I have insured my vehicle through Magma HDI General Insurance company. My policy ino.P0020000100/4101/800499. Regarding damage of my vehicle I have raised claim against my insurance. Claim no.C1214101102667 as given by company. My claim is registered in said company vide reference no.CAS-155122-Z9R4Q2(as per e-mail information). After giving several reminder, Magma HDI General Insurance company not giving any positive response regarding claim issue. My insurance period will expire on 28.08.2020 mid night. Magma HDI General Insurance company is only delaying and my assumption is company waiting for expiry time of insurance so that claim could be avoided. Therefore, I complaint against Magma HDI General Insurance company through your forum and do the needful for my claim. Regards.

Dear Sir/Madam, I had taken one mobile phone from M/s New Tirupati Sales situated at Sacred World society, Wanawadi, Pune. The merchant advised us to take insurance from Pick Me India doorstep solutions which provide services of collection of devices from home and return the same back after repairing in case of any damage to phone within 1 year. We had taken the insurance and unfortunately the screen of phone got damaged in March 2015. The phone was picked by "Pick Me" representative on 26th of March 2015 and the WO no. is 84525291071. Its been 5 months and the phone is yet to be returned back as on 25th of August 2015. All the representative of Pune office of "Pick me" have switched off their mobile and call centre guys are giving different excuse every time e.g. Insurance is yet to be approved, Insurance company have not paid them, repair centre of device company is closed, battery is lost and so on. We have asked to return the device as it is but we are yet to receive the device.

We having a mediclaim insurance with National Insurance company Limited last 7 to 8 year continuously ( Policy nos 320600/48/14/8500000752). We operate my wife Usha Rani Uterus in my home town Gwalior M/S AGRAWAL HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTER and total expenditure/ Claim is Rs 51,182=00 . But your TPA M/S E-Meditek approved only Rs 38282=00 and deduct my genuine claim Rs 12900=00 ( 25.20%). We regular follow up with company & his TPA /Gwalior Office /Indore Office about our pending genuine claim , but till date after all the reminders & follow up I have neither got any satisfying answers nor my money spent on genuine cause . Your people only exchanged of mail one end to another end . You are requested to kindly reimburse my balance claim amount at the earliest .

In november 2014 i made a purchase of mobile phone handset, at that time made a insurance of the phone also. Now my handset got damaged and for that i go to the care center for claim which have tie up with appsdaily insurance company and they rejected my request for the claim. They told me that on my bill receipt, three characters of name is over writed so that they can't accept my insurance claim. For me this is not acceptable. If they do not give insurance to the customer then why did they get promise to customer at the time of insurance. I have insured my phone samsung galaxy s5 through apps daily. And my case is kept on hold since last 1 month even after submitting all the needed documents from my side and they are not even responding how much time will they take for releasing the order from their side and they aren't committing from their side how much time will they take to approve payment to samsung service centre. Only response i am getting from their side is they have kept my case on investigation and they cant even tell the reason for that.

Respected Sir I purchased Apple I phone 6 plus from Mobility World with invoice no.SPNIT/014682014-15 on 11-02-2015 for Rs 73,199. For the same I purchased a insurance from Pick Me India with pickme serial MWZMA4627776725 as offered by retailer which includes all kinds of damages regarding accidental damage, fire damage, water damage. On 19-06-2015 my above mentioned mobile has accidentally got damaged resulting unfortunate screen damage. I registered complaint regarding the same on PICK ME INDIA call center 9222224040 and pick up was arranged on 20-06-2015. I delivered my accidentally damaged mobile along with bill and driving licence as photo Id. I made regular corresponding regarding my mobile and re-delivery of mobile after repair. The company executive said it will take maximum 21 days to get approval for the same. I call them several times as I was suffering problem due to unavailability phone. Please interfere as 46 days gone and no respose from company.

Most of the pvt hospitals covered under TPA for all ( Govt Ins co & Pvt Co.) but they provide cashless mediclaim services for pvt sector ins cos. not allowed for govt ins co like The Oriental insu, New indi called as GIPSA. Most of our indian people covered under govt public sector co even though maximum of pvt hospital didn't give service to insured person who have policy of GIPSA. Kindly look in this matters. My uncle had taken a Mediclaim Policy from Oriental Insurance.During the last renewal period, he had issued a cheque towards renewal of the policy.The respective TPA has confirmed the policy has been renewed and the same information has been incorporated in the TPA Website.Suddenly, my uncle fell ill and he was rushed to AMRI HOSPITAL, SALT LAKE, Kolkata for medical treatment and the necessary documents for availing cashless mediclaim has been submitted to the hospital insurance helpdesk.While processing the papers for cashless facility, the hospital authorities has been intimated that the policy has been cancelled as the cheque issued by the client has been dishonoured.Suprisingly,my uncle did not receive any communication either from the bank/agent/TPA concerned.During the this crisis period my aunt had to borrow the required sum amounting Rs.1.20 lacs apporx to settle the hospital bill and get my uncle released from the hospital.We had asked the insurance company to reconsider.

FIR Registered of theft on 27/6/15 FIR# 324|15 of 2015 The Theft had occurred in a bus on 26/6/15 at 8pm The Customer service of PickMeIndia has refused our claim of mobile theft today on 30/6/15 as its been over 48hrs At Friday office hours had ended, the police has wasted my Saturday, Sunday was closed and there is no answer on Monday, So I had submitted my complaint along with the papers to the shop I purchased the insurance from, they assured me it will be done. Today at Tuesday I was finally answered and they have refused the claim. Which works against business reputation. Its a cheating case.

Dear Team, Here I am writing this mail on Behalf of my brother SANDIP D JADHAV.(NRI) I am writing to complaint about our HOME INSURANCE which is already closed and refund not yet received. We have taken a home insurance in 2010 from HDFC ERGO .Last year we close the HDFC HOME loan and HDFC ERGO insurance. As per their SOP we already submitted the required document to HDFC ERGO Borivali Mumbai branch last year in June end approximately to get my refund amount from HDFC ERGO.Almosot 6 month passed but we did not get the refund amount from HDFC ERGO. Policy number 2918200053046400002 and Cheque no 202452 amount of RS 33313 which cheque created on 02 Dec 2014 and is still lying with HDFC ERGO TEAM. I am very sorry to say that Inspite of so many calls no one has the courtesy to send my brother Cheque. We have still not received anything from them when ever i call they say our system is down now & once it will up will call you. So i presume that my request shall be heard here an action will be taken against them and will get the amount with intrest.

hello, I took an appsdaily mobile insurance ofr my mobile through online from appsdaily website. my mobile was theft from my office beg while traveling. police has note down the complaint as the mobile lost during the traveling. now the company has rejected the claim by stating that the police complain is registered as "lost" so it is not came in mobile "theft", it is "unattended". I wanted to go in grievance cell but there is no info in & from insurance company..m living in Ahmedabad and pur based from here...aplsdaily office is at Mumbai..the partner company new India assurance mobile decision is at Bangalore. now in which obdusman Ahmedabad, Mumbai or banglore I have to go for my case..?? please let me inform as soon as possible. regards vinaykumar

Claim Number: 10942978 Claim Amount: Rs. 49964 My Mother was hospitalized on 26 Feb 2015 for female gentle prolapse and discharged on 03 March 2015 and I had submitted all the original medical bills and necessary supporting documents to the TPA for mediclaim. After submission, I got the Intimation of the refusal of the Claim citing some policy terms and conditions. This was not a planned surgery as we came to know about this unfortunate disease last month only and doctor advised for immediate surgery. At the time of the policy purchase,no one has told us such terms and conditions, instead we were told that all diseases will be covered. We are having medical cover for such unforeseen medical problems, if such problems are not covered then for what we are paying premium every year.

