Dear Sir/Madam,

I undersigned customer of TATA Photon plus, residing in Thane west near suraj water park , like to inform you that,
I have a Tata Photon plus modem and using since last 1 years, initially modem speed was good but since last 3 months i'm facing problem in getting speed because of OVERLODED site said my Engineer.

On 15 th August I made complaint regarding DAMAGE of my CDMA Photon plus Device but no body has called up and any Engineer visited to my Place.
I himself rushed to Authorised Service centre in Thane and office (Installation &Replacement dept.) but nobody ready to sort my problem.
For repairing the authorized service doesn’t have Spare parts and engineer to repair and denied to give O.D letter for replacement of my Photn Plus Device /modem,
They asked for autorised person mail for replacement under warranty period. Whole the day got waisted to get modem/Device.
I called up Navi Mumbai head office/Nodal officer/Appellate authority on 16th August 18, 2010 but not a single concerned person responed on working hours.
I called up my Thane Area manager Mr.Deepak nadir, he also helpless to give proper solution, its shows DISGUTING service by TATA Communication dept.

What the use of buying Tata Photn plus modem since nobody ready to give and entertain to cutomer.
Actually problem is that there is no link between TATA COMMUNICATION Dept and Authorized service centre (Adonis service centre,Thane,Mumbai Mr.Arvind) because of which we customer face problem and waisting time to put leave from office and run behind such and Service provider.

This shows FOOL and CHEATING with customer, once customer buys Product they have to Run behind such Service providers.

Finally I’m FADEUP from TATA photon service and forcefully I’m planning to put raise complaint to Mumbai/Thane police and Consumer Forum for making FOOL and CHEAT with Customers.

Forcefully I have to Buy another company Modem to do my work in place since I’m very much disturbed by TATA Teleservice in my routine work.

Request to TTML to REFUND my Photo plus device money back since company failed to provide Prompt and proper services.

Request to all concerned Authorities to take necessary strict action against such big reputed companies those are Cheating with consumer/customers and earning money.

Hope to have favorable response from consumer forum/Police and Tata consumer redressal .

I have talked to vodafone customer retention department related to the porting of my number to the other subscriber. they replied me that we will give:
1. 200 local min free
2. 100 local sms free
3. my std call charges will be dropped down from 1.5 rs to .5 rs.

Out of the three offer they have only credited 200 min free. after a long debate they agreed just to credit 100 sms free but now they are not ready to drop down my std call charges as well as they r not ready to send me any confirmation that such kind of offers are activated in my account. when I ask one of there customer executive to send me the confirmation he told me that he is not authorised to do so. so please help me how do i proceed. please reply me as soon as possible.

I had bought a Tikona Wi-Bro Connection on 19th Jan 2010 and paid a amount 0f Rs 2450/- using my credit card.

Since the day the connection was installed it didn't work and connection use to drop at regular intervals.

I registered many complaints and 4-5 times technician visited my place but the issue was resolved.

I wrote a email to Nodal Officer Tikona but he didn't respond,after waiting for 2 days I escalated the case and forwarded the same email to Appellate Officer to which he respond but no action was taken and the connection stopped working at all.

After losing all my patience I disconnected the connection and asked for full money refund as Tikona was unable to provide me service to which they declined and they are only providing me a refund of Rs 662/- only as they are claiming a data usage of 30 GB.

I was using a 1 MBPS connection which means I was getting 1/8 download speed i.e. 128 kbps and they are claiming that I have a data usage of 29914.921 MB in those days which is absolutely incorrect.They are providing false information on the pretext of not providing a refund.

I want a full money refund from Tikona at any cost.

I would be obliged if you could please help me resolve this concern.

I have only used the connection from 19th Jan 2010 -5th Feb 2010 and PFA the list of complaints in between those dates.

My phone number is 9883044468 Deducted Rs 30/- on 23.03.2011 with out information & complain was not registered though repeated request was made in reliance smart consumer care (*333).Lastly I spoke to Mussarat today (Customer Care No. 9883098830) she confirmed me that due to techinical problem from their end it happened. She confirm me the balance of Rs. 10/- only could be refunded , she refunded me Rs. 10/- on 24.03.2011, but the balnce amount of Rs. 20/- is not refunded to me.

 

Please help me in this matter, because i belongs to a middle class family and this is a big amount for me.

 

Once again request please arrange to refund me the balance amount of Rs. 20/- at your earliest.

With utmost annoyance I am forced to logde a consumer grief complaint against my mobile service provider "Airtel".
Airtel activated friends chat service in my Dads phone bearing phone number 9996174363 without his knowledge. ...

Let me tell you how the activation was unethical, forced and illegal. On 13 june 2011 at 07:00 Pm, my dad received a phone call from an unknown number 5432162464675 and a girl's voice appeared on the phone who said " are yaar, awaaz sunai nahin de rahi, wapas call karna" and she hung up. My dad heard this and he gave the phone to me and asked me who she is. I didn't know any girl who call and speak like that. I checked the received call number and it looked like an ISD number and I thought it could be one of my friends from abroad. So I called back on this number immediately at 07:06 Pm. My phone call was immediately picked up on the other side and an IVR voice( automated recorded voice) was heard which said "all the girls are busy. please wait to speak to the girl of your choice". I immediately understood that it is some kind of fraud and scam and I disconnected the phone immediately within 7 seconds. I was immediately deducted Rs.2 from my phone balance. I told my dad let us forget it without knowing that its my own mobile service provider who was involved in such a call.

We forgot about it but to my surprise I started getting calls from same number (54321 series) in the night when we were sleeping and early in the morning when we are still sleeping. It was so much of harrasment to be disturbed and get up in night and see ca

This is a complaint regarding TATA Photon. I had purchased a tata photon connection in the month of FEB 2011 in Mumbai. I then shifted to Ghaziabad in the month of March 2011. Ghaziabad is a part of Delhi NCR region and as per TATA photon website the connectivity should be 3.1 MBPS in NCR. But this is not the case. I raised complaints no. of time and once they send one engineer also. The enginner sent the feedback that connectivity is really bad at my place. Then Network team told that they are expanding their infrastructure. So if they do not have infrastructure in place I think they cannnot cheat consumers with false information on their website. I asked for my money refund and the refused to do that.

After some time I again raised complaints to Nodal as well appellate authority but they said that engineer would visit and they would charge Rs 150 for that. As a consumer, I can say it is service providers duty to resolve the issues with their network. Why consumer should pay this amount.I have all the emails available to support my case.

I am really disappointed with the way TATA Photon is cheating consumers and making money in a wrong way. I hope consumer redressal forum would help me and take strict action against TATA photon.

Dear Sir,
I have taken a Tata Photon Broad Band Connection in July 2011 (No. 9243375432), after few days connection got disconnected, when I enquired with the cutomer care, they reported me that my address proof verification is pending. After one week later, I received the call from address verfication team, that verification was done and our representative met your brother, we want to confirm your brothers name and address. Infact I dont have any brothers. I replied, I have no brother.. its a wrong information. Very next day connection got disconnected. I was writing so many mails to them to repay the intial deposit I paid (Rs. 1600) after deducting the proportionate rent. No one responded. I thought it was gone. Now i received a legal letter, saying that the amount outstanding of Rs. 840 has to be paid along with interest @ 24% plus legal charges 500. How I should proceed further, please advice me or give your suggestions. Whether I should pay and Defend them or I already wrote several mail to adjust with deposit and refund the balance, that supporting is enough.

I am a TATA DOCOMO 3G E-Stick customer for the past 6 months and bought this 3G e-stick by paying Rs. 2000 for the device and selecting a Postpaid Plan of 3.6 MBPS (estick) and my plan is 10GB unlimited @ Rs.1250 per month on which i was entitled for a Rs.400 discount for 6 months as per my 3G internet plan. The E-stick was purchased from the TATA DOCOMO office located near Marine Drive, Cochin (Ernakulam), Kerala..

From the day one when i purchased this TATA DOCOMO E-stick i have been facing several issues and i have had several losses of time, money and education since i had to keep on begging them to correct my issues which i have been facing and the end result was that they never bothered to help me out with my queries and never cared to reply to any of my e-mails which i have been sending them.

And now, since October 2011 i have been facing with a new problem from my internet connection and that is, I am entitled to 10GB of data free download at a speed of 3.6MBPS and after the usage of 10GB my internet connection speed goes down to 124KBPS and the monthly post paid bill plan is Rs.1250. But since OCTOBER 2011 which is the month on which my monthly discount of Rs.400 came to an end, and since OCTOBER 2011 after my free download data crosses exactly 5GB the speed comes down to 124 KBPS, Please note that as per my actual billing plan i should be able to download 10GB of data monthly at 3.6MBPS, but since OCTOBER 2011 i can only download 5GB of data at 3.6MBPS and after 5GB of data download my internet connection speed comes down to 124KBPS. I have sent a number of email and raised a lot of complaints against this with the TATA DOCOMO Customer Service but they try to

i have been using this airtel number 9896832133 for more than past three years and i faced the situations of cheat and unreasonable deduction from my account several times .sometime a VAS is activated by them without my consent and sometime balance is deducted if i have more than hundred rupees in my account.latest is the incident of yesterday i.e 04/11/2011 ,i activated one message pack of rs.29,internet pack of rs.98 with 1GB data and one month validity and one recharge of rs.110 in which i got rs.110 talktime.i got confirmation message for all these instantly and in addition to it there was a balance amount of rs.35 in my account till last night .all the services were working properly. But today evening when i made a call on some number and then saw my account balance i was shocked it was rs 2.04 .then i called up costumer care but they hung up.infact i tried to contact for one hour but every time they hung up my call. So then i decided to teach these cheaters and fraud a lesson .i've facing these malpractises for past three year from airtel .plz provide redressal to my grieviances with proper compensation.

The complaint is regarding the Broadband connection and fixed landline connection at my residence, K-501, HiBird, Niho Scottish Garden, Ahinsa Khand-II, Indirapuram - 201 310. UP.

The connection was established in July and it worked fine till 24th August, 2011. Bill for the period from 2nd July, 2011 was generated and was paid vide cheque on 25th Aug, 2011. Suddenly after 25th Aug, 2011, the broadband service was deactivated, without giving any reasons thereof. A complaint in this regard was launched to the helpline on 29th Aug, 2011 and was assured that the complaint shall be resolved by 5th Sept, 2011. When the connection was not restored by 5th Sept, 2011, again a complaint was lodged and the complaint was escalated to the nodal officer. Again after the stipulated time given, nothing happened, the complaint was escalated to Appellate officer. In the meantime, I received several calls from several people from Airtel (both from Okhla office as well as Gurgaon office) saying somebody will visit and the connection shall be restored, which never happened.

After getting frustrated by their attitude and deficiency in services, I requested for a disconnection of the broadband services and converting the “unlimited BB” plan to only fixed line plan. It was also requested that before switching over to landline only plan, I also requested them to update me on the plan to which I am being shifted.

