to bring to your notice that below said
product Videocon A/c Model No. VGS53 was displayed at the showroom for
Rs.23,500/- whereas the actual price of the product as per your website
is Rs.23,190/-. Inflated price was displayed at the showroom.
Also when asked for best price quoted Rs.23000/-.
Felt happy for the quotation as it was a saving of Rs.500/- for me
unaware that the actual price of the product is Rs.23,190. After coming
to know the actual price I feel that the deal was not worthy. Apart from
the product price I was asked to pay service charge of 2% on credit
card purchase which as per my knowledge has to be borne by the merchant.
Interestingly I was even asked to pay Rs.200/- for getting the product
delivered at my doorstep. I really wonder how such big showrooms wont
maintain any vehicle for delivery. After sales service or other
facilities are not taken care by the dealer. Every means to earn few
extra bucks are offered. Selling at it worst best. Negotiation started on wrong note and price offer not good.
Thirdly, as per your website Videocon has
been running a Gold Cup Offer for the World Cup was not offered to us
nor told to us. Came to know about the campaign only through your
website. Why was I not a part of the offer. How can I be a part of the offer.
The above mail is to bring to your
notice of the dealers mis-selling tactics and cheap offers to attract
customers. I feel cheated and I am not happy with the deal.

through the bill no. 1670 in packed condition . by paying an amount of RS 13000. It
is a matter of great regret to say that after reaching home I found
that the same washing machine was an old and defecting one which had
been used as a display model by the shopkeeper for a long time. The
washing machine has many scratches on its body at many places, the main
powerplug is cut and damaged severely damaged.
As soon as I came
to notice of it I lodged a complain to the dealer as well as customer
helpline 07716000855 on 1st March 2011 and onwards for many times but in
vain. Moreover the dealer concerned behaved very rudely and show no
willingness to take any responsibility for knowingly supplying the
defective washing machine arguing that its the duty of the customer to
check the condition of the supplied goods and hence he owes no

0311000618) I have also lodged similar complain to the customer relation

after 10 days.Before1 month during the running condition the washing

which were fitted with it plus it also burnt the items which were nearby
the machine. After complain to consumer cell only the machine was
replaced by the company against my demand for the machine plus other
damage i have suffered.Since than i had called number of times to the
consumer cell representative but there is no positive reply from the
company representatives. Sir. due to the above discribed
incident I had suffered a lot as i could not use the machine for around
20 days. Further it has caused me lot of mental herrasment in
complaining several times to the company, as I had called various
agencies in the company number of times. Further it caused me lot of financial damage also. List is as following 1. Clothes worth 10000/- 2. Aqua appliance worth 1800/- 3. washing machine cover 300/- 4. Shoes and other things which were nearby to machine worth 5000/- 5. Damage to the building due to fire 5000/- You
are requested to resolve this issue as early as possible.and further I
request you to give me the copy of the investigation which was carried
out by your company representatives at my residence.This will help me in

haven't updated the warranty on Hp official site. When I recently
visited one of their service centre on 28th feb 2011, they informed me
to contact Rt outsourcing whereas when i contacted hp on phone said
through bill service center itself can update the warranty, which didn't
happened. Then i contacted Rt outsourcing, after 20 days of
communication via phone they refused to update the warranty and after a
long verbal debate he shouted and humiliated me various times. I
contacted Hp through E-mails, they even clearly closed the matter after
saying contact the reseller in short we can't do anything and closed the
incident.
I want to know where i stand and what should be the
next step. please do help me as it is not a matter of money only, it's a
matter of being cheated and humiliated by them.

wrote an email to Samsung asking for a specific blu ray player which is
Region free. In their email on 17/01/2011 Samsung acknowledged my email
being transaction No 2005872842. Subsequently one of their persons from
Delhi By name Mr. Manish spoke to me that all the blu ray player in
India is region restricted and after buying the same can be made region
free. On this basis, on 06/02/2011 I bought Samsung 3D Blu Ray player.
As it is region restricted – Region C – and I rent Blu Rays some of
which are ‘A’ Region – I sent in email on 06/02/2011 seeking their help
to change the blu ray region to ‘region free’. Accordingly they have
sent some Engineer – Mr.Rajkumar. He visited on 09/02/2011 and after
some changing of codes he said the blu ray player was converted into
region free. However I could not check it because I did not have any
region ‘A’ Blu rays. Subsequently, on 11/02/2011 I rented a blu ray ‘A’
Region. It was not working. I therefore contacted Mr. Rajkumar and
informed him that ‘A’ Region blu ray is not working. He again came to my
residence on 14/02/2011 and again tried to change some codes. But he
could not change the region code. Now I have wasted a sum of Rs.28000
because they said after purchasing the blu ray player Samsung company
will change it to region free. I have already given several emails to
them but not even acknowledged. I have evenemailed that I will be
constrained to take it up with consumer forum. But even for this they do
not reply. I therefore request you kindly do the needful.