This is to bring to your notice that Apollo Munich are duping people unnecessarily. At the time of buying the policy they commit so many things but when a person claims cashless service or reimbursement they simply deny it. This is a sheer harassment of the patient who is already suffering and these people make him suffer more. I Aarti Talwar who is unfortunately registered to their service for past three years is suffering like hell after buying the policy from them. Its the third time in row that they hav rejected the cashless claim. 1.First time i was admitted for some allergy and they straightforwardly rejected the claim that it is the asthma problem and these people made me asthma patient without any proof. I fought for prooving that i am not suffering from asthma this was just allergy i am suffering from for which i sought medical help. After fighting for my right i got my money reimbursed. This is very strange that these people denied the claim on useless grounds.

My Varistha Mediclaim policy No.104400/48/14/8500006561 of NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY Ltd.& TPA- Heritage Health TPA Pvt Ltd I-Card No.HHS1.0145230795. My Medical sum assured is 100000 & Critical sum assured is 200000. While I was undergoing 2nd cycle of Chemotherapy at Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, Kolkata for DIFFUSE LARGE B CELL NON HODGEKIN LYMPHOMA, I was given cashless approval of Rs.50000. But during my third cycle at the same hospital Rs.30000 was approved beforehand & I was send a SMS as they have received an estimate for Rs.65000 & it is under process for final approval. During process of Chemotherapy my spouse went to clear the hospital bill for my discharge and was told by the TPA office of the hospital that Authorisation Amount has been cancelled by TPA. On telephonic enquiry Mr. Kundu of TPA has declined to explain the reason for cancelation. This caused mental trauma and great inconvenience for payment of the bill. This is violation of the contractual agreement.

Respected sir/madam Im an aggrieved customer begging for the kind help from your forum. In Nov 2014 i sent a packed led tv 40 inch from Thoppampady, Kochi, Kerela to Namchi South Sikkim through dtdc courier services with an insurance coverage of Rs25000.for the item. Due to some problems with the dtdc item was not able to delivered at the destination and it was recieved by my friend in Siliguri West Bengal in a total damage condition. He complaint it to branch officer and BO told to recieve the item and lodge complain to concerned office and Regional Office from where it was booked. I lodged written complaint and handed over all origional documents including shippment papers etc. But unfortunately with wholeheartly i would like to inform you that i have not recieved any letter or call... I got medi claim insurance policy thru New India assurance co ltd. For myself and my family. The policy was initially taken from August 2013. Before that I had insurance from IFFCO TOKYO. In 2014 sept I was detected with stone it gal blader. I was denied cash less as I was told I hv no countinuity in the policy through the insurance officer was intimated thru email on their. Further I was told by the officer to go for reimbursement but after following with the officer MR ANIL BHATIA, development officer for more than 3 months that claim is rejected due to continuity of the policy. He further keep telling me that he is trying. No results. Now my wife was admitted to the Asian Institue of Medical Scinces for neuro check up. Again my cashless claim was rejected on the ground that thee should be two years of continuity. I am again left in pain with no option. The insurance co never informed me or nor it is written I the policy what diseases are included and what is excluded.

My Postal life insurance policy bearing number 291545C dated 27/12/79 for ₹10000/- has since matured and original policy and other related documents were submitted back in May 2014 to the PLI OFFICE at KALYANI. My repeated e mails etc telephonic calls to DDM PLI in Kolkata also could not able to have payment. The policy was booked by pli officials at Ballia UP.Most of the premium were paid in post offices in WB since 1981. My request that final payment along with applicable interest thereon from reasonable date should be credited to my bank account at SBI,KALYANI BR bearing number 11151094280. I had Santro car regd number HR 22E 5094 with me which was insured by National insurance company with the policy no. 42030131126165001129. It was theft & I claimed the same with the insurance company. All required documents & keys & FIR & FR reports were submitted to the insurance company on time. However, insurance company rejected the claim by saying that there was NCB taken which is incorrect while renewal of the insurance policy. My point is that if there is something missing regarding the NCB then it should be notified at the same time of renewal of policy rather then after 10 months while claiming the theft of the car. It's costing me more than 2 Lacs & requesting you to please help me in this.

Dear sir Iam very sorry to say that Inspite of so many reminders no one has the courtesy to resolve my Grievance. This is to draw your kind attention to the fact that I renewed my Reliance 4 wheeler insurance(Policy Number : 1501552311004322).Surprisingly when I called Helpdesk on 3rd Apr,according to helpdesk agents the policy is not updated and they don't have a "pdf" copy of it updated.I received the soft copy of the policy which is attached herewith. My experience was only getting better when I spoke with a supervisor named Mujahid who insisted that I should contact local office and the car showroom as they are the right person to help.After much insistence he assured me that by monday i.e. 6th Apr this would be taken care of and the policy would be updated.He even went on to say he is escalating this and would send me an sms with the "ticket" number which I never received till date.I called the helpdesk today again and to my surprise nothing was done

Hi. I have applied for International travel insurance at about 1:00pm today on reliance general insurance. As per the website terms, i should get the policy immediately online, But I didn't. So I called the customer centre, and they said due to system problem, your policy is taking time. He asked me to call after 1hour. I called at 4:30pm, and the person took down my complaint and said within 5DAYS ILL BE CONTACTED. I had an argument for about half hour, he assured me the policy will be send to me within 2 hours. Its 9:30pm and I havent haven't got the policy. I tried downloading policy from the dashboard they offered me online, but the pdf is BLANK. They refused my full refund as well. I want to lodged complaint against Reliance general Insurance, for false claims and I want to use my Right to Seek redressal.

I was admitted in Woodlands Hospital Ltd, Kolkata from 5/3/2015 - 18/3/2015 due to a very large left upper polar cystic mass. The cyst + the left kidney had to be surgically removed. I have Mediclaim with New India Assurance since 2003 and the present Tpa is MD India Health Care Services Pvt Ltd. The cashless allowable was max. Rs 99,900/- (total expense was Rs 2,82,172/-). This was based on applicable sum insured of Rs 1.00 lakh + bonus 35%. My enhanced SI since 1/6/2011 was 2.00Lakhs + 35% bonus. While inquiring with the TPA, I was told that the applicable SI was based on the SI prior to 2011 ie. 4 years back and that this particular disease is a Pre- Existing one which requires a continuous coverage of a min. 48 months. So I was not eligible for the higher slab.I was told to refer to the brochure enclosed with the Mediclaim cert.where such kidney disease has been categorised as pre-existing. No such classification was found in my Goodhealth Policy brochure for that type.

I have purchased a protection plan for my mobile from PALADIN SYSTEM Pvt. Ltd. on 23rd Nov, 2013.I have purchased the protection plan while purchasing my phone- Lumia 625 from the shop - MULTILINE, Manish Location Plaza, Plot No. -1, Dwarka Sec-12, Delhi -110075. The screen of my phone got damaged on 4th Mar,2015 and my phone was picked up by employee of Paladin System Pvt. Ltd on 12th Mar,2015. On continuous follow up with the company personnel it was first informed that the phone will be repaired and delivered to me on 25th Mar, 2015. When I again called on 24th Mar, 2015 it was conveyed again that the phone will now get delivered on 30th Mar, 2015. When I called again on 30th Mar, now they are saying that it will get delivered on 8th April, 2015. They are continuously delaying the work. We have an insurance for Standard Fire & Special Perils policy with United India Insurance company Limited. Recently we had an incident of Fire in building for which we claimed from United India Insurance. However the claim was declined by the UIIC with the reason "items damanged due to fire is not covered in the policy" This reason is unacceptable. When our building decided to go with UIIC for insurance, they have arranged for the Surveyor "Bharat A. Domadia" for which we have also paid the surveyor charges of Rs.48000/- The surveyor has not mentioned the break up of the fire installation which starts from the meter room covering the entire 10 floors and above. Since this was not covered, UIIC has declined stating no proper mention and the fire is covered only to the meter room. Our reason to file the claim is as end user we would have not known that a break up is required. Now the surveyor is not ready to accept his fault nor the insurance company is ready to settle our claim.