Again I started getting calls that do not go for disconnection of services and the connection shall be restored. Again nothing happened! Then In finally wrote to them to disconnect the services, which they never did.

I have a Tata DOCOMO 3G connection and using since JAN 2011, and after 1st bill I am always facing the problem from their billing section .
I had left Ambala Cantt on 14 Feb.2011 for my duties in Rajasthan , i had a break journey in Bhatinda (Punjab) when i had opened my TATA DOCOMO DEVICE INTIALLLY IT WORKED ON 2G NETWORK for about 10 mins then it started showing insert sim .
On 15 Feb. I had reached to SURATGARH (RAJASTHAN), still the device was not working I had asked my father to write a mail from his email ID i.e jnvs22400@yahoo.com regarding this problem faced with the device (email attached). But the device was not working neither on 2G or 3G network for aprox 15 days ,then i had to sent back to AMBALA CANTT for the correction then i got back the device in second week of Mar it started working in 2G network of IDEA.
I was using this device in 2G Network(in IDEA NETWORK as TATA NETWORK WAS NOT AVAILABLE) and the speed was not good i had called up the coustomer care regarding this they said they will check it .
After receiving bill i came to know that i was charged with ROAMING CHARGES I then made a call to coustomer care regarding this they told me about these charges as u will have to pay as u were using this on 2g network . Then I told them when I was sold this device by TRUE VAL

I have been using idea prepaid mobile connection for the last 4 years with no. 9961220680. Yesterday (27/10/2011) I recharged my account for Rs. 147/- through internet banking (SBT - Elappara). and a message received from your part (IZ - IdeaWeb) as " Dear customer, Thank you for making payment of Rs. 147.00 on the Idea Cellular website, it is being updated in your account".

But unfortunately the amount is not credited still now in my account. Several times I tried for discussing this matter with customer care officer . But he only hold the line with an advertisement. Today morning I tried for connecting your customer care center. But every time it is busy.

In this scenario, you may pls take necessary action.

 

I have been a loyal Airtel customer for the past 4 yrs. I have been using the Airtel corporate connection with the phone number – 9731313334 with a rental plan of Rs. 199. For the past 3 years the outstanding bill ranges in between Rs 800- 1500 (maximum), however  Airtel has billed me an abnormal amount of Rs. 14, 000 and even after repeated follow with several agents, Sr. Managers and their legal escalation team “Nodal Team”, they have kept ignoring me and have done nothing to help me.

In spite of my repeated follow up in the past 3 months with them and the promises to get back to me with revised justified bill, they have not taken any action. Please find my complain number – 32739183 which was sent to me as a message (SMS) by Pavitra, who promised that  Mr. Nadeem would get back to me within 3.30 pm by 5th May 2011, but nobody contacted me so far and did not hear from them.

Hence, considering a loyal Airtel customer for the last 4 yrs. and paying the entire bill amount regularly in due time, I request you to take some action against it and help me with this concern.  I require your cordial assistance from your end to sort out this huge amount bill and also request to contact competent authority of Airtel in this regard. Please keep me informed the status of my complain in my above address.

I am having pre-paid sim card from BPL Mobile 98215 36713 since year 2001.
For more than 3 years, they have been charging me Rs.20 per month for Loop to Loop service which I did not opt for. I have contacted their helpline as well as their BPL galleries several times to stop this deduction as mine is prepaid sim but they did not stop charging from my balance every month.
On top of it they have put a caller tune on my mobile without my authorising for it and are charging Rs.30 per month for caller tune. I went to their gallery at Mahim and requested them to remove the caller tune which was done next day and within two days another caller tune was installed and was charged Rs.30.
I am truly fed up with this kind of treatment to the customer and I requested to port out to Vodafone on 16th September 2011 which was turned down by BPL for the reasons best known to them. Again I had ported out on 6th Oct 2011 which was again turned down on 8th Oct 2011. I have again ported out on 28th Oct 2011 and this time, they have called me saying that I cannot port out due to some obligations which is just known to them but myself.
Sir, I am living in complete mental torture as I do not wish to continue with their service but I am forced to continue with them for the best known to them. I am a senior citizen age 67 and I demand severe compensation for treating the customers like me, in sadistic manner.
I have tried to convince them that I did not opt for any scheme in the past unless they have forced upon me without my knowledge and I truly request your goodselves to bring this to the notice of general public so that people think twice before going for BPL or LOOP (LOOT!!).
I could have discarded this sim but the 


I am Subrata Dutta holding a vodafone number 8017530775. Please go through your server, you will get all the details about it and harassment done by your customer cares and Vodafone Stores at Barasat and Dumdum centre. I am too tire to tell the detail of the complaint again again. In brief : Though the sim was not used by me for several days but not more than 6 months as your stipulated time the Sim card was recharged on 17th July2011 with an amount Rs.222 and Rs. 51 simultaneously and it was used by me henceforth smoothly upto 20th July night. Suddenly on 21st July morning the mobile showed Sim Registration failed. I contacted your Customer Care 3 times, they only misguided me and advised me to go to Vodafone Store. I went to Vodafone store far away from my home absenting myself  in my office jobs on 21st July at 1.30PM and got only future assurance that they would solve the matter within 24 hours. No result or action done. I again contacted your customer care and again went to another Vodafone store at Dum Dum on 24th July at 4.30 pm as per their advice again. The executive Mr Joy there  emailed writing something to your higher authority and assured me the feedback would be communicated to me within 48 hours. But all are in vain. Your company and its staff only cheated my recharge voucher Rs. 222 & Rs.51 and some valuable times from my daily routine and returned only inhuman harassment. Please look after the matter by activating the SIM as it accessed the recharge voucher Rs.222 and Rs.51on 17th July,2011 and most of the amount  still remains there.

It has been 2 months now that Airtel has not solved my below mentioned
inspite of repeated calls and mails.

The name on which my WI-FI connection is Dhruv Shah and my landline

The airtel customer care executives have been harassing my mother from
quite some time now for the payment of bill.
I have paid an advance payment Rs. 6990/- for a period of 10 months
and as per the scheme we get 2 mnths extra for the same
The expiry date mentioned is 28/09/2011

But still everyday Airtel disconnects my service for no rhyme or
reason. I have been calling every alternate day ot Airtel for
resolving this issue but in vain. I have spoken to Atika- The
Escalation Manager, Nayaz Pasha - The Escalation Supervisor and many
more executives for resolving this issue. I have sent 'n' number of
mails to the concerned department for the same. I have been trying to
call the Nodal Officer- Mr. Sanjay Bhutani but in vain. It has led to
a mental torture now for me and my parents.

I regret to inform you that I have received a Msg from you today at 14.16 asking me to remit immediate cash payment of Rs 1363/- towards Bill payment of my Landline conn No: 044 42035205,  whereas the cheque (No:491743 dt 14.7.2011) payment was already debited from my ICICI Bank account on 18.7.2011 itself.
Apart from that your Msg received by me today at 14.16 hrs ,mentioned as " The cheque no: 491743 for Rs 1363/- dtd 14.7.11 is invalid as the Stale Cheque. Kindly pay by cash / DD immediately to enjoy continued services"
I didn't understand the logic behind it. Please check up from your accounts dept. for the credit of the same.
Please note that your Broadband connection was not working (2mbps) from 26.6.2011 to 1.7.2011 and the rental charges can not be paid for that.

I want to complaint against MTNL Bawana Industrial Area in Consumer Redressal cell How can I do complaint against Bawana  MTNL could you help us.

This is with reference to my repetatively complain to Vodafone about the wrong charges incurred in my bill. In the month of 07th June 2011, I have activated unlimited Internet (Godrej 111) plan of Rs. 199/-, then I have confirmed VMC setting from Vodafone store and Vodafone customer care and I have also confirmed the above charges from the same. In between I have also receive 4 to 5 calls from Vodafone customer care about crossing the credit limit of Rs. 2500/- at that time I had asked about my plan and charges, But they told me that it will be diducted from your bill. Now, I have received a bill of amount Rs. 5137/- among that they have charged Rs. 4369/- of  Vodafone Live & internet service. I am compailing to Vodafone care and concern officers but they are not responding my complain. please look in to the matter and do needful.

I had purchased the vodofone data card on 09.05.2011, Its no is 9047016422, by paying Rs.1700/- for instrument, Rs.550/- as deposit, which can be refended from fourth bill and fifth bill at Thirumalai Agencies, Vellakinar, thudiyalur, Coimbatore

I had got two complaints

1. vodophone datacard not working properly
2. gets disconnected more frequently
3. most of the times not connected
4. two weeks before they called me and asked to pay Rs.20000/- stating it has crossed the limits, but in the bill it was minimum charges
5. They had not gave the bill yet for data card etc.,

Till now i had called many times to customer care and Vellakinar vodofone office, but there was no response and problem had not been solved yet..

In this connection i request you to interfere and solve my problem, when the problem is brought to customer care they are blamming mini store (thirumalai agencies) and vice versa

I am writing this mail to inform you that my grievance has still not been adequately addressed.
I did receive a call from the Airtel nodal officer who finally heard me out after I had written to their appellate and nodal officer, and after writing to the Consumer Forum.
The officer who called is Mr. Syed Asif.
After listening to my problems, he promised to look into my grievance at the earliest, and also promised to consider an adequate compensation for the acute trouble i was put through between June 13~17 on account of suspension of outgoing services to my number.
But, after a few minutes, all I got was a mail with standard wordings mentioning that they were apologetic that I was put through all the trouble. The only thing they mentioned was that they were waiving a late payment penalty of Rs. 228.
My point was that since I was anyway trying to pay on time, I was anyway not liable to pay any penalty, so there is no meaning in this waiver.

After this, when i pointed out to Mr. Asif that what he has promised over phone and what was mentioned in the mail were different, they have gotten back to evasive tactics.
Each time I write to the nodal officer/appellate, I get a standard response asking me to wait 3 days for a response.

I ask you one thing:
When a customer gets late with his/her payment, the company has put in place a system where it charges a late payment penalty to the customer.
If there is a mistake (plus carelessness, callous attitude towards customer communication, etc) on the part of the company, is a customer not fair in asking for a compensation commensurate wit

After some days they told me that the plan is not be activated on your mobile and system cannot loaded that tariff plan in your mobile on 15.06.2011. i have message for that thing and the plan is activated for 3 days, for that regard i can submitted the complaint application to GM on 10.06.2011 and 23.06.2011.

I can request you pursuing my complaint, solved it as soon as possible and activated the tariff plan or refund my money.