Confirmed through customer care executive(DELL) on 1/09/10 that dell
has received the cancellation mail and are in process to get the
approval of cancel the order. 7. Confirmed through customer care
executive(DELL) on 3/09/10 that dell has put the hold on the order and
it will not be dispatched and we will take 25-30 days for refund of full
amount of rs. 35910. 8. Ordered delivered on 8/09/10 without any intimation, as against the procedure of order written online.
No reply from customer care and salesperson for calls and emails.
9.
Partition cannot be created on hard disk, Roxio and office 10 is not
functioning to its fullest. (No prior information was provided regard
the same)
I request dell to take back the desktop and return my full amount.
I also wish to claim for compensation as my basic rights of consumer was not taken care.

matter and submitted the handset with job order no:1343 to the service
centre.They have taken the mobile and daily they are saying you will get
it tomorrow. Its now more than one month till that complaint but still I
have not got the repired mobile set back nor any kind of replacement. I
am a working man and I have very tensed and harassed without mobile
set. Kindly take the appropriate action so that I can get the
replacement of the set or the repaired set as well as compensation for
the harassment for the duration.

Respected Sir, The undersigned has a claim submission. I
am a resident of Palakkad, Kerala. Last year from Mumbai I had
purchased a mobile handset of Samsung make, which is having an all
India, guarantee. Over
the period, there were lot of quality issues in the product, which has
been repaired by the local Samsung authorized service center. But the
quality is too poor, against which I have taken up with Samsung for
replacement and compensation, but they have disagreed. I
have called up with the District consumer redressal forum for taking up
this case, but is being told that since the purchase is in Mumbai, they
may not be able to take the case here. Please
note that this is a an all India warranty case and with Samsung being
a global company, there should be no reason for defining boundaries of
states as I am being advised. Could
you please clarify as to how this could be addressed, as I may not be
able to file a case in Mumbai for this, owing to travelling and other

the area manager Mr Anal Goswami but the situation remained same. I
like to know the means and ways to get my toaster serviced/replaced and

last night I charge it completely, they ask me to keep cell in charging
for 6 hour because it's a new mobile. that time i don't know that there
is battery problem also. They replace my mobile because of camera
problem, but they not replace battery and memory card, within one week I
come to know that my cell have Zero battery backup, again i went to
shop where i purchase this mobile but they said i have to go Nokia
Service Center.
I went to Nokia Service Center (Star
Electronics Bangalore), they kept my mobile for 1 day & said there
is Software problem in my mobile. After servicing problem was same.
After 4 days I again went to Nokia Service Center (Star Electronics)
they replace my battery and ask me to keep mobile in charging for 8
hour for 3 Days because it's a new battery, but after 4 days situation
is still same.
I am struggling with this mobile like any
thing.If i go to sell this mobile hardly i will get 4000/- Rs where i
purchase this on 6900/-Rs. Now i don't know what to do, I can't struggle
with this Zero Battery backup mobile. Can you please help me, can i get
my money back.

Please note the following:
1. I have an existing annual maintenance contract for my Whirlphool Automatic Washing Machine.
2. I have logged a complain for non functional of my Whirlpool washing machine on 23/9/2010 ( Complain no. KL0910011153 ). Unfortunately my problem was not shorted out. Service engineer came to visit my place but he could not resolve my problem.
3. Although
it was not shorted out but unfortunately my complain was closed without
informing me. As per the advice of service engineer I have logged
another complain on 29/9/2010 ( Complain no.
KL0910014519 ). I was informed that a normal wire which is a part of
the washing machine is not available in the warehouse and it will be it
will dispatch to Kolkata shortly.
4. I
would like to inform you that till date my problem is not resolved and
my family is facing huge consequences because of this. I have two school
going kids and old ailing parents at home. Its nightmare to stay
without washing machine for so long. I have tried all means and ways to
bring it to the notice of Whirlphool and made repeated phone calls to
their office but could not drag any attention.
5. I would request you to kindly take the matter with the concerned authority of Whirlphool and help me on this.

receipt number issued was ICR No60-15073934. On the same day after they left
same problem occurred. Again on 16//09/2010 I complained again the complaint
number being 59419874. Till date no body bothered to attend. I had to buy
mineral water from outside. In
between I contacted twice their Bangalore service headquarters 080-30251549. As
usual though they they informed me that it will be taken care of nothing
happened. What is the procedure for complaint. I am residing at Chennai. My
Residential address is 19, Gomathi Street, Gomathi Nagar, Selaiyur, Chennai 73.
Unless somebody takes it to the Court these companies does not care about
indiviual customers tough they make alleged lofty claims about their products

I had taken my Ipod touch for a checkup as intermittently the screen
was getting locked, upon visiting the Apple Store located at Forum,
Bangalore, I was told my software would be re-installed at no cost.
After I handed over my IpoD I was told all the data would be lost, I
agreed and the service person connected my Ipod to the computer and did
something after a while I was told they do not have the required
firmware and asked me to take it home and connect it to iTunes which is
the software that comes with the Ipod and I was told if that does not
work to get it back. I took the Ipod which by now was in a bad shape and
connected it to my iTunes. The software told me the backup would not be
possible, So I took the Ipod back tot he store. In the store I was
treated to more lies I was told that the Ipod was working fine when then
gave it to me after talking to certain other people I was told they
will look the problem after a while I was told to Pay 4500 for the
replacement of the entire firmware, I do not know how they expect me to
play for something I did not do. Please help! |