Submitted claim documents for reimbursement for my mother's cataract operation to National Insurance Company in October'14. Till date claim has not been settled. Several follow up mails were sent to Medsave TPA, but till date they have not replied to a single mail. From National Insurance they gave a number 9331082087 (Medsave's no.) for following up. A lady responded to my call made in this number and misbehaved and hanged up the call. My mother is a retired school teacher and its really frustrating that she is getting harassed by NIC and Medsave for settling her claim. Every time we are following up with a representative from NIC, he is assuring that a part of the claim will be settled soon as some documents are missing, so they will be able to settle only a part of the claim. But till date not even a single part of the claim is being settled and a retired person is getting harrsaded like anything. Both NIC and Medsave are really harassing and uncooperative.

Dear Sir I am jai prakash baghotia, Student by profession, and have been preparing for govt jobs in Delhi. I purchased one samsung tab t311 worth Rs. 25000 to study online material available. Along with tab I purchased insurance policy of royal green services. They offered me a service of any damage caused by unusual damage to this produt. I got my tab cracked on 3rd Jan 2015 and submitted the same to my insurance provider. In their policy they were claiming to provide service within 12-15 days but they have not communicated anything to me. I have been trying to contact them through mails or phone calls but of no use. Hi, I had bought a insurance policy through a agent who claimed to be from IRDA named Sanjay Rao. He quoted 2 of my previous policy names and mentioned I will get benefits if I but a new Future Generali Policy named Saral Anand which would fetch 35% interest for the first 5 years. However the policy document did not have any such clause. The company says I should have returned the policy within the 15 day period which I did not do because I ddid not get time. I would however want to file a complaint as to why the agent lied to me about the 35% return clause. Pls let me know if I can lodge a complaint on this basis and what processes and amounts it would incur. Thanks Sourabh.

But they refuse to pay my entire maturity amount & and ask me to take one third of maturity amount & pension leaving me No other option. According I have submitted my Annuity & they promised me they will make the payment by 6to7 days time. But when I received my policy and learn that was totally different. So-that I was applied for cancellation my policy between 7 days from received date. His executive came and take my policy bond. My family is covered under ICICI lombard health care since last year. Recently my wife underwent a surgery. Before getting hospitalized I spoke to ICICI lombard executive on toll free number and got confirmation that we could avail medical treatment in any hospital. He also confirmed that amount incurred as medical expenses would be reimbursed and gave me a claim number as well. I got my wife treated in Ankur clinic, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu and sent the set of original bills to ICICI for reimbursement as directed. Days back, I got an email from ICICI saying that there was misinformation on their part and reimbursement was not admissible. This is conspicuous case of cheating and pursuing fraudulent practices on the part of ICICI to customers. My Grandmother had taken a Unit Linked Life Insurance Plan (policy no.20342505) at PNB Metlife India Insurance Company Limited in my name on 25th May 2010 . The advisor (Harishkumar ) asked us to pay 2 lakhs per year as the premium amount for a period of three years . We paid the first and second premium amounts as mentioned . On 11 September 2012 , my grandmother had expired . When we informed the advisor , he replied that on the demise of the policy owner , the company will pay the 3rd annual premium on the nominees behalf . On May 2014 , the company sent me a letter with an enclosed cheque informing that the policy has been terminated . The Fund value of the policy had been reduced to Rs.310554.03/- and they had issued a heavy surrender charge of Rs.67416/- , so i had received only Rs.243138.03/- . After investing Rs.400000/- ,what I am getting as profit is a loss of Rs . 156862 /- .I contacted with Grievance Redressal Team of PNB Metlife and the reply was not satisfactory

Now the reason being told for rejection is that of a presence of a pre existing. And that pre existing is not a pre existing at all it was just a diagnosis done in 2012, ECG/Holter test done of whose the reports were NORMAL.(attached) The reports are already there for you to check.(attached) How can they state Pneumonia/Viral Fever as pre existing or how can they relate Holter/ECG with a Viral Fever. I just cannot comprehend on what grounds have they drawn this bizzare conclusion of depriving a client of not providing the cashless claim that they had trumpeted all along when the client signed or enrolled for your policy. If this is what they do or practice in the name of insurance for simple case of viral infection/fever one would only what would be the plight of more complex situation.

As I have taken the Health Insurance policy from Reliance General Insurance Co Ltd.and the same policy has been renewed from the last 4 years , now when my wife i.e. the insured person has admitted to the hospital at Mumbai . I have forwarded the doctor certificate and all the required documents to the of TPA as I am following up from them on 10.01.2015. I wish to inform you that at the time of selling the policy documents over phone company sales executive told me that everything will be covered after two years of the continued policy term but when I have send the mail through the hospital along with the doctor certificate on 10.01.2015 I have received the sms that your claim has been rejected due to clause6 , i.e. Birth control procedures, hormone replacement therapy, treatment arising from or traceable to pregnancy, childbirth including caesarean section and voluntary medical termination of pregnancy during the first 12 weeks from the date of conception. However, this exclusion will not apply to Ectopic Pregnancy .

SUB: Mediclaim Policy No. 70300/2013-2014/11/3304, CAN Mediclaim Insurance policy. For urinary problem and chronic fever I was hospitalized at Arogya Nidhi Gen. Hospital, Juhu from 29.09.2014 to 03.10.2014. Policy No. : GHS/Q0060058/11 Member Id : BA1301000438CAREF Name : Payal Mody I was admitted at Max Hospital Gurgaon on 18th Sep 2014 for a surgery through cashless facility for the treatment of cervical erosion. My treatment was pre approved by Raksha TPA and they approved 35000. On the pre authorization form the hospital TPA desk had mentioned that per day room rent is 7000. The hospital received the approval from Raksha TPA on 17th Sep 2014 and on that approval letter my room eligibility was no where mentioned. At the time of my discharge on 19th Sep 2014, the hospital sent the final bill to Raksha TPA. At that time Raksha TPA approved only 12535 towards treatment expenses, on that letter they informed about my room eligibility and passed the amount as per eligibility. They should have informed this on the first day itself (before admission) rather they informed this on the discharge day. I immediately contacted our TPA coordinator Mr. Balvinder, he said that due to some technical fault the room eligibility was not printed. On assurance from Mr. Balvinder I paid the balance amount to the hospital since he assured that he will get my medical expenses reimbursed as the fault was from their side. Since then I am following up with Mr. Balvinder but he has been giving false commitments since 19th Sep and has done nothing so far. I fail to understand why did they initially approved my hospitalisation and treatment charges and then later not paid the amount. On the first day itself they should have informed about my entitled room category and should have passed the amount as per that entitlement. I would have never got my treatment done at Max Hospital if my medical expenses were not approved from Raksha TPA. This is a clear case of negligence by misleading and hiding details from the patients. Raksha TPA is solely responsible for all this confusion. 1. On the pre-authorization form the Hospital TPA desk clearly mentioned 7000 per day room charges and estimated cost of the treatment based on the room rent. 2. Raksha TPA should have not approved the room rent if I was not eligible to it or they should have mentioned my eligibility on the pre approval letter but on contrary they approved 35000 without updating the criteria or eligibility. 3. Moreover to cover up their negligence the Raksha TPA coordinator for my Company said that "we always mention the room eligibility on the approval form but in your case it was not mentioned due to some technical fault". Am I responsible for the technical fault at your end, if not then why should I bear the expenses. Please acknowledge the email . In anticipation of a positive revert.