I purchased Visiontek(Airtel) 82GH 3G USB modem 7.2MBPS, where I was committed 3G unlimited utilisation free for one month on 1-7-2011,Friday from Om Mobiles, Khatrivad, Rajkot. Saturday, I asked how to activate and I was instructed, which in turn activated my sim card. Also, I was told to send 3G activation message, which I did and tried to use but didnot get any speed though tried till evening; in turn I was told to visit Airtel office to get the speed set with the sim card. Sunday, I kept trying again for the usage but wasted my time. Again Monday, I called, I was told 3G service of airtel was to be launched yet and was told to talk Mr.Dharmendra; who was the most rude person to talk to and he said I never told you that you will get 3G, which shocked me surprisingly. He said it will be 2G, which again has no speed; so useless.
Now, while I visited website of Visiontek(whose product airtel packs and sells marking it as 7.2MBPS), I got another surprise and shock that Visiontek is making the particular product with 3.6MBPS !! While called Mr.Dharmendra-the sales person again, he said that I say that it is 7.2MBPS, though the manufacturer of the product say it is 3.6MBPS!! Again, the rude behaviour too.
THIS SEEMS TO BE OPEN CHEATING BY AIRTEL. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST, AT LEAST TO STOP BEING OTHER PEOPLE BEING CHEATED.

result is the same. the operator couldnot be contacted try again later. And no
e-mail ID ir official website containing their home page or contact nosor mail
ID's is not at all available.

kindly advise what to do for the type of torture they give. My business gets

                        I would like you to know that your organization is doing a good job of cheating customers of their money. I have had a relationship with Tikona since December, but the service quality has been absolutely pathetic. I pay for a 512kbps plan but I know for a fact that the speed is much slower than that. I had a BSNL broadband connection for over 2 years and the speed was only 256kbps, but the browsing and download speed were definitely the faster than Tikona’s, even though I pay an additional amount of money for a faster internet connection now. When I got this connection in the month of December, I was promised free antivirus installation, but no one followed through with the promise. The cabling was also not done correctly. The cabling on the terrace was in the pathway of other residents who use the terrace for an early morning walk. I called up Tikona about 6 times requesting for antivirus software installation and for changing the location of the cable on the terrace. A customer service rep would pick up the call and promise me that a service tech would be sent, but there definitely was no follow through. After waiting and calling for about 8 weeks, I finally decided not to pay until this issue was fixed. Finally a collection agent showed up at my door and I told him about the problem. He collected the payment and promised to fix the problem within 2 days but no one showed up. I kept calling customer service for altering the location of the cables and no one just bothered to respond. I again decided not to make a payment until the problem was fixed. Just like the previous month a collection agent had the guts to show up at my door step. I refused to pay and asked him to fix the cabling and install the antivirus. Finally after about 3 months someone came to my place to fix the problems. I paid the monthly bill in cash on the same day, but I continued to receive rude calls from your collection agents for about 12 more days. I called up the collection agent who came to my house to collect the money who said that it will take about 4/5 days for the system to be updated, but it was well over 7 days and the nature of the calls were getting worse as days progressed. Finally I decided to register a case of theft against the collection agent and requested for his name and address. He asked me to get in touch with his manager (Mr.Ganesh) who said that he will fix the problem within 2 days. But the calls continued to come in for about 7 more days. Finally the calls stopped coming in and I was at peace. In the month of March I started getting reminder calls for bill payment from the 22nd even though the last date for making a payment was the 2nd of April. I finally dropped a cheque at ICICI bank(cheque number-227747 -Rs.690), Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai on the 28th of March. The cheque was encashed on 6th of April. The reminder calls that started on 22nd of March became collection calls and I continue to get calls 3 times every single day for the past 21 days. I even got a call as I am writing this email. I gave the cheque information to about 20 different people and I even tell them that it has been encashed. All they have to say is, it doesn’t really matter and they would continue to call me and hound me until the payment reflects in their system. I even got a call from a collection agent in Chennai who wanted to meet me to collect the payment. I would like you to know that this is fraudulent activity and no organization in this country should get away with this. I have high blood pressure and I was admitted in Vijaya Hospital, Chennai   between 16th- 18th April, 2011, unable to bear the harassment meted out to me by your so called collection executives. I have the bills with me just in case I need to produce them in a court of law.

I would like you to take care of my medical bills which work to about 8000 rupees and stop this collection activity failing which I will start the following campaigns.


I will pay from my pocket to place an ad in a national newspaper warning potential customers to stay away from you due to your fraudulent activities. When people from all walks of life can join Anna Hazare for a cause that is beneficial to all countrymen, I don’t mind spending around 2000 rupees from my pocket if it will prevent my fellow chennaiites from getting cheated by your organization.

I will start an SMS campaign with the assistance of my friends who have a database of about 20lakh people who are your potential scam targets.

I will raise an email campaign across different IT/ITES organizations in Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

I will create a website where customers affected by your services can voice their opinion and express themselves.


Once I am tired of doing all this, I will file a lawsuit against you.

We have installed broadband connection in the year 2006 from Airtel (Tel. 4554 6101) about 5 years ago under 499 scheme where borwsing charges free between 9pm-9am. However in the recent past (for the past three consecutive months) Airtel has been charging us for the free usage allowance and calling up every alternate days to pay up charges apart from sms sent. This has become a nuisance even after explaining to about 25 personnel to date calling up and we have to repeat the same story all the time. We wanted to disconnect but still not done but only calling up or sending sms. Few of them called and also confirmed waiver but still due to lack of co-ordination within Airtel departments we have become the victims of nuisance.

We are being harassed by Airtle by calls and sometimes by sending persons home. Rrequest you to intervene immediately to stop this nuisance once for all. Our bills to date are regularly paid as per revised request cum waivers for the past three months and if at all anything legitimate dues pending we are willing to pay after the proof of usage on non-free hours. However wanted any Airtel persons to stop further nuisance.

Am sure there are many from our own area, unfortunately senior citizens

My mother was approached by two persons on 26th January 2011 and offered
a scheme for Senior Citizens of Brindavan Society, Thane and has
mentioned that this scheme is being offered in many parts of Thane since
TTML has recently installed Wifi facility in Thane. I have no clue on
this aspect.

But given the fact that there is a scheme in which my mother will be
getting a wireless handset, i agreed to apply so that she doesn't have
to move much to attend or make a call.

The two agents who visited me and convinced me were Ms Heena Parwani
(She called herself as Assistant Owner) - Mobile no. 9960018419 and her
junior, Ms Babita - Mobile no. 9769346987.

Both these ladies need to be pulled up strongly and made to understand
what is Customer Service - despite 50 different calls to both these
numbers they have been indifferent by either not picking up the calls or
returning the calls.

I was told to pay total Rs 2397/- .

Of this amount (they said for Accounting purpose they need the amounts
as
below)

1) Rs 1099 was for the Walky (Tel No. 65516353) "CHT ZERO RENTAL PLAN"
and
In this plan we have 200 minutes of free talktime per month and
additional calls at 0.50 p per minute to landline / mobile STD.

Vodafone had done unauthorised deactivation of my sim card based on request of some third person without properly verifying the documents and identity of the person requesting. That third person had done this to do a internet banking fraud in my bank account subsequently so that my bank was unable to contact me on my mobile (since it was deactivated) when the funds were fraudulently getting transferred through internet banking. The total amount fraudulently transferred from my bank account was Rs.53,700.00, overnight, because of deficient and negligent service of Vodafone.

I have documentary proof to prove their negligence. I have already claimed this amount from Vodafone, which they refused.

I propose to lodge a complaint in the Consumer Court in Mumbai.

Please let me know in what way your organisation can help me, and fees for the same.

An Executive have called on March 01,2011 and requested not to port out has we(Airtel) will provide the below mention benefit to my number with in 48 hrs, So kindly send the CNCL to 222(Cancel of porting request)....

Benefit Plan as Informed by the Airtel executive:-

1.Airtel to Airtel call charge is 10ps/min
2.Airtel to any other mobiles call charge is 30ps/min
3.100 local and national message SMS free
4. Roaming call charge is 2ps/3sec.

Even after 48 hrsthe plan is not updated and when called back on March 3 a floor supervisor registered the complaint with regard to the same and asked 7 working days time to rectify the issue and updated the plan.

Complaint # CMBNR308498315 and CMBNR30304810451

Post 7 working days nothing have been improved and when asked for the status they requested again to register the complaint; I didn't as i was already fed up with the kind of response they provided.

On Mar 22,2011
When i asked atleast to forward teh M Np request they saidyou need to proceed again with the new Porting ID whihc was been requested and sent through the dealer they have rejected the MNP application.

On Mar 31,

I have called back to the Customer care from the mobile number 9880435381, Since they have blocked my number to connect to the customer care. after 12.56 mins call i have got the status as they can't approve the MNP request because after the cancel request we need to w

I have been using an airtel connection no. +91-9892829999 for last 5years, last month I traveled to Dubai and before going had called on the helpline to activate international roaming. When I asked the customer service representative to give me details of the tariff, got an answer that they will not be able to provide
the tariff and it would vary from country to country. I am amused that the company doesn't even have a base tariff for countries while on international
roaming.  Due to this misrepresentation from the customer service executive, I have to bear the bill of Rs.22,979.50/- which is very huge. If the customer service executive had told me about the charges, I would have ensured about an alternative or made lesser calls accordingly. Also to mention that my credit limit set is of Rs.8500/- and the bill amount is more than the set limit. This is completely hiding charges from customers and not giving proper information inspite of being asked while activating international roaming.

 

This is breach of ethics and I am still unable to get a positive feedback from the Airtel people. All they have been saying is apology for the inconvenience caused. It’s their duty to speak with the customer who is angry and irrated, however the company representatives are not really wanting their customers to be satisfied and happy.

                The story of our harassment begins with the deactivation of a Tataindicom Internet connection subscribed by my son Anirban Lahiri. The latter does not live here and roams all over western Indian as a Cinematographer. But as this is his permanent address, he has to give it in his application form. On 4 December last he subscribed to a totally different scheme and using it since 5 December, 2010. I understand that he mailed a formal application for deactivating the account given in the subject above. That he is not using it is further proved by the fact that the the modem lies here, when Anirban lives in Mumbai.

                In spite of this  we are receiving bills from Tataindicom for the said connection on several pleas, namely that it was a postpaid connection. Today I received a bill Rs.1995/- and have been asked to pay immediately. I made a written complaint as general diary with my local P.S., and I understand they made some inquiry with the local agent of the Tataindicom. Today after receiving this latest bill I contacted the local P.S. I have been advised to lodge a complaint with you. Due to my old age disability I am lodging this complaint by Internet. My phone number is 9883044468 Deducted Rs 30/- on 23.03.2011 with out information & complain was not registered though repeated request was made in reliance smart consumer care (*333).Lastly I spoke to Mussarat today (Customer Care No. 9883098830) she confirmed me that due to techinical problem from their end it happened. She confirm me the balance of Rs. 10/- only could be refunded , she refunded me Rs. 10/- on 24.03.2011, but the balnce amount of Rs. 20/- is not refunded to me.