Mangalore, Karnataka. We were made to understand the geyser had a warranty for
the inner container for 10 years. The geysers started leaking within a few
months and we got the inner tank replaced after a series of calls to one Mr
Hebbar who is supposed to be Marketing and Service Manager in Karnataka area.
Mangalore unfortunately has no service of the water heater. We were asked to
pay for the transport of the inner tanker to Bangalore. After the so called
repair of the inner container, the geyser has again started leaking
incessantly. Mr Hebbar is telling now that we are responsible to pack and send
the container to Bangalore completely with our effort. This is a clear violation
of warranty. Is there any recourse here ?a |

recommendation from the dealer, (M/s. Galaxy Fitness Shop rep. mr.
Rathnam) I have bought a 4-in-1 Treadmill (manual) from M/s. Galaxy
Fitness Shop, 123, First Floor, S I Plaza aka Plaza Centre, 129, G N
Chetty Road, Chennai 600 006 represented by Mr. Rathnam bearing Mobile
Number : 9840737670. I paid by Fund transfer from my ICICI Account for
Rs.11,000 nett the agreed price on 28th of August 2010. Material was
delivered without Bill or Cash memo, the same day and upon completing
installation, it was found to be done defective installaion and fram
with defective structure. After 3 or 4 days, they replaced one of the
wire that goes to the digital display. However, inspite of repeated
requests, they have not taken action in replacing the defective frame
which leads to improper placement of the leg of bottom frame.
This
creates lots a lots of noise and makes un-easy to use the equipment. In
addition, the synthetic track that runs moves to one side of the track
thus making it tight to walk or run on the track.
This has
caused sever stress to my knees and rendered the equipment un-usable.
Even after 20 days it is lying un attended by the supplier which is a
breach of sale agreement that says 1 yeary warranty.
I request
your gooself to intervene and get the machine returned to the vendor
with full-refund of Rs.11,000/- and an additonal compensation of
Rs.25,000. |

purchased a videocon refrigerator on 04.10.2009 from Shree Ram
Electronics, Shalimar Garden Extn.-II, Sahibabad. The Model No is VCL
313 IH-RDD , Sr. No. 144800668. It is warranted for any manufacturing
defects for one year from the date of purchase. But despite having
confirmed manufacturing problems with its auto defrost system and
thermostat by several technicians and service engineers of the company
while attending my complaints for stopping water leakage from the fridge
or replace it with a new one without manufacturing defects, the company
executives are simply buying time to let pass the one year period. I
have lodged several complaints rights since I purchased it
and followed up subsequently with different sets of service engineers
after they made some adjustments which infact led to breaking of one
small part as well , and
also lodged a written complaint more than a month back on company's e
mail addresses and also received calls in response but nothing is being
done to compensate me for the manufacturing defects in the company's
product despite their claims in their brochure. Details of date wise

Message: I have purchased LCD Bravia from sony authorized dealer on Feb'09. It got malfunctioned in Mar'09 and entire LCD pannel got replaced by service centre. Now
LCD pannel again got defective in Aug'10, i have registered complaint
through customer care and mail to sony care. Till now it was not
resolved. Sony service centre told me that your LCD pannel needs to be
replaced, i doubt this time it will be rightly replaced or not or if
this problem can come again.
LCD pannel is so expensive that i can purchase a new TV in that cost. Today
i have reached again to customer care and they have booked a new
complaint and when i asked them for the escalation matrix of sony india,
they refuse to give it to me.
I want to escalate this issue to the highest level of sony india so that
they are aware about the quality of products and services they are
offering here in India.

not repaired my handset, on their given dates on phone time to time I
visited six times but neither they are giving me my handset duly
repaired nor giving any definite reply. I have also contact the
Company’s consumer relation officer on phone they registered the
complaint and the reference no is MAYA760110910_1B on 4th Sept 2010. It
is a week is passed there is no response even from company office.
Sir,
you will kindly agree that major fault within 3 months show the poor
quality of the product and moreover warranty also given by the company
is meaningless when the service is not provided and is pending for 1
month.
Sir, I request you to please take steps to get redress my grievance so that my handset either replaced or repaired immediately.

I was not given any standby phone and was promised that my phone
will be returned within 14 days.Its been a month now and on repeated
phone calls and enquiry i get reply that the phone will be returned next
week.
I want you to look into this matter and return my phone after repairs as early as it can be.

Goregaon East dated 22/07/2010) to HT executive Mr Azim Ahmad.
I have not yet received the coupons. Even after repeated reminders by email and phone, I
have not got my coupons. I understand the coupons have been wrongly
delivered to some other person. HT neither issues me a coupon nor
refunds the money.

I wish to inform you that we had purchased IFB
washing machine few years ago ,we are paying A.M.C. charges every year since the
purchase BUt this IFB company has harrassed us very much since our machine is
out of order since 7th August 2010 .My complaint number is 4900450.