I have a Reliance Gold Savings Fund vide Policy No 12289772 (SIP) start from the year 2012. I opted for electronics clearance (ECS) facility from my State Bank of India SB Account. From April 2012, every month Rs. 1000.00 (One thousand only) was deducting from my said account for Reliance Gold Savings Fund. In January 2014 I applied to close my Reliance Gold Savings Fund and accordingly Reliance closed the said policy and paid all amount in my SB Account. Now, after closing my policy, it is found that, ECS facility was not withdraw for my SB Account and every month Rs. 1000.00 was deducted from my account. I contacted to reliance on 29/08/2014 by email ( and over telephone several time. But no solution was given from their end till date. Each time they suggest me to select another product i.e. medical insurance or fixed deposit etc. otherwise they are unable to solve my problem. I am very much regrettable and upset from their attitude.

I had a car insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz I had given post dated cheque no. 885897 (CITIBANK), Date 1st OCT 2014, amount Rs 8322 to Bajaj Allianz in the month of Aug 2014 to renew above policy. But Bajajallianz deposited the cheque before the date on 6th SEP 2014 and thus it bounced and my policy wasn't renewed. Because of this mistake I had to pay a fine and thus i decided to cancel my policy. Since I do not have any car insurance policy with Bajaj now, today I am SHOCKED to see the same bounced cheque being deposited again and has been cleared from my account again on 8th DEC 2014 for the same amount. Because of this my account is low on fund and other payments such as home loan ECS has been bounced back, for which I had to pay penalty.

I read a similar type of complaint posted on your web site by Mr. Ajit Shrivastav on 2/Dec/2014. I purchased a policy called Life Time in April 2005 & redeemed same in Nov 2014. I received an SMS from ICICI Pru-Life stating that total redemption amount of INR 2133890.42 will be credited to my designated bank account in 10 working days. I received another SMS after a few days stating amount credited is 2091212.6116. I confirmed same after updating my passbook. Amount deducted is INR 42677.81 for which I had no clue. I would like to inform you that I have taken a policy from ICICI Prudential 5 years back which got matured in MAY 2014 and I received the maturity amount. But, on the account of this I received a call from Reliance Life Insurance, Delhi office that my policy was a Share Market Based policy and due to which for tax saving your some amount was invested in Reliance Life Insurance which will be disbursed along with handsome bonus if I will purchase a new policy for 2 Months. The surety from Reliance Life Insurance was given that I will receive my invested amount with deduction of few charges and will get the due amount of my previous ICICI Prudential Policy that are into arrear after completion of 2 months of this new policy. On belief of that I purchased a new policy with Policy# 51652706 and Client Id- 88021889. The phone number on which I received call is +91-9540237678 and the name which I know is Mr. Babulal Chaturvedi. I tried calling on the mentioned mobile number of times as I want to close this policy because I am not so financially strong to continue this policy and I request Reliance Life Insurance to please return my amount after deducting your charges whichever applicable. I am the policy holder of oriental insurance, TPA(Medi Assist), My insurance id is 5009973630.My policy was in effect from 22, June 2013. The hospital pa number is 9563423. There was duct carcinoma was detected in my right breast in the first week of September,2013. It was the first stage of carcinoma as per doctors and breast lumpectomy was to be done immediately per doctors. My surgery was done on 15th November 2013 in BLK Hospital. It was already approved once by Medi Assist on 25th, Jan 2014 Now that cancer has spread to my Liver and I need chemotherapy urgently to stop this spreading to other parts of body and now Medi assist is sending denial on the ground of pre existing disease. I am an ordinary housewife with 65 yrs of age and it's very difficult for me to arrange such a big amount for chemotherapy. It was detected in Sep 2013 and the policy started on 22 June, 2013 then in what way it is pre existing ? Please do the justification to my claim.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a working woman working in a MNC bank having a group medical insurance with Bajaj Allianz through my company.I recently was hospitalised due to pregnancy related complications and delivered a baby at a private nursing home which was not part of the cashless facility list with the insurance company.hence I paid the full amount for my stay and my baby's stay in the ICU and nursery. HDFC SL ProGrowth Flexi insurance plan (Purchase date 18th Dec, 2013) Below are the complaint points: 1- I have been told that premium paying term is 5 years but actually it is 10 years 2 - Also, I have been told that at maturity, I will be getting 3 lakhs or NAV value, whichever will be higher. But, in actual, I will be getting NAV value From above statements I was misled by HDFC personnel (during confirmation call too) that after paying Rs. 1.5 lakhs (30,000 yearly) during 5 years of premium paying term, I will be getting NAV value or Rs. 3 lakhs whichever is higher. But in actual, 1. I need to pay Rs. 3 lakhs for 10 years, which is double the amount I have been told. 2. And I won't be getting at maturity at least Rs. 3 lakhs. I will only get NAV value, which may be less than Rs. 3 lakhs. As per reply from HDFC, I should surrender the policy after 5 years. Hence, I would like to cancel the contract & want my paid premium back (Rs 30,000) along with interest.

Firstly I have applied on line for a personal Loan to Bajaj. After few days later this agent called me that You are eligible for a Personal Loan of 2.5 Lakhs & the process is that firstly you have to Pay 10% of loan amount by draft to Bajaj Alianz Life Insurance Company Limited. This will be Register as Life Insurance then it will configure as a Loan account . After submitting the draft there were few verification completed , during the verification the Agent have told me that never asked the verification officer about Loan , actually it will be converted Insurance to Loan after all the verification . The agent have told me you will received two bond paper one is for your and the others will collect from your home . when I received the first bond paper on 21st Aug ,I checked that it was all about Bajaj Life Insurance Bond Paper Details there were nothing about Loan details , immediately I have called to the agent but his number was switch off ,then I called to the customer care.

i am holding Apollomunich health insurance policy from last two years (POLICY No-110100110511000362463-01) A very first time when i file case for cashless claim in emergency hospital admission of my wife (joytsana Dwivedi) on 18-5-14 to 21-5-14, Apollomunich has rejected my cashless claim. Then i sent all original hospital Fortis hospital reports bill to Apollomunic with filled claim form on date-27-May-14. After filing case again, i got reply after 1 month on 29-6-14 that your claim is rejected. The reason given by apollomunich is that your wife has past history of treatment of “cystic ovarian syndrome” which is not highlighted during taking insurance. My wife was suffering from a Viral Infection, same confirmed by doctor in written for which insurance company is liable to pay hospital expenditure

My father Ajoy Sengupta (80),residing at 16,Ramlal Ghosh Lane,Liluah Howrah 711204, passed away on 13/09/2014 and unfortunately he was trapped into purchasing four insurance policies - two from HDFC Life & two from Birla Sunlife. It is understandable that an octogenarian would indulge into such investment without being cajoled by the agents. It is presumed that they visited my native place and forced him to buy such policies. The two policies from HDFC Life (16076668 & 16126335) issued in my name bears my fake signature and the two policies from Birla Sunlife issued in the mane of my daughter (05565486 & 006098115) bears her fake Birth Certificate. i would like to have the money refunded since it is futile to continue the policies. The contact nos are always unreachable.i would request you to look into the matter urgently since the amount involved is more than Rupees One Lakh.In fact, it is clear that the policies were made in haste without taking my consent .