 

Please help me in this matter, because i belongs to a middle class family and this is a big amount for me.

Sir, my problem is that I have recharge my mbl 1st time with 99 gprs pack 3gb for 1 month, but after few days (5-6 days) when I was using it to my laptop my network disconnected and when I check my balance then I see that I was using gprs from my main account balance, I call customer care complain them, they say that my gprs balance has been finished. I feel it can be because I was waching Live Cricket Match.
Then after some time I again call customer care and asked about unlimited usage and he suggest me about 303 pack by easy recharge.
After that sir I recharged (I think on that day when I call cust care) it by 303 easy recharge about 15days ago, I enjoy it free downloading and surfing near about 10 days without any tension. But on 10 mar when I was using it to my laptop I see that it has been disconnected then i check my balance and found my balance .1 paisa. Reliance cut my balance 28 rupees.
Then I contact customer care on 10 mar they tell me sorry and give me a ref no-148790608 on 7.35pm and tell me to wait for 2 days. I request him to talk with supervisor that why in 2 days.Then i talk with supervisor, i talk him wit angry and he abuse me RANDI KAA BACCHA (you can check call details and recording Sir). He don’t cut the call I cut the call. And on 11 mar in morning on 8.14 minute I got a msg that my problem has been resolved.
I again contact customer care tell everything then he say that ‘this offer has been closed. you can only

I have been constantly having a service issue with Airtel for the past 5-6 years. Since I moved to my new residence, I have had virtually no network coverage at my residence. Repeated complaints (and I have a few email records of these complaints) have only elicited response saying they will put a new tower and that it should help. But to no avail - till date I have had no respite. I could not change operators because I could not change my number. During these years I have had the utmost issues with my office colleagues, relatives, customers not being able to reach me when I am at home.

Finally, with MNP I am now going to switch to a new operator. But I wish to have Airtel take responsibility for their poor service and refund at least 50% of my mobile bills for the past few years, for their lack of service provision. Considering that I spend more than 60% of my time at home, their lack of service should not be charged to me.

Please let me know if it possible for me to seek such a redressal.

I have been having low speed issues with my tata photon plus from the past six months. After having sent innumerable mails, and a number of phone calls to their customer care executives, I still keep on getting assured by them that my problem would be solved in a week or so. Countless number of times the technician has come to my house assuring me that the problem will be resolved in a week or 15 days at the most. I paid almost 3,600 Rs/- for the device and have a monthly post paid plan of 827 Rs/- which is not at all worth the services tata is providing. I am fed up from this behaviour of theirs. How can they claim themselves to be a good service provider when they cannot even come back with a satisfactorily reason for my low speed since the past six months?

This platform is my last option. If even this does no good to me I will initiate a legal complaint against Tata Indicom in the Dehradun District Consumer Forum.

regarding this I filled PORTABILITY form for 9027605553 with unique port code RW169389 at tataindicom shop at metro plaza, meerut (u.p) on 17 feb 2011, & according to T.R.A.I (telecom regulatory authority of india) the service provider should change within 7 days, but today is 06/march/11 and still i didn't get mobile service from tataindicom.
Regarding this i made complaint in both company (reliance and tataindicom) but there is no response.
now i want to lodge a complaint against both reliance and tataindicom.
So, please guide me how can i make complaint.

I have also escalated to Airtel Chairman and MD by written complaint on 19th Jan 2011 but i have not received any response from both and my problem is still not rectified till 12 Feb 2011.

Due to this i have suffered huge business loss as well mental agony as i could not communicate with family in emergency.

Airtel has every month Average Rs.2000 charged to me for mobile usage without providing SMS service. This has resulted to me loss of Rs.20000.

I would like to claim on account of Business opportunity loss and mental agony suffered Rs.50000.
Landline Handset replacement pending since more than six months.Airtel Local dealer support executive misbehaved with my wife in my absence.Just becuse of replacement of Handset.He forcibly took my new handset on pretext of small fault and replaced by old and non functional handset.In this regard i have made several complaint to Airtel Nodal officers but they did not took any action and advised me to pay Rs.500 for New Handset which i refused to pay as he has cheated me by taking my new handset.I have also sent written complaint to Airtel Chairman three times but did not got any reply till feb 12-2011.
Due to this i have suffered mental agony.

Sorry. I had been out of town for some time now. I am appending the entire complaint below:
 

 "My family has been a long time customer of MTNL, with a land line number 26893306 and a Tri Band Broadband connection being taken later on.

I however wished to have a mobile broadband connection for my computer and hence asked about the 3G Jadoo connection at my local Vasant Kunj Sanchar Haat. They directed me to go to the Janpath Sanchar Haat which, they assured me, was the only place I could obtain this connection.

I went to the Janpath office on 26th June 2010  and asked the counter person at the Sanchar Haat for a 3G connection, and told him that I wanted that the connection should be charged on the same bill as my current land line and TriBand broadband connection. He said that this would be arranged and asked for  my documents after saying that the 3G Jadoo connection would cost Rs.2500. I told him that I would return later that evening with the required documents and the money.

That evening, around 5:00 PM, when I returned, he gave me a shock when after entering some data on to a computer he asked me to pay Rs.7,500. When I told him that he said the cost was only Rs.2500 that afternoon, he said that I had not heard correctly and insisted I pay since the data was already entered on to the main MTNL computer and could not be cancelled. He accompanied me to the neighbouring PNB ATM so that I withdrew sufficient money (I was not carrying sufficient money thinking the cost was only RS.2,500). Surprisingly, he only gave me a manual bill, copy of which I am attaching with this mail.

When I returned home, I saw that the USB device of Capitel make he gave me had the MRP of Rs. 4,750 only on it while the manual bill given to me mentioned Rs.5,500. Suspecting something wrong, I checked on the MTNL web site – there again the mobile internet connection device was advertised as costing only Rs. 2,700.

Since then I have contacted various MTNL numbers and officers over the phone and have discovered that they cannot explain how :

1.       How I was told that the new connection would be charged on my earlier MTNL landline’s bill whereas in fact it was another connection altogether.

2.       How I was given the Capitel device? – in fact all of them disclaimed any knowledge of this product.

3.       How was I charged more than the MRP price for the Capitel device that was thrust on me?

4.       When there is another advertisement for a MTNL mobile broadband connection for only Rs.1750, why was I made to buy this Capitel device?"

I have a postpaid mobile connection (My no. is 9417202209)with BSNL. My account got activated on 12th August 2009. On 13th August 2010, I was informed all of a sudden that my connection has been changed into a prepaid mobile connection. I did not ask for this change.

When I enquired from BSNL's office I got to know that due to some technical fault my mobile connection was converted to a prepaid one.

At 00:00hrs on 14th August 2010 my outgoing services got barred. When I contacted customer care they told me that this happened because I failed to recharge my account. This is incredible and unbelievable. I am a postpaid customer. Postpaid customers dont recharge, instead they pay the bill. I have already paid all my bills.

I have been subjected to unlimited TORTURE at the hands of BSNL customer care. Whenever I have called in this regard I haven't been helped. Instead everytime my call gets TRANSFERRED to a senior who never picks up the call, and when he has picked he has not been of any help.

I AM TIRED and I HAVE TRIED ENOUGH. Please help me as even after paying up all my bills my outgoing has been barred because of an illogical reason that I have not RECHARGED my POSTPAID mobile phone.

I have a Spice Prepaid mobile service with No.9964524246 and on 1st Aug 2010 I received a SMS intimating me of debiting Rs.30 for monthly rental charge for SMS offer for Aug 2010. I neither received any offer or I accepted any offer. More over I hardly use SMS facility .
On 1st Aug I called their Customer service at 11.39 AM and spoke to the Executive about, but I could not get any reply from the executive. On the same day I sent a mail to their customer cell which I have forwarded along, and on 3rd Aug I received a SMS saying my service request Number is 297318595 and by 4th Aug 2010 14.45 I will get a reply and I waited up to 6th and no reply came. Again  on 6th sent a reminder for which I did not get any reply. Rs. 30/- was debited without my authorisation and I am not getting any answers from them or my money is not returned.


Please inform me what I should do to get my money back. Contacting the customer service is only waste of my money. (Every call is charged at.o.50 P and for almost few minutes I will have to listen to their advertisement).

I have a grievance against Matrix Cellular and their services.

I went to Japan on 26th June, returning on 14th July.

Since Indian cell phones do not work in Japan, I took a connection from Matrix (cell no. 08040663135) wherein they gave me a cell phone instrument and the sim card for use in Japan.

The billing was to be done subsequently. Hence it is a post paid connection. Matrix took an authorization to charge the call expenses to my credit card.

On returning, I was shocked to receive a total bill of Rs. 50,000 from Matrix for what I consider minimal usage of the cell phone, both voice and data. In fact, the major charges were for data usage. The extent of data usage could not be gauged at all and I have to rely on Matrix for determining the usage through their Japanese partner.

I need assistance in reducing the bill amount to reasonable levels.

I registered a complaint with Airtel Customer care about this. They assured me this will not repeat in future. But for my surprise on 25/07/2010 i received the same message and Rs 10 was deducted from my balance. Same is happened/happening with many customers.

Also I noticed depletion in my account balance during roaming. I also sought clarification on this and requested them to give me the details of call/sms charges and balance. I once again registered complaint with Airtel customer care.

There were many mails to and fro between cc and me. Their response each time was partial and never complete. They even forced me to pay Rs50 to get the bill. Now the conversation came to a hault. I have all the mail exchanges with me. Please help me in fighting against the injustice for the customers.

I am a subscriber with Tikona Internet service provider. While purchasing their FUL499 plan, I was assured that I will get downloads upto 2Mbps speed per month for data downloads less than 100 MB. Once I cross the 100 MB limit for data download, my speed would be reduced to 150 KB. I monitored my usage for the first month (May 2010) and found that my internet speed was reduced to 150 KB after I used up only 32MB of download. Same thing happened in the next month (June 2010). I have the proof with me regarding this. I have been following up with Tikona since the past few months but they say that its an issue with their system and they continue to ignore my complaint.

I switched to one of their another plans (CB499) which promises 2Mbps speeds upto data downloads of 5GB and then the speed would reduce to 64KB. After getting my bill I realized that they would divide the 5GB into 30 days and hence my per day limit for download would be something around 110MB. Anything extra will be charged at 10 paise per KB. I found this out only after I called their customer care. This clause is no where mentioned on their website and I think that this amounts to cheating on their part.

Please look into the matter and advice.

The due date was 24th of last month which i come to know after the outgoing got barred . As the bill was not received i didn't paid. I did the complain as well for the non receipt of the bill but executive is telling it got solved and the bill is been delivered.Again i made complain which is pending. I made the payment by check on day before yesterday at ODHAV reliance mobile store.The girl sitting there told me it will be activated by evening.