& Laundry expenses.
My Father &mother are senior
citizens,my wife is died due to cancer i have 2 small children .I go to work in
the morning at 9:00 am.
Despite my several calls to the company helpline

are the most useless employees of the company .I would like to
inform that Mr.srikant whose mobile no:9313778756 promised
me 5 times on 11th august,27th august,31st Aug,1st september & 3rd
september that we have received the motor which was in shortage which your
machine needs to change everytime he made false promised and assured that today
it will be done sir.BUt till date nothing has happened.
On 27th august i spoke 3 times with Mr.srikant and
he assured me that he will send the engineer on that day BUt he failed all his
promises.
I had to take more than 5 holidays from office
waiting for the engineer,which substantially put me loss in my salary
slips.
Whenever i called him i had to explain the whole
story again and again to him and he use to repeat the same excuse which he gave
me on 9th august.
I had also spoken to Mrs.Lalita on 10th august ,she
also assured me that we will get your machine repaired within next 2-3
days.
I would like to file a case against the company for
harrasing me mentally,& financially .Also for all the incoveniance
caused due to them for upto Rs.50,000/
Kindly do the need full and
oblige.ASAP.

installed in mid-june and by july end , the dvd player came out to be
faulty and burnt down .
I sent it for repair to the official service centre(charcho
electronics india pvt. Ltd) on 4th august and till today (5th september)
i have not received even a date as to when they'll return it . I sent
two mails to panasonic india regarding my complaint but they blatantlly
ignored my mail and no reply has been sent even now.

I purchased a Nokia 5030 on Feb' 2010, the product was fine till July' 2010 post which I had a 'Blank Display' screen on it. I took the phone along with the original bill to 'Nokia Care' where it was said as warranty expired. To my utter surprise a cell purchased on Feb' 2010 is taken as warranty expired. As per the Nokia Care, the retailer has either (a) sold an old mobile through a new bill or (b) purchased the mobile a year back and sold it now. Whatever the issue is, this is against the consumer rights and the same should ideally be brought into consideration of the Consumer Court.
I have already taken pain of arguing with the Nokia Care and X-Cite (the electronics store, ggn). I have been following up with the retailer since long but not getting any resolution so far.

Message: Sir, I Purchased a Top loading Samsung Washing Machine (Model No: MA88VPKEH/XTL; SER. No: W0815ZCQC00528L) on 6th May 2009 (INV No: 0130003370; TIN No: 28960106539) from Rajkamal Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (RK'S @ 36, Road No: 36; Jubilee Hills; Hyderabad) and the machine has been in the warranty period for 24 months from 06-05-2009. The Machine has been washing ok, except that it was leaking water very slowly and continuously from the side of the drum from the day it was installed. We thought that this could be due to chocking the water filter and trying to rectify the same repeatedly. When we realized recently that the leak is no more rectifiable, we filed a complaint through Samsung Help line 0n 30/07/2010 (Ref. No: 8411027870) and I received a SMS notification regarding my complaint. The service engineer (Mr. Praveen, Mobile No; 919246827395) came promptly within 2 days, checked the machine and informed that the component controlling the water inflow needs to be replaced, took the component and promised that he would replace it in 2-3 days. However, he did not make any entry in the machine’s user manual. I have been calling him every alternate/day and he tells me that the component has not yet arrived from the company. It is already 15 days after he took the component and upon calling he gives the same stoic reply. I tried calling even his higher-ups and the servicing center, but with no consequence. I even offered to handover the machine in their local servicing station (if needed) and requested for providing an alternative machine till my machine is repaired. They say that they have no spare machines and are helpless in the matter. Message: Horrified by the processes in HP,I am one of the utterly dissatisfied consumers of your Compaq Presario Laptops(details below). I purchased the laptop on 14th February,2009. A typical issue occurred with my laptop in the month of Januray. The laptop had the problem of Automatic Switch off. With no problem of heating, it used to get turned off as soon as I used to lift or sometimes even without it. Since then I have submitted the laptop eight times at the registered HP service center (Hp Service Center, RTE Outsourcing Services Ltd.,Sector 14, Old DLF Colony, Gurgaon , Haryana), but without any solution. In the latest instance, i.e on March 31st,2010, the engineer changed the mother board and assured me that the problem has been cured(Case ID:108360). But within 4 days, the problem recurred. So much so that I have stopped using the laptop altogether. The first time I had submitted the laptop, it was well in warranty, but the process of submitting and taking the laptop has made it out of warranty. I am strongly suspicious of a foul play. Dear All, I, Atul Kr. Agarwal myself had purchased an Air Conditioner (2 Ton) of Voltas Limited, V-gaurd stablizer and paid installation charges in advance to Electronic World, B-212, Super Mart, Part-1, DLF Ph-4, Gurgaon, Haryana on dated June 23, 2010 through swapping Credit card no XXXXXXXXXXXX0015 issued by ICICI Bank for an amount of Rs. 25,287/- (Twenty Five Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Seven Only) through invoice no 5609. Due to defective stapliser the same A.C. was installed at my residence on June 26, 2010 at 10:30 P.M. and at the time of installation it was found that A.C. was not working, I informed this matter to the dealer and Company (VOLTAS LIMITED though complaint no 10JU2600715 dated 27th June, 2010) mean while dealer send the services person of Voltas at my residence and they informed that that Air Condition machine do not contains any Gas and same was also mentioned by dealer in writing on back of the invoice on June 27,2010 invoice attached for your kind reference, and when I eagerly asked Electronic World to replace it with new one he deliberately refuses to replace it and said that it is a liability of a Company to provide after sales service and dealer is only authorised to sale the product to the customer and not liable to service if any manner. Since In my opinion I have paid the complete payment in advance to the Electronic world and A.C. which was delivered at my residence was a defective piece and dealer is not ready to replace the same, hence the sale cannot be considered as completed one. Further, mean while I requested ICICI Bank to reverse entry of payment against my credit card and on same basis bank had created "an dispute on transaction" and had reversed the same in my account today itself. I also talked with Mr. P.R. Sajimion (All India Service Head) on June 28, 2010 and instructed Mr. Ashok Kumar Hasejia, Regional Service head that they will replace the Air Conditioner on same day, further Mr. Ashok Kumar Hasejia confirmed me on 28th June that he will lift A.C and on the same It will be replaced by a fresh Peice but I regretly informed that he had only taken back the old piece from my residence and till today that is June 30,2010 he is not able to install a fresh piece at my residence. Therefore I request the Voltas authorities to take appropriate steps against above mentioned dealer and concerned responsible persons who being a Company Person and knowing complete history of case from very first moment of installation i.e. June 26, 2010. It is act of cheating done by Electronic World by sending a defective piece of A. C. with mallafied intention of not taking the same back. This is a clear-cut case of deficiency in service on the part of dealear as well as Company. Couple of months ago, while typing a message, my phone gave a foul burning smell and got a burn on the keypad, probably due to some over-heating or a short-circuit inside the pcb. I did immediately switch off my phone and did submit it to Ghatkopar Service Centre and did report all my problems. My Work-Order No. was SE310CS211231. They took my cellphone under warranty. And returned it to me within a week without changing the keypad and I feel they just did a software upgrade overlooking any hardware damage. On insisting to get my keypad changed, Mrs.Rajni from Vikhroli office assured me that she will get my keypad changed and will contact me within 15-20 days. After that, I was busy with ma exams which lasted a month. On visiting Vikhroli office on 28th June,10 having the same problems along with certain other issues, I was told that my phone cant be taken under warranty as there is some physical damage done to it. But I need to clear this, I havent done any physical damage to the phone. Some component of the phone got burnt and this resulted in the physical damage. I am not responsible for that damage. The engineer at the Vikhroli Office did open the cellphone in my presence and confirmed that something in the phone was burnt but was not sure how did that happen. As they were not taking my cellphone under warranty, I went to the Ghatkopar Office and got my cellphone submitted there and now my Work-Order No. is SE310CS211817. After almost an hour, i was called back to the Ghatkopar Office to take back my cellphone as it wont be covered under warranty. |