Hello, I request your help to resolve my case with TATA AIA Life Insurance. The back ground of the case is that I have purchased a policy from TATA AIA in year 2010 for which I have been issed the certificate as well from TATA AIA Life Insurance. In August 2014, I have received a letter from TATA AIA about non receipt of the payment for my policy. I have asked few fundamental questions like: 1) How can I receive a letter after 4 years of purchase of my policy? 2) I have been already issued a policy certificate from TATA AIA in 2010. On what basis TATA AIA has issued the policy certificate to me if they haven't received the payment. Inspite of sending several reminders I have not got any proper response from them yet. I have requested them to confirm the receipt of my premium for this policy as well as the extension as they have raised this concern after 4 years which means that I would have not got any benefits of this policy for the last 4 years. Dear Concern, This is for your kind information I want to state that I have done a general insurance from Bajaj Allianz for my i20 car at the time of purchase from rudra hyundai, burdwan. As they have tie ups i was told to do the insurance from Bajaj Allianz only. After one year i got a reminder of renewal. my renewal date was 9th august 2014. i paid an amount of Rs. 14626 for renewal. The cheque is from HDFC bank. Within 14th August I received the renewal paper. But after somedays on 21st august I got a call from Bajaj Allianz that my cheque was bounced due to mismatch of my signature. I immediately asked them to send my bounced cheque but they told that they will not send the bounced cheque to me. And in the mean time they cancelled my policy and for renewal they asked for higher amount as my policy is not in continuation. I went to bank and found that they have not deposited my cheque and i took the bank statement. Now my policy is cancelled and suffering. Please do the needfull.

I have purchased this policy from hdfc standard life represented by its employee (Kapil Kumar ). He described to me the following about the policy: "You only need to pay the premium for first 3 years and after that you will have the insurance cover for the next 30 years with FULL SUM insured) i.e :25lacs". after paying three year premium I was told that the premium is to be paid till 30 years else the sum insured shall be reduced to 2.5 lacs only. I also tried to get the policy information through the customer care and the HDFC life branches as well but I haven't got any satisfactory information till date. So I feel misguided by HDFC standard life employee at the time of purchase of the policy and now I am completely confused about my policy . please direct the insurance company to either restore the sum insured at Rs. 25 Lac or refund my full money with 12% interest. Dear Sir, I am an cashless card holder of ICICI Lombard. Card no – 100644201 and policy no 4128i/IHR/75396409/01/000. On 15.7.14 my daughter was admitted at nursing home due to blood spot appears on full body. After admission the initial insurance section comes from your side was 15000/-. My daughter was admitted at nursing home for 10 days and total bill comes 3,36,469/- out of which only medicine charge was 2,66,841/-. But at the time of discharge your co not sanction any amount of money rather than initial 15000/- for which I was totally disappointed. I have submitted my claim of Rs.74,305/- to my TPA (Raksha TPA Pvt Ltd) on 03rd July 2014 vide DTDC Consignment numberZ22812561), which was received by them on 04th July 2014. While confirming various times from there call centre and relationship Manager (Mr. Parveen Sharma), I came to know that these people have lost my original documents. Complaint Against : DHFL Life Insurance Company Insurance Type :Life Insurance Complaint Type :Death Claim I am complaining that DHFL Life Insurance Company have not produced any proof or suitable document regarding repudiation of death claim after submitting all necessary documents to them under policy no: 000221176. I wrote to DHFL Life Insurance Head Office, Gurgaon as but they also replied in same manner as its local office previously. Again, This is a breach of contract by insurer as they have not disclosed any evidence regarding his hypertension and any previous treatment record taken by him. These facts must have been verified by Life Insurance Company at the time of entering into the contract at utmost good faith and not after the death of the insured person after the claim was lodged. Dear Sir–I had purchased a Life Insurance Policy No.15724979 from HDFC Life Insurance Paschim Vihar Branch New Delhi through their Life advisor Mr.Rahul(Mob-9511195713) and his Senior Mr.Sunil Kumar bearing Agent Code 00486391 & Employee No.74457. They have sold the Policy to me on False information and misguiding me that it is a Guaranteed Plan whereas it turned out to be a ULIP Plan and came to know about it in Jan, 2014 when I showed the same to another Life advisor from LIC. I have paid a total Premium of Rs.24,473 wef 07.03.13 to 08.02.14 through my Credit card. Now I have been sending repeated requests to HDFC Life to refund me at least 50% of my Premiums either from Co. A/c or by recovering the same from their Life advisors to which they are turning a deaf ear and neither taking any action. Sir, This is to inform you that agent of Broker company RDB insurance Service AGent code-21793038e are calling us by the fake name and selling the policy under wrong condition and even they are taking the name of IRDA also because of which we have made complain to IRDA also. Dear Sir/ Madam I R. Jaswanth kumar the proposer of the below mentioned policy. I have been cheated, misled, false, and given wrong information about the policy. I have been holding the a health policy from icici lombard for the past 4 years now the policy was due for renewal on 2nd of july 2014 i have recieved a letter and call from icici lombard with additional benifits at the time of renewal i have clearly asked my doubts about the policy as maternity benifit is covered and i was told that yes it is covered for which there is no waiting period and premium would be 10420/- for 1 year i have got the policy renewed now when i had called up the icici lombard call center to confirm my policy benefits i have been told completely different claus like 1. There is a waiting period for 36 months which i was not informed 2.My policy is for 1 adlut and 1 child where in maternity benifit can not be covered which they have never told me even at the time of renewal. Sir you can check my call recordings also in which it very clearly the person from icici lombard had confirmed. This is about misleading wrong/flase information They have charged the premium of 10,420/- saying that all the benefits are covered so this the premium for 1 year. This is about cheating or fraud by debting the execess amount from my credit card. This policy was sold to me by some shady company called 'A.B Company' on false promises of all the premium being returned in 40 days and generation of customer no that would give me all the agent share back to my account.Moment i got the hint of malice in it, i raised a cancellation request, SR No. 0019712872, but this rejected stating that more than 15 days of due period for cancellation is over. Over the period of time i raise 3 Requests all of them were closed for the same reason and a communication from their Customer Support Head. I have taken Bajaj Supersaver policy My policy No: 0233152792. In the first place their representative have given me all false information stating its a 5years policy and after 5 years I can withdraw the policy.And I blindly went by his words and took this policy. Now, I see its 15 years policy and It has 3 years locking period and this is the 3rd year. I have paid only one premium of Rs.30000/- ,If when I check if i can pay the rest of the premium of Rs. 60000/- and withdraw the amount with a deduction of 10% which is Rs.9000/- approx, the company is stating that once I pay the remaining premium of Rs.60000 and the total amount will be Rs.90000/-, If I surrender the policy I would get only Rs.32000/- This is absolute rubbish and need your help in getting my money back, after paying Rs.90000/-, if they want let them deduct 10% ,which is Rs.9000, but atleast let them give the Rs.81000/- Please help me in getting justice on this.

I own a Hyundai Eon car in Patna (Registration No - BR-01-BT 5602) which is insured with your company (Policy number - HFA40922) on Aug 13, 2013. However, due to accidental damage to my car last week, I had filed a claim for the same. The claim number is CV384076. But unfortunately, We had to face an extremely rude behaviour from the surveyor (Amiya Kumar - Mobile: 9386037760) which later he refused to approve the claim due to his expected monetory favour from us. After registering the grievance with grievance redressal agencies, I received two calls from the insurance company. My mother Mrs Usha Goel has taken ICICI Prudential Lifetime Gold Insurance policy having following details: policy number: 08939751. Date of Birth:03-02-1960 According to the policy,we have to submit 2000 per month installment for 3 years. We have almost all installment and somehow dont know miss one installment. After two more years policy has to mature. Before six months of maturing the policy they remind us that we have miss one installment so we have to submit 50000 rupees more to continue our policy. It is not possible for us submit that amount so they forfeit our policy with out prior information and send 24848.67 INR rupees demand draft. This is injustice and we feel cheated. They have not informed us about the installment at that time and we want our money back.