Than i called up the customer care and had talk with the ASHUTOSH. He transferred call  to some senior executive and he did some security check and told me that it will be activated with in three hours.
 
Mean While i got call form the collection department (079-32512759). Executive name: Megha. She Gave me commitment that bill will be reached to you by yesterday morning. Its already one day over.

yesterday I had talk with the the Ms Shyana (Representing Mr Sudhir Nodal Officer) She Took request to unbarred the service. Till the time it is not been activated. Now  don't activate it. You just go through your policy. I want the Receipt of the courier, showing that i have received the bill and if you dont have that than  i will claim for the loss which i suffer for not getting the service for this many days.

Appellate Authority is not picking up the phone at 5:30Pm which is not recess time.

Nodal Officer phone is always coming engage and the other phone number is diverting on Fax.only once by luck i got connected to shyana.

Today morning had talk with the Harsha. she told a new story that for your number some category is not fulfilling so they cant reactivate. So all the other person whom i connected before made false commitment. I want answer of that as well.

5. One time they didn't send me the bill for Rs 1800/- for which I have paid Rs 1600/- for that and requested them to send the detailed bill.After receipt of this bill , I made the balance payment of Rs 200/- on 7.5.2010 and got the ack.
6. Again they are asking me to pay balance Rs 200/- for unknown reason.
I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and render the justice for me.

Than I contact to customer care and login complaint (complaint no 132263725) .than in reply he told me that wait for two day but when I again contact to reliance customer care than he say this in ok they cannot return my money.
Now I want refund money in my mobile which are cut off unnecessary without my permission.
I want to claim to Reliance that how can they cut money without my permission.

I am highly dissappointed by the poor customer service of the BSNL, Chennai Telephones. (Kumaran Nagar Telephone Exchnage)

Our land line 26511436 is not working since 25-May-2010, and we have filed the complaint with the Assistant Engineer, Divisional Engineer (North-External) and also wrote to the AGM of BSNL. Also the complaint has been expressed in person several times with the AE and the JTO of Kumaran Nagar Exchange.

Until now our phone line has not been restored.

Is it possible to file a case against BSNL for their irresponsible and poor customer service? The complaint has to be filed against the BSNL or the AE of the Kumaran Nagar Exchnage?

If so, kindly advice where to file the case and contact details and cost of filing etc...

I would like to bring in kind attention, and need your legal a advise on, my internet connection with provider TATA Broadband services.
I have my TATA infinity connection of Wimax with them since 2007 and I believe before I was their customer too had very long relations, I never had any issue. Since last month, the internet was down; I logged complaint with provider to check. They came and informed me that, the WiMax antenna is not there, look like stolen, and you have to pay for it. When I asked where it was written and mentioned the cost, that is RS 7000 /- against it, they told me it’s in my account term and condition and they have my signature.
I have told them , that I wasn’t aware that , it is so costly. They did not mentioned to me that risk is involved in it to install on the roof , while I took connection, their sales rep has never mentioned that its been very costly and I have to pay for it if lost to stolen, ,u concern is why did they install on my multistory roof, where no security is. They are aware of it, and why the provider did not cover insurance in it ? or informed customer to take one for safety? I have asked them. They are threatening me to pay that amount and penalty for this.
They are fooling the customer like this and not supporting at all. The policies and cost are so hidden, not explained properly to consumers while connection issued.
Please help and advice on this.

I am registered user of prepaid tata docomo number 8090068090. Tata has activated cricket alert services on my number without my request and approval whereas I have requested at the time of purchase of SIM card that no value added services will be activated on my number.

Due to this illegal activation I have lost almost Rs. 50/- from my hard earned money.
Kindly help me to get my money back.

First of all I thank you for your services and focus in helping consumers.
 
I had several problems with airtel since I got the new connection.
 
Let me explain the same in short:
1.       I had requested for GPRS service on my blackberry handset on prepaid mobile couple of months ago
2.       Customer care agent confidently told me that I can use and hence he activated the same
3.       Later found that it cannot be used without activating Black berry service which is Rs. 300 per month
4.       I asked them to cancel it because IT WAS THEIR FAULT and REFUND the money
5.       They did the refund after 3 days
6.       Again this month they deducted Rs. 98/- towards the same service, without me activating the same
7.       When spoke to them they refused to help
 
Please let me know how to proceed. I am ready to face the court and teach these guys who do not have any courtesy to customer nor even can spell customer care.
 
Please let me know the way forward and guide me, so that it becomes a lesson to other operators especially airtel which really needs such lessons.

2) I am ready to activate the Sim card validity to life time but the company is forfeiting Rs 600 (paid above on 15th Jul 2010) package though there is still tenure of 26 days left.

I would like to bring to your kind attention, the following complaints against Bharti Airtel Ltd.,Chennai as they are harassing me during my working hours at my office timings, even though I have made the payments before the due dates:
1. My Mobile No: 9500055824 My Name : N.Dakshinamurthy
    Residing 5/2, Kutchery Lane, Mylapore, Chennai 600004.
2. I have got this Mobile connection from Airtel in July 2009. The payments for the mobile call charges are made by me before the due dates through ICICI Net banking.Statements are available with me.
3. Airtel started levying Late payment charges for delay in payment even though I have made it through Net banking before the due date (Ack. in statement)
4. When I contacted the c care of Airtel, they assured to waive the Late payment charges but not done so far.
5. One time they didn't send me the bill for Rs 1800/- for which I have paid Rs 1600/- for that and requested them to send the detailed bill.After receipt of this bill , I made the balance payment of Rs 200/- on 7.5.2010 and got the ack.
6. Again they are asking me to pay balance Rs 200/- for unknown reason.
I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and render the justice for me.

My mistake was that i had given my simcard to Frontline people & got the plan activated on dated 12feb2008 & within 4 days the line got disconnected without giving me any prior notice. On asking i was told that this number is in use.. I have made several complaints but till now got any answer. So i request you to please look in the matter & solve it asap. I decided to terminate the connection and cleared all the bills and took up a request for termination which was granted. However, the security deposit of Rs 8000/- was not returned. The connection was terminated in the last week of Mar 10 and I was assured that the amount would reach me within 45 working days. However, it is now more than 100 days and I am yet to receive any money. Despite numerous phone calls to customer care and e-mails, there have only been empty promises from Bharti Airtel. The latest complaint no. is 33016492 registered on 05 Jul 10. Action was assured within a week, but there has been no correspondence from Airtel, leave alone action.

I received an SMS from Airtel on my mobile no. 9987270919 (Mumbai) which mentioned that if I recharge my prepaid account with Rs.500, I would receive a talktime of Rs.550. The only condition mentioned in that SMS was that I have to utilise that amount within 25 days of recharging. I recharged my no. with Rs.500 and got a talktime of Rs.550. However, when I went to Andhra Pradesh (roaming), I could'nt use this talktime. After calling Airtel on hotline no. 198 I was told that I can utilise this balance only for calling purposes (no VAS services allowed!) and that too within the local limits (not for roaming). But nothing was mentioned in the SMS I initially received from Airtel. Now Airtel is not co-operating with me - they're not allowing me to utilise this amount for any other purposes, nor are they extending the validity of 25 days (out of which 7 days I was on roaming and could'nt use this talktime). My only cause of concern is that they should atleast mention the terms and conditions along with the SMS they're sending to promote any of their offers or products.

I had purchased an Idea Plug n Play internet connection with number 9594062314 in October'09.
 
At the time of purchase from Croma (Colour Scape, Mall Dhamal,Dumping Road,Mulund (West),Mumbai- 400080) I had informed the sales person that I intended to purchase a pre-paid connection as my office timings did not permit me to be able to pay bills on a regular basis. At that time the sales person recommended that I purchase a post-paid connection since its faster to get and get it converted into pre-paid through a single phone call. I trusted his suggestion but later on when I sent a mail and called up Idea for conversion they informed me that conversion has been discontinued. I expressed my inability to come and pay the bills but they paid no heed. They disconnected my connection after the bill remained unpaid for a month and then after two months came to collect the bill for two months period, even though the services were provided for a single month. I paid the bill that time but this time again, even after repeated requests for conversion to pre-paid they have accumulated a two month bill, even though I used the connection only for a day and are now harassing me through phone calls to pay the outstanding amount.
 
Please help me as I have tried to discuss it with them but end up with the same reply.

I, Adarsh Priyadarshi, have a complain regarding Vodafone mobile services. I had asked to block my previous SIM card number 9873490888, after it was stolen in bus on June 21.
Following that I was issued new SIM card with same number. However, due to some technical glitch the newly issued SIM card could not be activated. Despite my repeated calls to Vodafone customer care, the mobile service has failed to act on it.

When I asked to permanently block the number, they managed to reassure me that the new SIM card, which is still to arrive, will be activated soon.
Vodafone failed to do that too. When again the call was made to customer care, they told me to go ahead file a police compliant regarding the same.
On June 29, they again told that i will get a new SIM card latest by 30th june but still i have not received any SIM despite regular calling.
Presently, I am without mobile and have been continuously harassed by the same. Please look into this matter.

Right from onset MTS INDIA is setting newer bench marks of POOR Customer Service.

Issue No. 1

I bought MTS data card from TATA CROMA in Malad West, Mumbai on 6th / 7th June 2010. I was advised that within 30 mins I will be able to use internet. I reached home and almost after 3 hours of buying MTS data card I tried accessing internet but was unable to do so. My wife called up MTS India helpline. MTS India executive advises my wife to go to nearest internet parlor and download some "patch", copy it on pen drive and install it on my laptop.

I was surprised with such response. This is not CUSTOMER SERVICE. Anyway, then I spoke with MTS India helpline and some technical executive came home and installed so called patch which helped me to start browsing internet.

Issue No. 2 - Recharge experience

I wanted to recharge my account, the person who came home had NO CLUE of MTS India plans. I recharged my account worth INR 598.00 - Night Plan 2200 hrs - 0700hrs. Please educate your people who can advice MTS India customers like me regarding calling plan prior to recharging.

Suddenly I recd a legal notice from advocate of Matrix on 2/7/10 asking me to pay Rs 10000 immediately failing which he will take criminal action against me. I emailed him saying that he.Matrix should immediately send me documentary evidence to show me such pending payment because I have NOT recd any bill for Rs 10000 from Matrix since 2008. I am prepared to pay if I find that the Matrix claim of Rs 10000 is valid based on documents. I called Matrix 4 times since 2/7, to get documents but no one from Matrix has done it so far.
Pls tell me as to how I protect myself from any criminal action aginst me.

I am a vodafone/hutch customer since 2003.

I had recently migrated from prepaid to postpaid. Due to family emergency I had to travel to Pune, during this time persons from vodafone had come to verify my address. As I was not in town, I had asked the person to go ahead and verify me, since the landlord was there. I am staying at this location for the last 20 years. It was clarified to the person who had come for verification that I stay at that address. Inspite of this, my verification was marked negative. A second person had gone to verify my office address. I am a director at the office, and had once again asked them to verify me since I was still at Pune.