Message: Hi Sir/Madam, On 16th May 2010, I brought a Lenovo Laptop (Model: G560-59033805, Serial number CBQ1812823 ) from Reliance Digital Retail Limited, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon, Ph. no. 0124-44029121. In that place I couldn't check the sound system of the laptop due to noisy environment and also unavailability of songs except default loaded. They have a process of giving a demo to the customer before delivery of laptop but they didn't give the demo to me (I got to know it later). That's why I haven't signed in the paper that I satisfied. The next day when I checked the sound system of my laptop it was not working properly at high volume. After two day, I called to the Reliance RelianceresQ team they said go to the Lenovo service center first. I called to the Lenovo support center but they said fist check the sound system with external sound device, also download the latest software from the internet for sound; if the problem still persists,. you can call us for further assistance. After checked I got the fault, So I again called to the support center then they said go to the service station. I didn't have time thats why I had gone to the service station after 4 days. Their engineer found that there is manufacturing fault in the sound system. That's why I called to the Vendor reliance for replacement. A person named Dhanu picked the phone and said come here we will replace that laptop. When I reached there his Manager Asif Khan said we can't give you the new one. We will first send this to the manufacturer and you will get the new one after 15 day. Message: I have a Whirlpool refrigerator 285 litres which started to become inefficient in cooling when summer started. We lodged a complaint with whirlpool customer care on 01 April 2010 vide Complaint No DL0410000775. Their service personnel inspected the machine and we paid Rs 2800 in advance for repair done on 02 Apr 2010 which included change of timer, gas and some other things. The refrigerator worked for a short while but did not cool enough. As we we were out of station on a holiday from 13 Apr to 29 apr 2010 we lodged a complaint on 29 Apr 2010 vide complaint No DL0510004320. The service personnel again visited and changed some relay and placed a voltage stabiliser for which we paid Rs 2215. The refrigerator again worked for a few days without any major improvement in cooling and again and again we lodged complaints on different days vide our complaint nos DL041003558 and DL0510013055, when the service personnel would visit after varying time delays and would do some repairing or change something which would work unsatisfactorily for a few days only to go down again. Lastly when the refrigerator stopped cooling at all on 17 May 2010, we were unable to lodge a complaint on their customer care No due to some problem with their system. We sent a sms complaint to their customer care on the morning of 8 May 2010 with no response and eventually succeeded to lodge a complaint on 18 May 2010 vide complaint no DL0510020416. i bought a nokia n97 mini on 7th of may from delhi and i experienced a camera problem within 10days which forcefully made me to deposit the phone with nokia care(22nd may) after repeated reminders my phone reached hyderabad on 9th f june where in i was called to collect the phone and reach the phone was found faulty. The first complaint which I made to Hitachi service center (Toll Free No. 18002008585)was in the month of April 2010. Since then I am struggling to resolve this problem. Following are the details of the work carried by the Hitachi technicians so far.
1. In first visit of technicians from Hitachi,. Technicians checked the Refrigerator and said that there is gas problem in refrigerator and needs to be filled the gas again. He ensured that the problem will be resolved in 5 days. 2.Hitachi Technicians visited my place after 1 month ( in May ) to repair AC however the complaint was made to repair Refrigerator. I asked him to check the problem in refrigerator but he refused to check the problem in refrigerator and said that he is specialist in repairing AC only. He said that other Technician will visit the place soon to resolve this problem. After long 3 months we are still having the same problem and I have been continuously following the them to get this issue resolved, however i am unable to receive the response form them. I am struggling since last 3 -4 month to repair the fridge. If manufacturing company’s service centre can not rectify the problem than I don’t know who else will be able to rectify it.