Hi, I had opted for a life insurance and my policy no. 16852888. The executive had collected my documents and cheque on 12th May, 2014 (could be reconfirmed on the cheque) and it was cleared on 17th May, 2014 and the receipt was generated on the 14th May, 2014. At the start I was told that within 15 working days I would receive the policy along with vouchers worth INR 30000. After 15 days what I receive is only the receipt of my initial premium, if this is what I should expect from HDFC Life then I am very disappointed with the quality of service. I am sorry to say that I am no longer interested in the insurance policy and I wish to reimburse my initial premium amount. My Mediclaim Policy no. is 450607/48/13/8500000003 from National Insurance Co. Ltd. authorised by E-Meditek (TPA) Services Limited in the name of Sandeep Agrawal and Claim no. is 108111300043 & 108121300066. Firstly, the claim has been made by the Heritage hospital, Varanasi from where the treatment has been taken, for the reimbursement of hospital fees. All the necessary papers and documents required has been mailed to on time but still claim has not been accepted by them. Then we have to pay all the fees of about Rs.4,80,000 to hospital from our pocket. It is a very big amount for us. We belongs to a middle class family and now we are getting financial problem. Again all the necessary papers and documents have been posted to them on dt.6th Feb, 2014 by the Shakeel Ahmad, Branch Manager of National Insurance Company Ltd., Mirzapur and also a reminder letter has been posted by him on dt.25th March, 2014 but still no action has been taken by them. Dear Sir/Madam, I Mr. Vinod Bajirao Thorat was admitted in Poona Hospital & Research center, Pune on 23rd February 2014 due to back pain & tingling in my both limbs. Dear Concern, I wish to highlight the fraud being committed by MAX LIFE INSURANCE company with hands-in-glove with ’IC DIRECT SALES AGENCY’, New Delhi (an channel partner of theirs). I got a call from the same agency in Dec-2013 and they offered me a life insurance policy - Max Life Gain Plus 20 Participating Plan. Agency executive assured that whoever takes on this Policy of premium amount of Rs. 30,000/- or more will be given a benefit amount of Rs. 95,746/- in next 40-50 days. After his death on 27th Sep 2012 I claim the amount but they claim all the medical and official reports. I submit all the reports to the Sodepur branch office. With ref. to my conversation with Max life insurance over mail & many times call my request was " I, Kousik Samanta took a life insur policy being no. 722310844.Due to my financial Prob there was a due for 6 premiums from Aug'13 to Jan'14. In Jan'14 I wanted to deposit the sum of two premium to revive the policy & wanted to withdraw.Their reply was "your policy is due for 7 monthly premiums of Rs. 3500/- each. In order to revive the same, you need to pay the complete premiums as on date. We are sorry as we cannot accept the short payments." --But as per previous premium paid they accepted the short term payment. Also there is no such point in the policy bond. Over phone the customer service told me there is no due upto July 2013 and my four year cycle is complete(call record in my cell).Also over phone(many times) they confirmed me that they would contact me later and solve the problem (ref tck no 12759314).I have been forced to submit Rs 35000 on April'14.I want compensation for this.

So I am enclosing the statement of proof from our treating docter which states the current ailment is not due to any pre-existing disease and authenticates the status of the patient before(48 months) and after attack. Thus I would like to put my policy no's:HL00032401000103 and CSB0000614000105 for reconsideration as the patient Mr.Srinivasa Murthy.G.S has no preexisting disease and this haemorrhage stroke(intracerebral hematoma in basal ganglia)is a sudden attack . He is not been a patient of hypertension earlier & no medication.

I had purchased 3 ICICI prudential life insurance policies (18334274, 18325455 & 18327670 from Durgapur, WB. The policies were sold to me with Single premium by their Agency Manager Mr Balaram Adhikari but two policies (18334274 & 18325455) were issued with Yearly premium of Rs 50,000/-each. I’m a home maker & in the meantime my husband fell ill. We couldn’t go to their Office for the change in the “premium paying mode” from “yearly” to “single” premium and handed the Bonds to Mr Adhikari for Cancellation of the Bonds immediately since the free-look period was there. Instead he kept the Bonds with him and delayed the process. Meanwhile I came to know that Mr Adhikari had duped few other doctors too known to my husband in Durgapur with similar false premium modes & other benefits. He had offered me a free trip to China and had also charged Rs 18,000/- from me as Service Charges. I immediately approached ICICI Prulife for cancellation of the Policies but was informed that the “Free-look” period for all the 3 policies had expired. Inspite of my genuine request on medical grounds and urgent need for money and for a fraud by ICICI Prulife's employee, my requests for cancellation of the policies was ignored. I requested to cancel atleast 2 policies (18334374 and 18325455) and refund the money. Inspite of my repeated complains the matter is being ignored. ICICI Prulife have sacked Mr Adhikari which proves that they agree to the fact that there was a fault on their part but they are not responding to my request of cancelling 2 of my policies and refund the money when i'm in urgent need of cash.

01. I have taken an HDFC Ergo health policy and following my hospitalisation, I submitted a supplementary bill for the pre & post hospitalisation expenses. 02. HDFC Ergo rejected my claim without assigning any valid reason. However, I explained to them the complete chronology of the treatment taken from different doctors & hospitals, but to no response from HDFC Ergo. 03. In fact, my problem started with severe backache, so I went to a Physiotherapist, who, finding no improvement after giving preliminary treatment, recommended for an MRI. After examining the MRI, he advised for 7 day’s traction, but unfortunately, still there was no improvement in my pain. 04. Having no relief even after the above treatment, I was forced to consult another doctor and went to Dr. N.K. Agarwal, who is a qualified doctor (M.B.B.S.) and highly experienced physician in my neighbourhood. In his treatment, he advised for certain blood and other tests. 05. From the report of the above tests, Dr. Agarwal found deficiency of vitamin C & D and accordingly started the treatment. Seriously panicked with the condition not improving at all, I and my family now decided to visit Apollo Hospital and who endorsed the observations of Dr. N.K. Agarwal, but, however, advised for a little different medicinal course and asked to report back after a week’s time. 06. Since it was too far away from my residence and the treatment also being almost the same as Dr. N.K. Agarwal had prescribed, I again started consulting Dr. N.K. Agarwal. During this period, I had lost about 5 kg. weight and also lost stamina to stand on my feet for 5-10 minutes at a stretch. Finally, with severe back ache and trembling feet, my kin took me to the Asian Hospital, where they straightaway advised for admission for detailed diagnosis and further treatment. In their diagnosis, they found excess of vitamin “C” leading to SARCOIDOSIS. 07. The entire process elucidated above is a sequence of event without any gap and the doctor at Asian finally confirmed that all my problems right from day one was due to this only. 08. I hope the above course of treatment clearly substantiates that the entire problem, right from day one was due to SARCOIDOSIS only, but earlier diagnosis were not, perhaps, correct, whereas the entire treatment was for one single problem of severe back ache.