After that my phone had been deactivated and I have been harassed by vodafone executives at the customer store as well as the call center. They seem to be helpless and hopeless and unable to help, forget "happy to help"; all I get to hear is "I understand...I understand.."

I use this line for business as well as personal calls. And I have given this number to over 2000 contacts.

My connection has been disable for over a week now. This is torture and complete waste of my time and energy. I would like to sue vodafone and get a compensation.

This is a complaint for Tikona Networks broadband service provider). I had given advance payment of 500/- to the Tikona Sales person for which he gave me a receipt and confirmed the device installation will be done in a day's time. The next day techinician came to my house and found no signal for the wireless device. He went back saying he will come in some time. But he never came back. I kept calling the sales person and he kept telling that technician is coming in sometime. But he didnt come for 1 full week after which I thought of disconnecting the service. I asked the customer care for the same and they confirmed they raised the disconnection request and my advance amount and documents gievn foe verfification will be given back to me in 1 day. After 2 days I didnt get any response when I called them back and they said they need another 10 days time "as per company's policy" to refund my money. I still didnt get any reponse. I called again after 15 days and got to hear from customer care that as per company's policy the refund will be given back in 45 days and he has escalated the issue to higher level on high priority. He gave me 15th June 2010 as the date for my refund. I again didnt get any response and had to call customer care again. This time I had a long talk with executive and he promised me on name of god that within 15 days my refund will be given back to me. I didnt recevie and call still. Today I have got a mail from Tikona Network for my last month's bill(bill no.B1794610)called up the customer care and he confirmed I use the service thats the reason they have generated a bill. I asked them, to show me the usage and they said its prorata based. I dont think this is the case with other service providers and

I would like to bring to your notice that my cell phone (+919881343969)which I am using for past 4-5 years was temporarily disconnected on 1st June without giving me any notice. As I was on leave & busy in attending my relatives engagement & Marriages from 1st to 5 th June I was not able to go to Idea Showroom. I went to Idea showroom located in Panaji-Goa on 7th June which was on 2nd floor of Magnum centre near Mandovi hotel but found the same is closed & shifted and have to contact Cell Tone office which is situated next to United Bank of India, Market, Panjim-Goa. I went to the office on 8th June and asked the concerned person's from Idea Cellular and they informed me to submitted my photograph & address proof as the form filled earlier was incomplete. Here I would like to mentioned that how Idea Cellular can activate a number without receiving proper document's? Moreover I again submitted my documents at around 1pm on 8th June and they informed me that the service would be started by evening.

As the same was not started by evening I was constantly calling customer care and they were also not able to solve my grievance. I again went next day to Cell Tone showroom in panjim (9th June) and they informed me that the service would start by 6pm but the same was not started on that day also. Again I went to the showroom yesterday (10th June) and they informed me that the documents were already sent and there were no rejection from Idea Cellular and told me that they will inform me the status by 2pm. I took the showroom number which they gave me as (0832)2422011. I got a call from a person from Cell Tone who told me his name as Mr.Sanjay Chari (+919822120437) and told me that my service is restored, but when I checked I found it was not restored I tried to contact him on his cell (which he called from)many times but he didn't pick up my call I even SMS him what was his problem for not picking up my call but he didn't reply to me. I tired to call Cell Tone on their landline number provided by them but no one was picking up the phone. I was totally pissed off and frustated yesterday as for past 10 days I am facing this problem without my fault.

I therefore request you to kindly restore my service for cell no.+919881343969 at the earliest.

I am using Reliance Blackberry service on my mobile number +919341947782. From few days i encountered a problem in handset, problem are as follows
1. On high volume there was some disturbances on speaker but little lower than higher volume it was clear.
2. Black Spots on LCD
Despite these problems handset was working fine only on high volumes there was disturbance in the speaker.
On contacting Reliance Blackberry customer care, i went to Reliance World, Cunnigham Road Service Centre, before 2-3 weeks back. Speaking with your representative Mr. Alim (+919343856576) he told me to come next day. As, i didn't get time i went on 07 June 2010 he told me that water has gone inside the handset. I said there is no water gone inside the handset if water goes inside there will be white patches on the LCD. He took the handset inside, after few minutes he came back and told me to come next day on 8th June. When i called up some number the speaker wasn't working,i had to use speakerphone to listen conversation. Asking him regarding this he said he opened the HANDSET. I asked him to rectify this, he said me to leave the handset with him or to come next day at 11:00 am (8 June 2010).

Next day he kept me waiting from 11 AM to 2 PM sometimes he said there is problem in board, or to keep my handset with him, my problem wasn't rectified and said me the handset is out of warranty after my complaining to him that "why did he open the handset without my permissionhe said he will rectify speaker problem he took the mobile with him out of reliance WORLD, then i took my handset from him as he was going to some local store and some parts can be changed.

Now please tell me what should i do with my handset,

I am having reliance Broadband Netconnect having no. 9320718450. earlier I was residing at Nerul in Navi Mumbai and shifted to New Location in Navi Mumbai at Kamothe. This location is having a problem of network which was reported to Reliance customer care on 11th May 2010 Complaint no 123760896. This call was closed on 20th May 2010 saying that problem will be resolved on 23th May 2010.

Again I booked a complaint on 26th May 2010 for the same reason till date the problem of network is not resolved. Meanwhile a bill was generated which was waved off vide my request no 126538196. and subsequently since network is not available in my area, to keep my Data card active for emmergency uses I requested for its migration to per paid vide request no 127664040 on 27th May 2010.

After 7 days when I approched the R-world, they are asking for Pro-reta payment of Rs. 350/-.

My request to R-com is that since It was not possible for Reliance to provide services in my area, that is the reason I am changing my plan. Then why I am asked for the payment of the services which was not available to me during this period.

I have been approching Reliance Communication but No Action is taken by them so far.

I am a PhD student from Atlanta, Ga. I came to Bangalore for a research at GE for 3 months. When I got here, I bought an Airtel sim (phone number 7760513101) from a local shop here. I submitted all my documents (first time) but somehow I received an SMS from Airtel that my documents were missing. I went to the same shop and enquired about it. I was told that the xerox copy with expiry date of my driving license was missing. I apologized and submitted (second time) it, I hoped everything went well. After 2 weeks Airtel barred my outgoing calls, incoming calls were working fine though. When I called the customer service they said they did not receive any document yet. The shop keeper claims that he submitted the document. As I wanted to resolve this quickly, I personally went to the Airtel office in Mahadevpura, Bangalore and submitted (third time) all my documents (1 photograph, 3 Xerox copies) again. Mr. Goush there accepted all the documents and on my request personally checked them. I was informed that it will take 24 hours for my connection to get activated again. Considering that it was a saturday when I submitted the documents I waited till monday, but it was not activated. I had to go there personally on thursday to get it activated. Even though it costed me a lot to travel there, I did not complain as I assumed such things happen sometimes. However, after few more days they barred my outgoing calls. I had to go to the relationship center and Mr. Goush made lots of calls and got it working on the spot. I thanked him and left. It has been a week and now my outgoing calls are working fine but incoming is barred. This is ridiculous, who has heard of outgoing working and incoming barred? I called the customer c

I'm using vodafone connection for last 4 yrs in Kolkata.
On 07/06/2010 11:30 AM I've got call for activated caller tune thrice.
All the times i've ended the call with end button.
At night I've got message - "As per your request caller tune has been activated on your mobile no.
Rs. 90 Will be charged for 3 months rental" and Rupees has been deducted from my balance.
How can it be possible? However, while I'm calling customer care they're saying
that we can't give you price back and It is good to hear caller tune.
Perhaps you've activated it.
So Is this the kind of company vodafone is?
Cheating with people by giving callertune forcefully without infoming
and deduct rupees automatically.
Is this the kind of service we're paying for? Everytime cutomercare will say anything and we'will
be the ultimate victim. One more thing this the not first time this is occuring. I've faced problem
earlier also vodafone has theft Rs. 150  from me.

I had paid my may month outstanding of Rs. 585/- in cash to Reliance Franchisee "GOLDEN COMMUNICATION" (Big Bazaar Lane, Shop No. 2. #1301, 25th Main, 9th Block, Jaynagar, Bangalore - 560069) on 31st of May 2010 vide slip no. 747 dated 31.05.2010. After that i got a message from reliance to deposit the outstanding and barred my outgoing services on 03.06.2010. I call to reliance customer care no. and inform him that i had paid the outstanding. So please start my outgoing facility. But they didn't started. Than i book a complain vide no. 128299145 on 03.06.2010 (09.42 AM)to reliance customer care. They ensure me that the problem will be resolve with in 3 days. But still they have not sort out the problem. Many times i called to customer care, but they didn't help me. Because of that i loose almost 1000 Rs. and i was faced lot of problems. I want to reimburse these expenditures along with penalty. Please help me

Vodafane cheating us thru giving caller tune forcefully.

I'm using vodafone connection for last 4 yrs in Kolkata.
On 07/06/2010 11:30 AM I've got call for activated caller tune thrice.
All the times i've ended the call with end button.
At night I've got message - "As per your request caller tune has been activated on your mobile no.
Rs. 90 Will be charged for 3 months rental" and Rupees has been deducted from my balance.
How can it be possible? However, while I'm calling customer care they're saying
that we can't give you price back and It is good to hear caller tune.
Perhaps you've activated it.

So Is this the kind of company vodafone is?
Cheating with people by giving callertune forcefully without infoming
and deduct rupees automatically.
Is this the kind of service we're paying for? Everytime cutomercare will say anything and we'will
be the ultimate victim. One more thing this the not first time this is occuring. I've faced problem
earlier also vodafone has theft Rs. 150 from me.

On 17 May, 2010, I got activated SMS pack, of Rs. 53, by easy recharge.
It gives 350 SMS daily for 30 days.
But on 21 May, I was being charged for msgs. at normal rate (Without benefit of Rs. 53 SMS pack)
I tried to register complaint on 198, national complaint no., but the no. did not exist, it said as I dialed 2-3 times.
I talked to a customer care executive (vide ticket no.35234630)
He replied that u can't get the benefit of this service, being in possesion of
a demo sim
But I am having a normal customer sim and not any demo, as there is no option for recharge, being a sim with less memory.
He said he even can’t register complaint in this matter.
I registered the complaint with nodal officer on same day.
He replied next day, asking the date of recharge, which I provided him immediately.
Acknowledgement mail said that he will revert back in 24 hours.
But he didn’t revert till now.
Since maximum time limit for redressal by him was 10 days and that limit was over yesterday, 31 May, 2010, so I forwarded the matter to appellate authority and other addresses given in the reply mail.
As usual, the acknowledgement mail said that that they will revert back in 24 hours.
But now those 24 hours are also lapsed.
Kindly help me by taking suitable action.
Money deduced on 21 May, 2010, for msgs., to be refunded and validity of pack for the days, during which I was and shall remain without pack, needs to be added.
In addition, kindly tell me whether I can claim for compensation for the inconvenience created by them.