Message: I have purchased One Set of Nokia E63 Handset on 28.05.2010. The said mobile handset had following defects: 1. Battery Charger is not working. 2. E63 mobile is getting hanged on certain occasion. 3. Main Menu is not displaying on certain occasion even on pressing Main menu button. On 29.05.2010 around 10:00 am in the morning I have approached the seller with these defects in my handsets. The seller agreed that E63 mobile handset of mine contains the defects and I have request to issue me DOA for the Handset and arrange for the replacement of the E63 handset. However on my request to replace the defective handset, the seller has started quarrel with me by saying all the handset of Nokia in E Series of mobile handsets contains the Problem No 2 and 3 mentioned above. Further he agreed to give new Mobile battery charger in place of defective battery charger. However i than approached NOKIA CARE CENTRE with the said problem. They have replaced only mobile charger. My efforts continued till 03.06.2010 for the replacement of my E63 handsets. On 03.06.2010, the seller had completely denied to replace my handsets in the beginning by saying he is not responsible for any defects in handset and he further added that if I want to replace my Handset, I shall sue Nokia India Private Limited as they have manufactured the Handsets. However on my further persuasions, the seller took wrong stand that as I have damaged the Outer Body of my handset, hence if I pay Rs. 500/- to him, he can arrange for my handset replacement. Message: I bought a Faber Chimney (Mars) in 2006 with Lifetime Warranty (HYD 0832478) and got it installed in October 2007. The Chimney developed some problem in April this year and I lodged a complaint with the service centre at Secunderabad (No. 9136). It took a lot of persuasion to get the technician to take a look at the chimney, which he did on 6 May 2010. He said the motor had to be replaced and promised to get the replacement in 20 days’ time. After waiting for a month, I started telephoning Faber’s Call centre and their service centre at Hyderabad. Finally, after nearly a week of constant telephoning, the same technician arrived, only to pretend that he had brought the wrong motor! He wanted one more week. My patience was wearing thin and my kitchen was getting dirtier by the day, I decided to mail my complaint to Faber’s Customer Care Unit. I sent a mail on 3 June wherein I hinted at approaching the Deccan Chronicle with my grievance if they failed to respond. That appeared to do the trick! I was promptly informed that my complaint would be attended to that very day itself. Unfortunately, nothing happened for days and kept calling them and mailing them to remind them about the complaint. The oftener I called, the more callous they grew, often putting my call on hold for several minutes and ignoring my mails. I was forced to seek the help of some other agency. Sir, Faber should not take its customers for a ride by charging them thousands of rupees for Lifetime Warranty when they are aware that their post-sale service is terrible. Moreover at the time of last service when I complained that the machine is making more noise as compared to my other LG Split AC. The engineer visited for the third service checked it and confirmed the same. He informed us that he is not technically sound thus will not be able to check the fault, and will advise service center to send another engineer. I kept on following up with LG Service Center - Kishika Temperatures and every time I was given an assurance that engineer will visit in a day or two. Lastly when I didn't got any favorable response, I thought of registering a complaint with LG customer care at 39010909. I registered a complaint on Wednesday 26th May'2010 evening at 17:20 Hrs, wherein I was assured that someone will call me within 2 hrs to fix-up an appointment and my complaint will be attended within 24 hrs. But to my surprise I got an SMS from LG customer care on thursday morning that my complaint is closed. I once again called up LG customer care and spoke to your customer care executive who once again registered a complaint and gave me the same assurance. Out of which i paid 10,000 Cash & asked for a EMI of 15,228. They Financed a loan from Shriram Finance company for 15,228. Based on my documents & verification, the company passed the loan. They said to give 12 Post dated cheques of 1269 with each one month to be cleared. I gave them the cheques. The Cheque cleared on the respective dates & i have documents to prove it. They have not updated their records & sent a notice on 02/01/2008 asking to pay 4708 for 3 installments & 1000 rs notice charges. I sent them a notice clarifying the details. They did not responded to my notice instead sent me another notice on 27/03/2010. I ignored the notice but now they are Harrasing me mentally & sending me hearing notice. Message: I bought a Kenstar Food Processor from Vijay Sales on Baner Road Pune. The date of purchase is 20/10/2009 and the product still lies in the warranty period. A couple of weeks ago, when I was processing Wheat Atta in the processor, lot of smoke started coming from the processor. I immediately made a complaint to Vijay Sales call center and a Kenstar Technician named “Ajay’ was sent to my place. He checked the motor and confirmed that the motor windings are burnt to some extent. Further, I was surprised when he said that you can continue using it for few days, though it may overload and heat up the motor. I believe such suggestions should not be give by a technician. Also he said that motor is not available immediately and he would come and replace the motor in next three days. Two weeks have gone by and the technician has not turned up. I re-lodged a complaint with Vijay Sales and today I got a call from another technician named ‘Ashish’, asking if your Water Cooler is faulty. This is the height of communication gap. When I told him about earlier technician Ajay, his reply was Ajay is not in today and we will replace the motor within a month. . Not having a motor in stock is not justifiable as this is a core component of the product. I purchased the laptop on 14th February,2009. A typical issue occurred with my laptop in the month of Januray. The laptop had the problem of Automatic Switch off. With no problem of heating, it used to get turned off as soon as I used to lift or sometimes even without it. Since then I have submitted the laptop eight times at the registered HP service center (Hp Service Center, RTE Outsourcing Services Ltd.,Sector 14, Old DLF Colony, Gurgaon , Haryana), but without any solution. In the latest instance, i.e on March 31st,2010, the engineer changed the mother board and assured me that the problem has been cured(Case ID:108360). But within 4 days, the problem recurred. So much so that I have stopped using the laptop altogether. The first time I had submitted the laptop, it was well in warranty, but the process of submitting and taking the laptop has made it out of warranty. I am strongly suspicious of a foul play. When they can give new screen on saturdays and sundays why is it that they cannot replace the faulty one on saturday and Sundays? My responsibility was to inform them in time which i did. They assured the complaint will be resolved in 48 hours. Despite of repeated calls nobody appeared till April 25th. On April 25th they told me that the complaint is only for Hob and not Chimney. Which means the person who accpted my request failed to register proper details. I raised another request for Chimney. On April 27th a person visited my House and said bulbs and one of the part of Hob needs to be replaced and he will be back tomorrow with required parts. After two weeks of follow ups one person came with only one part of hob and wrong size of Chimney bulbs. Dear Sir/Madam I am writing this letter to you after my horrible experience I am encountered and still encountering after purchasing a Estelle model of window AC 1 ton from Carrier. From the day one I am facing obstacles and bad views with my interaction with your company. But still I persisted with this to purchase the best cooling machine. I will list it one by one. When I was planning to buy the AC after lot of research I thought I will buy the Carrier AC. I called your customer support number and asked them who are the dealers in Mumbai in Borivali area? The reply was that a person will get back to me in an hours time. Well no one got back to me even till now. Then after going through all the stores I went to Rolex Aircon in Borivali Mumbai to buy the AC on 8th May 2010. I went their though they were offering me a bit higher price than the store is that was Carriers own service center. The price was negotiated at 17800. Plus the Mr. Jason told me that he will send a person to make the window with wooden frame. The AC was delivered to my home on the evening of 8th May 2010. The person took the measurement to make the wooden frame. I asked the person if he can make a protective cover for my AC to protect it from the pigeons and other. He told me the price will be Rs. 850 for it where he will put a steel casing. He also told me he will give me the demo of the AC. Next day 9th May the person came to my place and started installing the AC. I gave Rs. 500 advance for purchasing the material. He brought few wooden pieces and few he used mine and he brought a black synthetic net. He some how installed the AC and wrapped the net which took him 5 mins to do. When I challenged him why he wants 850 for this he says this is the charge. I found out in the local hardware store and found that this cost only Rs. 30 a foot. He brought only 3 foot of this and for 5 mins. He wants to charge Rs. 850. I called up Jason and he was insisting that I pay the amount as I have agreed to. I told him on what logic I am going to pay the amount. I refused to pay the amount which is totally illogical. I called up your customer care and told them to arrange for a demo knowing that Jason won’t arrange for it. I got the demo today. Today Jason called me and asked me to pay the balance amount i.e. Rs. 1000 to him. He was arguing with me regardless the work the amount is fixed and he told me that he is not going to show me the demo until I pay the amount. When I asked for an official quotation he said he cannot give as he has to pay tax on it. This ridiculous. Now he is threatening me of not providing service and attends to my calls. This time the customer support people have used my catridges for cleaning up the printer/catridges head and still they could not make it work. Now they are asking me to purchase a new set of catridges again. This is ridicuolous as I have already spent 2 new sets of catridges without being able to print a single copy. In my last feedback I have mentioned EPSON support that I will go to Cosumer forum if they cannot fix my problem. But still I did not get any response or solution to my problem. I want EPSON to refund my expenses towards printer and catridges back and take the defective printer back. Recently my netbook computer faced a problem and I approached the Samsung Service Centre in Bangalore. The service center is denying me service of the netbook on the grounds that a serial number which was stuck on the backside of the netbook has worn off during the course of normal use. Inspite of providing relevant documents which clearly show the date of purchase ( invoice copies ). By denying me this free service Samsung India is going back on its promised one year replacement warranty - I would also like to point out that by using the serial number sticker as an excuse for denying me service , Samsung is cheating the general public at large. It is Samsung's responsibility to mention the relavent serial number on a medium which is less prone to daily wear and tear than a paper sticker. Please get back to me on this , Kalyan |
I was searching for a "Car MP3 Player". Many shops told me you will get from grey market at low price without warranty. I don;t believe in grey market. So i purchased it from shop with Warranty. His words where "The Price for JVC 416 will be 6000/- with Warranty". I told him to go ahead and fit it in my CAR. I was busy checking the functions of the player and forgot to check the "Bill". He said he has kept the Warranty Card and Bill in the empty box. When i went home i found the warranty card but instead of "Bill" it was just a "Estimate Bill" (Kacha Bill in local language) When i asked him to give me proper "Bill" he said if you want a proper bill, I have to pay extra for VAT. As per him price was with Warranty but does not include "Bill". Sincerly i don;t understand this. When we say product will come with warranty, I assume its with "Bill". I feel i am cheated. Please Guide. |