Dear Sir, Sub : Policy Hospital Care No.08048875 – Prudential ICICI Life Insurance This is in reference to captioned policy claim given by me for my hospitalization for the following period: 28th May 2012 to 29th May 2012 – Nityanand Hospital, Vile-Parle(East) 29th May 2012 to 2nd June 2012– Asian Heart Institute, Bandra (East) I, Mr.Sanjay Kalsekar, age 50 years, was hospitalized in above Hospitals as I was not feeling well and it was diagonised that I had suffered an Heart attack and later Angio-graphy and Angio-plasty was conducted on 30th Aug 2012 and I was kept in ICU and hospitalized till discharge on 2nd June 2012. Please note the following points in regard to the same : 1. Policy premium of Rs.9,639.00 was paid on 28th May 2012 through net banking payment option from my Axis bank account after confirmation from Prudential ICICI Life Insurance Customer care that the policy will be reinstated immediately after paying the above amount which includes penalty payment/late fee. ..2/- - 2 - 2. Mail dated 31.05.2012 confirms reinstatement of policy with effect from 29.05.2012. 3. I have followed up for the claim status on 01st Aug 2012. Till then, I was not informed regarding the same. The Customer Care official telephonically stated that claims are rejected on the grounds that Hypertension has not been disclosed while taking the policy. I checked my Policy application and I had very much disclosed the same and in fact I was charged additional premium for the same. The same was telephonically informed by me to the Customer Care official. 4. Then, Prudential ICICI Life Insurance came up with another reason for non-payment and vide mail dated 01st Aug 2012 stated rejection of both the claims under clause 8B. 5. In reply to my mail dated 13th Aug 2012, regarding clarification to clause 8B, Prudential ICICI Life Insurance mail dated 17th Aug 2012, states details of clause 8B which is reproduced below. 8) Payment of premiums b) Premiums are payable on the due dates mentioned in the Policy Certificate or within the grace period allowed without any obligation on the Company to notify the Life Assured/policyholder of the due dates. If the premiums are not paid on the due dates or even during the grace period, the policy lapses and no benefits shall be payable. 6. On clarifications of the above mail dated, I was informed vide mail 06th Sept 2012, that no benefit to be given to the policy holder if the signs and symptoms are falling in the lapsed period. 2(vi) is reproduced below for your reference- 2. Revival of the policy: A policy, which has lapsed for non-payment of premium within the days of grace, may be revived subject to the following conditions: vi) Even after revival, no benefit is payable for an event which occurred or symptoms of which occurred during the period when the policy was in lapsed condition Thus, I was given various reasons for non-payment of claim as above. 7. I am repeatedly requesting Pru ICICI Life Insurance via mails dated 12/09/2012,17/09/2012,25/09/2012 & 03/10/2012 requesting them that my claim should be processed once the reinstatement takes place ie from 29th Aug 2012. My hospitalization in Asian Heart Hospital was on 29th Aug 2012 evening 6.00 pm. ..3/- - 3 - The Angio-graphy and Angio-plasty was conducted on 30th Aug 2012 and I was kept in ICU and hospitalized till discharge on 2nd June 2012. I also requested that Pru ICICI Life Insurance should consider the reimbursement for Asian Heart Hospital expenses. The Nityanand hospital expenses may not be given as per their agreement. I have made timely payments all these years and this years premium was not paid due to oversight as I was confused with my other policy payment with Pru ICICI. 8. Pru ICICI Life Insurance have not sent any intimation for the non-payment of premium either through mail of letter that my policy is discontinued/lapsed. If the same had been informed to me, I would have not paid the premium of the policy. Respected Sir/Madam I am Vikas Gattani son of Hariballabh Gattani and Santoshdevi Gattani (Policy holders) have enclosed herewith the detailed documents explaining the manner in which the Company officials has manipulate and offered 5 policy (amount Rs. 190,000) to my father on different dates, along with handsome benefits, however the offered the benefits were not mentioned in the policy document. Additionally, the Company also collected Rs. 2,00,000 under the name of Club Max and told that the same will be returned in the form of bonus amount ranging in between 6,35,000 to 7,02,000 on or before 14 November 2013 but the same was not returned. After 14 November 2013, I understood that the Company has cheated us and I filed a written complaint with the Company on 26 November 2013 and the Company has paid the money for two of the policy totaling Rs. 80,000/- and the balance three policy the Company said that the can't return the money as the same was outside the loop period.

I’ve bought a traditional insurance policy (7 years - 40K premium p.a.) in Jan-14, Sales Executive call described various benefits & big min. returns back, limited offer. I paid cheque considering 30 days as Free look up period (FLC) to review policy docs. Policy docs came late, end Feb 14. When I checked if the amount & benefits, found nothing but a basic sum assured guaranteed (2.45 L) which is even less than total amount I will be giving in 7 years & 15 days FLC. I contacted customer care, written e-mail for complaints ..initially i got response to simply cancel policy and get premium back (minus some charges (~ 250)). When I insisted to give me full amount + my tax exemption loss as I can’t submit proof now for this F.Y. company is not ready however, they seem much scared as I warned them of IRDA and consumer court as ultimately this is a fraud case, they are even extending my FLC and forcing me to cancel policy, calls coming from higher management as well. Please suggest.

Dear sir, I want to bring to your kind notice that employees/agents/sub agents of Reliance life insurance company are selling insurance policy fraudulently. They are luring customers by saying that they will get 'Interest free loan' of an amount equal to 10 times of the insurance premium. They vanish after selling insurance policy. The promised loan is never given. I too cheated me by this false promise and sold me 'Reliance life insurance policy (Policy no. 50794016)'. I paid Rs 2 lakhs as premium. When I did not get the loan, I wrote to RLIC and told the whole story and requested them to take action against to the involved employees / agents and to refund the premium as the policy was sold to me fraudulently but the company did not take any action. I provided all the proofs also. It appears that company officers are also involved in this and they are silently supporting this type of activity to increase company business that is why they are not taking any action.

Cheated and misguided by the agent into getting a wrong policy and locking the same. when complained to the company via email 3ce received no reply. Now the company is rejecting my plea for a cancellation saying that no such complain has been received from me since the policy has been locked. However i did mail them and tried to contact the agent who has been MIA since. I was also wrongfully led to pay the first premium by the agent which now is being held against me. PLZ HELP!

I have a Hyundai Eon - I paid for my car insurance policy on 20/11/2013. Till date I did not receive the policy papers.I am facing huge problem on the road without the renewed insurance papers . The Company Finex merchants Pvt Ltd,199,Block-J , New Alipur , Kolkata - 700053 (033-2400-9611/12/13) had sent a person to collect the cheque from my home. I had applied to the Maxlife insurance policy in the month of Oct-Nov, 2013 and had deposited the money through the company's agent for the policy. But I after a couple of days, I came to know about the company's insurance features which were against mine views about the policy of the company. Till then, I had been given a receipt form of the company which provides details about my payment to the company. However, I requested the company through mail to surrender my policy because I was not aware about the meaning of the same in insurance terms and believed that it means to cancel the policy and get the whole amount back. It is also pertinent to mention here that I have not received my policy documents till date. But I was told by my friend about the free look period and also found the details about the same from the internet. Now when i have not received the policy and i requested the firm to give back my money, they are not doing the same.

Hi All, I purchased a used car in March 2013 and applied for the registration in April 2013. I was told that insurance cannot be changed to my name until the registration is changed. After 2 months my car was stolen (the registration was in process and policy still in 1st owners name). Now the Insurance Company rejected my claim in November and sent me letter stating "No insurable interest found as on date of loss". Please help !

Respected Sir/Madam, This is with reference to the Future Saral Anand Policy that I have taken from Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Ltd. The policy no. is 00871516. The Agent of the Future Generali gave wrong information about the policy and made me to take the policy after receiving the policy document I discovered that all the information given by the agent was hoax I went to the Future Generali to cancel the policy but I was sent back as I went after the policy free look period. Since I was not in Bangalore for few months I was not able to look at the policy document when the policy document was sent by post. I relied on the words of the agent so I was not much bothered to check it as I was also not in Bangalore. After returning to Bangalore I verified the policy document and found that the information give by the agent was hoax. Now I want to cancel the policy but Insurance Co. is not accepting. I need justice. Please accept the complaint and help me to get justice.

Dear Sir, I hold a MAXBUPA Life Insurance Policy No. 30054819201100 since 10/10/2011. Recently about 2 months back i had put up a Claim Reimbursement for amount of 32,341/-. I have submitted all the relevant reports, bills and documents pertaining to the same. Even after almost 2 months of putting up my claim MAXBUPA is just not bothered about the same and they are not clearing my dues. My Claim request number with MAXBUPA is 59084. I have sent enough mails to MAXBUPA and i have spoken to them some 15/20 times but nothing is happening on the same. Hello Sir, I have a ICICI Prudential Insurance with Policy No: 13379597 with Rs 25001.00 premium. Since, I didn't pay premium bank closed the policy. However, when it comes to payment, it is paying just Rs 4000/-. When I wanted to know the rules and regulation, customer care was unable to provide any information appropriately. Please help me so that ICICI bank of is transparent with the process and I want my appropriate money back.