I had got my pre- connection activated in the year January 2008 this card was purchased from Rahul Enterprises & a VIP No: 99870 07007 was given for which the payment was settled in cash. After a month M/s Frontline Sales called up & suggested me the plan (Bonanza Plan-199) for which I had agreed & according to them submitted my documents along with the sim-card to the office to change it from pre- to post-, plus paid the activation charges, & not just for 3 to 4 days of usage, my post-paid connection was terminated without even intimating me or giving me any prior notice.

On asking them I came to know that one of the Airtel company owner was holding the number & all the database records which got later replaced & also the plan was converted back to pre- from post- # . But to you understanding I have the original bill copy from the Airtel Company where it states that I was the legal owner of that number & also address given to them.

For this I feel it’s totally illegal, that the big company like Airtel can do such a blunder with there customer …. Please sir, I need the justice. As Customer I won’t bear the loss it’s not my fault? It’s been more than 3 years I haven’t got any justice so please help me out & solve the matter as soon as possible.

I am looking forward to the positive reply. Hope would get the justice soon.

I have told that I have already submitted the required Address Proof. When I have asked that what is the information missing or wrong then they told the connection is in name of some other one. I was shocked that how come it is possible when I am using it for last six months. I had called their customer care several times in last six months and as per their regular exercise they basically verified the caller name, so how come they couldn't able to find that time the connection was in wrong name.

I thought of submitting the documents again just because of I don’t want to change my number, but I couldn't able to submit the document again as I was out of station and when I came back they said that they have disconnected the connection. I again asked the reason and they told me that it was in name of Suresh. Due to this I have also lost my money as it was prepaid connection and gone through a mental harassment.

I want to state that I was having a vodafone post paid connection number 9916901698 and wanted to terminate the connection. Hence I went to the nearest Vodafone office (No. 1 Bafna Towers SM Circle Ayyappa Temple Road Jallahalli Junction Peenay Bengaluru 560058) on Feb 18, 2010, and submitted the application along with proof of address. The officer there (Vodafone employes trainee who do not know the procedure most of the times) told me to deposit the amount which was due for the month of Feb 2010 which as per the officer was 290 rupees. I duely paid the amount and was given the recipiet for that . After that the officer gave me the customer acknowledgment copy #119462 and stated that my connection has been terminated. However, on March 5, 2010, an amount of Rs 184/- was deducted from bank account by ECS of Vodafone. I went and enquired about that from the above office of Vodafone and the officer (trainee) there told me that he has made the necessary corrections and that the amount would be refunded by way of a cheque which will be delivered to my home address. I was waiting for the refund and after one month or so again went to the Vodafone office and the officer (trainee) there told that you would certainly get the refund. I came back and was waiting again.

Meanwhile on May 29, 2010, I recieved a call from Vodafone stating that an amount of Rs 120/- was due from me and that I should pay it. I told him that I was expecting refund from them and not vice versa. He stated that you have not applied for cancellation and that you have to write an email to this effect. This number is registered under Mr. Anthur Haridasan, my Father. He has subscribed for the HOME UL 750 broadband plan since May 2009. The issue is that the broadband keeps disconnecting and when it is connected it takes ages for a webpage to open up. For a simple site like rediff.com takes about 20 secs to load while the same page takes less than 5 secs to load on a similar connection when we were living at a different location which is about 20 kms from this apartment.

The Broadband was functioning perfectly until November 2009. From December 2009 it was erratic. Me & my wife moved into the apartment at the end of Jan 2010. I have made many complaints via online, telephone & personally to BSNL. All they do is send a linesman who is rude and does not now his job because all he does is put the blame on the the internal wiring. I called in the technical team from Brigade who are the builders of this apartment, and they have confirmed that there is no fault with the internal wiring.

I just had to pay the fees for the broadband service for the next 1 year upfront and yet I do not have proper broadband services. I cant apply to another service provider as the only provider in this building is BSNL.

After few days the internet stopped functioning. The representative from the company Vriti Infocom, reliance's selling agent, came to cllect the documents and asked me to make the payment online. He said the connection would be activated in a few hours. It has been four days and the connection ahs not been activated. They are demanding further documents for verification.

I believe this is a clear case of misselling . why dont these people list down all these things before they sell. Why was i told that the documents given were enough. I would have not made the payment at all if the selling agent would have told told me about there various conditions.

Now i have spent Rs 2300 (payment refrenec no 2334551) without any service being offered. my phone calls and emails to the reliance selling agent Vriti-Infocom remain answered.

Please help me getting my full refund. the selling agent should be penalized for intentional misselling

I stay in Goregaon East, Mumbai. I have suddenly received a very huge amount of electricity bill. In context  to that, I tried to check my electric connection if there is any flaw in it as its highly impossible to exhaust 541 units in 20 days in a 1BHK.
 
Now, I hired an electrician to see if someone is tapping my connection and he concluded that no one is actually tapping the connection.
 
I started monitoring the meter reading on a daily basis, I kept my main switch turned off for 10 hrs and noted the initial and final reading from the meter. To my surprise 2 units have been recorded although no consumption was made to it.
So, for 24 hrs my meter goes about 4 units extra although no consumption is made.
Just to add, I had kept 2 tube lights, 1 fan and a fridge switched on from 19:00 hrs to 9:00 hrs and the amount of unit exhausted shows to be 13 units. Definitely, its a faulty meter.
 
This way beyond to what it should be ideally,  I can understand the processing/calculation of energy meter as I am an electronics engineer.
 
I reported this to the reliance energy help desk, I have sent them mails multiple times and they have turned a deaf ear to my complaints.(please refer the mail sent with sub:Fwd: {DMTO10000398} [REPLY1] Response to your mail dated 08/05/2010.)
 
I was billed Rs2700 for 20 days of consumption , I strongly feel that getting the electricity board privatized has planted thugs in our society.
 
Please look into this issue and provide me with a speedy resolution as this electricity bill is burning a hole in my pocket .

I have been facing severe problems with my account with BPL. List of problems faced
My account have been converted in to a corporate account without my consent
I have been paying Rs 599 as rentals every month which is way above the other schemes they have. I have been calling them to have this changed to a better scheme but with no revert from them
Every time I call them to check the status i am kept on hold and then the call gets disconnected after 5 minutes with no call back frm them
The last time i tried reaching them i was informed by one of the call centre executives that Mr Sayed ( their supervisor will call me back with a response but till date i have no response.
I tried making a last attempt yesterday and spoke to one of their executive Hussain or Hassan (dont recollect his name) and he as always kept me on hold for some time and the call got disconnected. I would have called them not less than 10 times but with no luck.
After reaching a stage of frustration and considering this as a solution - I wish to inform you that i have gone ahead and applied for a pre-paid connection yesterday at their gallery in Mululd as that will allow me to retain my number without me needing to contact the customer care department.

I hold a valid Airtel SIM (9972001131) and I have been a subscriber of this service since Mid 2007. This SIM has been with my spouse for her personal usage. My bills over this period of time has never been in excess of Rs 700/-. My March 2010 bill suddenly showed up as 1,661.26.

I went through the details of the bill and found that there were two ISD calles made (details as given below).

1 18/Mar/2010 16:16:22 006703309224 08:23 900.00

2 18/Mar/2010 17:07:19 006703309224 01:43 200.00

I cross checked this with my spouse as she holds this SIM in her pocession and she confirmed that she has not made any ISD calls. The said calls reach to East Timor when I checked the country code. I have

I raised this with the Airtel's customer care 121 over phone and I was told that the team will investigate into the matter and revert to me in 4 days. I did not hear back from Airtel in 4 days time. I raised the same issue with 121 and it was then I was told that, "Airtel has completed and Investigation and the calls have originated from my side only" and I was expected to pay the bill.

I raised this issue on 21st April 2010 with the Nodal Officer Meenakshi Bora nodalofficer.kk@airtel.in specifically asking for the IMEI number from which these calls have originated. From then on I have been receiving acknoledgement mails and responses which just mention that, "Airtel has received my complaint and they will investigate into the matter and get back to me with a resolution in 24 hrs" and "The issue has been investigated and the charges are valid".

- I have been repeatedly informing vodafone about not taking up any request for reactivation of the SIM, but still they take the requests from anybody who calls them and reactivate the SIM. Not bothering to consider the owner's request and canceling the SIM straight away.

Finally I had to visit vodafone store to block my card completely but even they did not cooperate. It has been very painful and frustrating experience with vodafone and the SIM is still active for taking up incoming calls.

I have been a reliance postpaid customer for a long time now. Since i migrated from Mumbai to Bangalore, i changed my number and got a prepaid connection of Reliance GSM number- 9019906693 . But Since a long time i have noticed that some VAS packs are automatically been activated on my number. Today when i called the customer care, they told me that the packs are auto activated.

 
I dont understand that if i need a pack to be activated on my number, then it should be totally on my request. I requested for a refund but they refused me saying that it wasnot possible and i should have enquired it in advance.

Kindly look into the issue as this is simply a waste of money.

There is no meaning to continue with the broadband service provided by TATA Photon+. The service provided by TATA Photon+ is absolutely no use for me. So I am requesting you to cancel my broadband connection and refund my money immediately. I have to go for other broadband connection which is most vital for my job and career and for my company and project. Only because of the same whole things got affected. 
After completion of 30 days Bill will come for Rs.1000/- . There is no meaning to pay for the service which is no use for me. 
So it is my kind request to cancel the broadband connection and refund the price (Rs.2399/-) enable to take alternate connection immediately. 
  
Please give your decision immediately. I cannot wait for a single day because I am working for the abroad project and my working is critical for the same. I have to take alternate connection from immediate effect.  
I am waiting for your decision. 
Yours reply is the decision factor for me to file a complaint before Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission  .

I have given the mobile no to my all relative and frinds. now i am struggling to contact them. so please forward my complaint and give justice.