From: RAJASHREE LOTLIKAR Message: I bought a Desktop computer from a shop at lamington Road named as Mac Plus in the month of 31st July, 2009. Immediately in the month of Sept'09 the PC started giving problems by handing again and again. Afterwords I got my RAM changed by going personally to the shop. Still the problem was there. Then I called my engineer and got the computer checked and again the Hard Disk was changed by my engineer. Still the problem did not solve. Then my engineer told me that the problem must be in the motherboard. Hence I approached the shop keeper, who told me to bring the PC at his shop which I did. I kept the PC at his shop for 7 days. He told me that he has checked it and the problem is solved and then I brought it to home from his shop at Lamigton Road to Malad. Still the problem did not solve. Afterwods the PC stopped working fully. Again when I called the shop keeper he again told me to bring the PC at his shop and agreed to change the motherboard. When I went to his shop it was found that the SMPS was not wokring hence he got it repaired. But regarding the mohterboard replacement he told me that if I want the same configured motherboard which I bought, I will have to wait for 8 days, or other wise he will replace it with a lower configured motherboard, which I accepted since I did not want to wait for 8 days. He also assured me that it will work fine. And again I brought the PC home with a replaced motherboard. But still the PC is giving me same problem and the shop keeper is asking me to bring the PC at his shop. Now I do not want the PC at all. But when I am asking for money refund the shop keeper is denying for that. Kindly help me and guide. |