I had marked you a copy of a mail I had sent yesterday to reliance broadband plus nodal officer. It was regarding the problems I was facing with their datacard. I had bought that datacard more than 3 weeks back and am still not able to use. I have been making calls on calls and running from here to there since then to get it done but to no avail. 
Sir, I am 24 years old, MBA from IIM Lucknow, working with a public listed company. I work hard during the week and do not have much time to handle rest of things. Still I have been following them for 3 weeks. It becomes a mental torture for me to do that after the time and efforts I put in my work. I was wondering if I can put in a police complain against such issues, but everyone warned me it will become more difficult for me as it will take more of my time and efforts and it wont make any difference to such a big company. Is it true that I would be the one to get in trouble if I complain to police for small things? I am living alone in Mumbai and do not want to get into such trouble, but I do want to bring it to notice if something is wrong in systems which creates problems for common people. 
Before this, around a month back, I had even bought Tata Photon and was getting some trouble and there also people were passing on the ball from one to another. I thought it was waste of efforts and I better put in more money so I threw that and bought reliance broadband plus, but similar problems persisted. Therefore, this time I decided to put up a fight for my hard earned money I have put into this device. 
This is not only thing, I have had problems with taxi drivers earlier, who charged much more than fare and I had to pay because none of them wanted to go, also they would refuse to go to short distances, and they use abusive language when I tell them to behave as per regulations. 
Sir, please tell me what am I supposed to do in such situations? Shall I accept that I can not make a difference and have to accept things as they are, or shall I complain to police and in the process get more trouble for me, or is there a way that I can bring this to your notice and still I would be able to live my normal life without much trouble. Can I go to someone for help in such situations? 
Its really a big dilemma for me, please help me out.

I, Balakrishnan Nair, your customer since 26th august 2008 had bought two connections and paid Rs.3990/- for each connection with SOUTH SMART OFFER. (12 months free South premium Pack). I am sorry to state that your Ignorant service has caused us lot of inconvenience. 
In the first month you established connection wrongly and put our entry in wrong Package.We made compliant regarding the same problem several times to Customer Care and Dealer (Pragati Electronics), then the problem corrected after 18 days (month of September 2008). 
Now again the same mistake has been repeated from your side, we have paid fee for yearly renewal, which was Rs. 2325/- (for each connections) for South Starter on 28th August 2009. In spite of the proper payment, you have disconnected the services on 24th April 2010.  
The Retailer M/s. Pragati Electronics, whom we first approached, said problem is due to your misinterpretation & that You may have probably feed our entries in wrong Package. My complaint is against the Vodafone group. i have a prepaid number of vodafone. On April 28,201o, about Rs. 60 were deducted from my prepaid account stating that i have got some services activated on my number namely missed call and caller tune services. This is to inform that i have not got these services activated on my number. Everyday a number of promotional calls are coming on my number asking to register for caller tumes so that the customer might be mistaken into activating at some time. It was promised to me that the balance that has been deducted will be refunded in my account on April 30,2010 but when i enquired, they refused to refund the amount.They said that the services have been activated at our end when this is untrue. When i tried to put forward my point, they refused to listen. 
Just because the customer has no proof of their innocence, the companies are making a fool of them and charging money at their whims and fancies. I have been trying to reach the seniors or higher authorities at vodafone but to no avail. They put my calls on long holds and then disconnect it.  
These companies are into robbing customers of their hard earned money and the customer has no way to prevent it.  
You are kindly requested to take the necessary actions to provide me justice so that these companies can be taught a good lesson.

I had got my pre- connection activated in the year January 2008 this card was purchased from Rahul Enterprises & a VIP No: 9987007007 was given for which the payment was settled in cash. After a month M/s Frontline Sales called up & suggested me the plan (Bonanza Plan-199) for which I had agreed & according to them submitted my documents along with the sim-card to the office to change it from pre- to post-, plus paid the activation charges, & not just for 3 to 4 days of usage, my post-paid connection was terminated without even intimating me or giving me any prior notice.  
On asking them I came to know that one of the Airtel company owner was holding the number & all the database records which got later replaced & also the plan was converted back to pre- from post- # . But to you understanding I have the original bill copy from the Airtel Company where it states that I was the legal owner of that number & also address given to them. 
For this I feel it’s totally illegal, that the big company like Airtel can do such a blunder with there customer …. Please sir, I need the justice. As Customer I won’t bear the loss it’s not my fault? It’s been more than 3 years I haven’t got any justice so please help me out & solve the matter as soon as possible.  
I am looking forward to the positive reply. Hope would get the justice soon.

more that 7 years. This connection with Mobile number 9840389770  was taken  
whilst i was employed with Murugappa Group and i moved out of this group in Apr  
2007. I did not realise that the connection is reflecting the same old group  
name even after changing to Accenture my new employer.

I did realise this when i was proposing to get the second connection in my  
name. Immediately gave all the proof to Airtel whilst applying for my second  
connection so that both my old connection and new connections are reflecting

I was promised by the team that it will also be changed in their records  
accordingly and i did all that is required to make the change including the  
payment of unbilled or outstanding amount.

Airtel being one of the reputed concerns with fundamentals and strong beleif in  
integrity, i never doubted the charges and i have been paying without going  
through the detailed billing. when i ran through the Nov 09 bill that is where  
i was in shock to see the CUG change has not happend and calls to 9600063770 is still being charged both ways. multiple emails also sent  
from my present employer id but no actions.

I raised a first complaint with Airtel customer care in 19th dec and i was  
promised that they will change this and was asked to pay the  
unbilled/outstanding and also was promised to reverse the charges but only for  
3 months as system does not allow reversing for period more than 3 mon

1.May 2009 i got an SMS that cricket pack has been activated in my mobile!! immidiately i called customer care & informed the matter he asked me to SMS some code to 55055 within 24 hours, accordingly i did. beside that paid Rs 54 per month(for three month) for that pack, whereas i didn;t register for it. 
2.On August 2009 i got an SMS about STD pack of 80 paise! then i talked with customer care ask me about the proceedure, the person asked me to unregister STD34 pack on 15th Aug( my bill generation date) & then register for STD39 pack later on 16th. accordingly i did. then i found STD34 and STD39 is added in my bill. 
3. On Sept. 29 2009, i mailed Idea Care by sending the following i quote "Dear Sir, 
I am a bonafide customer of idea cellular, since december 2007 having mobile no 9844876560 .i am facing problem of adding unauthrized cricket pack or addition of extra std pack that i am going to disclose you in details: 
1. About three month earlier i got an SMS that my cricket pack has been activated!! immidiately i called customer care & informed the matter he gave me to SMS some code to 55055 within 24 hours, accordingly i did. beside that paid Rs 54 per month(for two month) for that pack, whereas i didn;t register for it.

I have been using this above telephone number in the service of Vodafone India Ltd. The company has been surreptitiously pushing unsolicited flash messages to my SIM card. The flash messages are counted to my billing if I press any of the pad keys in my telephone and charged to my billing cycle. Like this the company has been doing for several months.

I had earlier registered my number for the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY as requested by the company. But, after a few months time, the company has again started sending me such unsolicited, some times obscene messages for which I have to pay.

When I spoke to the company representatives, they did not take any responsibility for their action and directed us to pay. I had told them that I would seek legal recourse for the same, they had challenged me to give complaints wherever I like.

I seek your immediate intervention in this matter and direct the company to cut down my bill only for the usage I had made and not for messages which I had not solicited at all.

My last sms pack charged date is 17-03-2010. On the day 13-04-2010 I have sent 50 messages to my friends and on that day was totally free cost but they deduct my Rs. 30 from my balance. I have complaint about that in customer care in reliance three times from the 13-04 but still there is no responce. I have called today 27/04/2010 again for same reason and they are saying that we have given refund of Rs. 13 only, and reason given by them that u have only done 22 messages on that day. I there fore told them to enter complaint, but the Supervisor of Ahmedabad named Dinesh Pande Situated customer care of Reliance has told me that we are not responsible to enter your complain.

I have legal proof of the 50 message I have sent and balance deducted and still they are not ready to accept that thing.

So please do needful in this metter.

I feel bit ashamed to post this complaint again and again here in this forum just because the BSNL authorities haver not learned how to do proper service even after my weekly complaints to them and to this forum. 
I have a broadband connection (750UL PLUS) at the following address in Bangalore. 
B-5, 2nd Floor, Krishna Reddy Garden, 12th Cross, Doddenekundhi, Marathally, Bangalore PIN 560037. 
In recent times every week after Sunday the service to my landline and the broadband gets disrupted. Last Sunday (27th April, 2010) also the landline was out of order and I raised a complaint in the fault booking system (tel no. 28512198) and send SMS messages to 9448077777 and 52295. It got fixed and now the problem is with broadband. I used to get average 25kb/s to 30kb/s and now it is worser than dial up (2-5kb/s). I got really frustrated that every week I have to follow up with BSNL with complaints and get the service interruptions fixed. Eventhough KR Puram exchange (the exchange that services my area)has got some contact numbers, nobody attends calls and if at all attend pay no attention to consumer complaints. It would be better if there is a more stable solution to this. I do not how many more times I have to deal with these comaplints with BSNL and post the same to this forum. Any help is appreciated in this regard.

I had bought Reliance netconnect data card about 3 yrs ago and activated ECS payment service for the same through my current account in Bank of Maharashtra. In April 2009 I had requested Reliance (outlet at Lokhandwala - Andheri)to discontinue my ECS payment option but inspite of repeated visits and requests they did not discontinue till September 2009. Disgusted with their service I requested them to terminate my data card on Sept. 2nd 2009, 15 days later I get a call requesting me to put my data card in safe custody for 3 mths - free of charge to help me decide, I agreed for the same. 
I continued receiving bills but was told to ignore it by the manager of the outlet, finally in November I asked them to remove it from safe custody and terminate it as I did not require it anymore.  
The bills coninued but I ignored it as I was tired of visiting their outlet. 
All of a sudden on March 12th 2010 my account was debited of Rs.629/- through ECS, I asked the bank to do something about it but they said nothing was possible from their side. So I visited the outlet again and talked to the manager again, telling her it was a case of cheating as my data card was not only terminated, the ECS had also been discontinued. Till date inspite of repeated phone calls and visits I have not been reimbursed for the same and I am not sure if my ECS has been discontinued. Please advise.

On 09.04.2010. a message appears like this, " if you want to subscribe to 2 days free CRICKET UPDATES service you have to send a message to 56363." I have send a message and i am subscribed to the service. But on 11.04.2010 a message appears on my mobile from 563634008 that Rs. 8 has been deducted from your account for subscribing for the CRI sevice. They have not infromed me that that free service will be charged after 2 days, neither same appears in the message they have send me earlier. I want my money back. I have talked to customer care of BSNL, but they says they don't refund me my deducted money, do anything you can do. and they says that i will be charged Rs. 8 every week. Either you have to opt out of the service, for which message charges is Rs. 2. 
They have earlier also looted consumers like me, deducting Rs. 50 or 40 or 25. 
So ,I dont only want compensation, but strict actions against BSNL like companies, which fooled and looted consumers like me.  
Mobile companies should be told not t omisled by advertising fake things and INCOMPLETE MESSAGES, like they have given to me. i.e. not infroming me earlier that fro this service, i will be charged something

when talked to teh loop mobile assist executive they ask me to send the sms again and again as they didnt received the request but the procedure is clearly sone by myside and something is missing from their side so why should i waste the money by sending the message again and again.