From yesterday the system is giving me problems. 1- Its Changing its Theme Automatically along with my setted Ring Tone/Msg Tones 2- System Extremely Slow & Its looks to hang-up often. 3=The most the shocking problem is, I had connected Ear-Phone to my phone, while on car and now i have come to office and removed the Ear-Phone, Now When I dial or Recieve any call, the Phone Switches continuously Phone Mode /Ear-Phone Mode and Im not able to hear/speak. What sort of problems is occuring in BlackBerry 8900, which is Bought for Rs 18980/- and there is no value for money. ========== When I called BB Support, they have asked to take the phone to "Redington Office" in T.Nagar. So we people buy Blackberry phone and you sell product without QC Done and we have take to all service wasting our precious time????????? Same was Delivered on 15th April, but Inside Unit was Broken. We have informed to dealer and they have replace after 2 days i.e. on 17th April. Technician came on 18th April and do their job. Suddenly after 2 days, we are facing problem / error in A/c as "F6" and A/c off. We have make complaint on 22nd April at Service Centre (Pune). They have noted our complaints and provide us complaint no. 10045676380630 and committed that the problem should be clear in 48 hours. After 2 days (24th April) the representative came from their side and just see the error noted down and went away. As again spoke to service centre, they provide us No. of Thane Service Centre. Again thane Service Centre provide us No. of Vasai (Thane) Service Centre. Person Mr. Santosh informed us that some part is to be change in A/c, the same is not available right now, its take 3-4 days to replace. We have also notice to dealer (Vijay Sales) and meet Manager Mr. Vishal. Surprisingly, Mr. Vishal request us a day to check all the matter, where as their compaint department already knows the matter and informed him already. Still there is no further action from anyone. Who is liable for the same.. We have purchase A/c because of Summer, but still we are not able to use. If this is the happens in beganing, so what would be happen later. Respected sir I purchased a OnidaCTV CO21ESP300BA TV from Vasanth & Co, South usman Road,Chennai 17 Vide Bill no 10210000039554 dated 31.3.2010. While viewing a programme it got suddenly switched off , many times we tried to switch on it but failed. So we lodged a complaint to the Dealer and also to the Onida Customer Care Centre in Complaint no10041526380020thr telephone no39889000, but till today they have not turned up.So i am lodging a complaint to u they have not cared to come and supervise the TV. So i request u sir to take severe action against the both. We have all the documents with us to produce before u. We belong to a middle class family and had the desire to watch programmes in a big Tv for many years but after buying it we're not able to watch. I am also an Handicapped person, my wife only helps in all the works just i go to office and do some helps to my wife.