I own Hyundai Verna Car and met an accident on 27.12.2012.It was a major accident so applied for applied claim on the same day and later submitted all documents in the month of April 2103.The Surveyor estimation was Rs 4,20,000/- ,so I opted for total loss for a claim of Rs 4,00,000/-. This was my third claim and the last two claims amounted for Rs 1,19,000/-(approx.)but when I contacted in the month of August 2013, they simply told it will be around Rs 2,00,000/- and when asked for the details they did not. The cost of the car at the time of purchase was Rs 6,50,000 and I have brought the car through car loan and paying EMI for the same every month and the insurance company does not respond even after repeated personal visit to their office. It is a mental and financial harassment for claimants and they should be warned of their responsibilities and duty to act in time. The monetary loss for delay in payment will be appreciated.

Hi, this is wz ref to my mail which i had sent on 24th Oct'13 to Oriental Insurance Company Ltd, would like to inform after submitting additional documents which MD India has requested and on checking today the status of my claim it has come to my notice my claim has been rejected which i totally fail to understand as to why ? my claim was for approx Rs 1.74 lacs i had gone for reimbursement with them as my daughter was operated for Ureteric reimplantation surgery at Saifee Hospital on 5th Oct and today they are rejecting the claim giving reason as it was internal disease. We have mediclaim policy with Start Health for Rs. 1/- lacs. My mother passed through knee replacement operation costing Rs. 1.50/ lacs. We submitted claim for full against which we received only Rs. 42,000/-. In 2011 my father was operated with bypass surgery costing Rs. 4/- lacs. We submitted claim but rejected fully by Star health quoting reason that at the time of taking policy adequate disclosures were not given. My father and mothers policy is with star for last 8-9 years. These were the first occasion to claim reimbursement, but are not clearing the claim

Hi, My name is vikrant dangi & my PF A/c no is KN/25482/32472:. I was working with PNB MEtliffe india insurance from 16-may-2011 to 2-july-2012, Location Dwarka/Delgi. I have applied for my PF on 06-April-2013. As I was eligible to apply for PF after 60 days. I am taking follow up since last 6 months but till date I did not even get my EPF claim ID where in It should have been cleared with in 90 days. almost 4 months is going to over but till date I am not sure that it would be credited in my A/c or not. The same I have informed to my previous organization (Name of the person is : Vijay Kumar, (CP/delhi)), he is giving me commitment every time that I have done every thing from my end but I am not sure on his commitment as I do not have such proof. So I request you to please help me out to get the same as I dont know who is making the delay.

I want to raise complaint against MAX LIFE INSURANCE, Max life insurance having a direct sales agency called ' IC DIRECT SALES AGENCY ' I got a call from same agency and offer me Loan on 0% interest in 45days of processing. Then he offer me a MAX LIFE INSURANCE policy and told me that You have received a loan against policy in next 45 days. At that time I a very needy person in terms of rupees because I have been going family problem at the same time. So I took 30k-30k of 2 policies of MAX LIFE INSURANCE in Jun'13. After 30days the again he call me and said that your loan amount is high so you have to pay TDS first then we will give you loan amount as per RBI rules. Then after 2-3 days the FPR again contact me and suggest to take 1 more policy as a dummy policy so you don't have to pay TDS amount and this policy has been closed in next 2-3 month by us so you have to pay installment against only for previous Policy. So I took the 1 more 60K policy of MAX LIFE INSURANCE in sep'13.

Few months back (in Nov'2012) I received a phone call from Reliance Life Insurance from a Person named Mr Rajesh Auddy, Mobile No. 09836300048, enquiring about the Policy which I was holding & whether I was satisfied with it. I just said it’s a bit too lengthy period stretching 20 years. He offered me a new policy "Reliance Life Insurance Guaranteed Money Back Plan" of five or seven years, and said that he will transfer my existing policy into this new one & all previous three premiums (10,000 x 3=30,000) that had been paid will be transferred also & I will be required to pay my remaining premiums minus the 30,000 which I've already paid. The previous Policy would be deactivated and a new will be issued, he had said. He had also warned me not to mention anything about my old policy which I was holding, when the verification call would come to me enquiring about the new policy which I was being offered. I had agreed and gone ahead with it. New Policy no. 50557122 (Reliance Life Insurance Guaranteed Money Back Plan) was given to me with Rs 5000 premium payable Half yearly. I had to pay Rs 5000 premium on 30th November’2012 to that person. Last week I was just checking my Account online, both Old & newly issued policy where I found out that both my policies were showing Active. I confirmed this with the Customer Care Executive also and they have also confirmed me that both the above mentioned policies are “Active” and continuing and there is no linkage between the two. In other words I have been cheated by the above mentioned company person and misguided. Request you to look in to this matter and cancel my new policy and get my money refunded as I will not be able to continue two policies simultaneously. Sir, On 18th July 2013, I applied for an ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE POLICY(GuaranteedSavingsInsurancePlan), through one of Bank Executive. For which I have issued a STATE BANK OF INDIA CHEQUE BEARING NO.676544 (NTPC TOWNSHIP) BADARPUR, NEW DELHI-110044 dt. 18/07/2013, for a sum of Rs.35000/- as a Ist premium, which has been cleared/credited after 2/3 days. But even after 3 (three) months elapsed the policy bond has not been issued to me by the Bank nor I have received Policy Bond nor I have received any communication in this regard. Dear Sir I had insured my car with National Insurance Company on the basis of a sale note from the seller. There was a delay on my part in transferring the ownership of the car as the seller was travelling abroad. In the intermittent period my car met with an accident on 12-08-2011. I transferred the car to my name before the submission of the claim. The insurance company has refused my claim on the grounds that the car was not in my name at the time of the accident. I read in Mumbai Mirror (Jan 03, 2013) that delay in transfer of ownership cannot be a ground for refusal of claims. I made several attempts to seek the claim on these grounds but to no avail. Respected Sir/Madam, My grand father has taken Birla sunlife insurance policy No 001387462 Dated 25/01/2008.It was 3 years premium pay policy which was duly paid. Unfortunately he expired 0n 02/06/13, I have submitted the death claim on 11/07/13 but when I was accepting a claim money I received a letter on 27/07/13 that your claim can not be settled as your policy was terminated on 25/02/13. I applied for Birla Sun Life insurance on 7 August 2008. I Submitted my three premium .The third premium of Rs 39352 Submitted on 7/02/2011 Receipt no : 19211846 through cheque at Birla Sunlife Srinagar office and the Amount was debited from my HDFC Account on 10/02/2011. I was informed at Birla Sunlife that my policy has been renewed as I went to BSLI office for 4 days continuously. In August 2012 I approached Birla Sunlife to know the status of my Investment I was told that my policy has lapsed as my third premium has not been accepted as in COI form response to question 6 part c regarding sound health has been given NO . I was told to pay premium amount 118056 to revive my policy. I lodged a written complaint (complaint no: 02832467) at BSLI OFFICE and i mentioned that i correctly filled the COI FORM and the response to question 6 part c regarding sound health was fabricated by BSLI

- Despite communicating to customer care of my intention to discontinue the policy, the premium has been debited to my credit card - standing instructions on my credit card given effect to 2 months after the premium due date - the policy was lapsed and communication reached me. After that how can premium be charged on my credit card - Informed that policy cannot be surrendered but it can lapse. However, after lapse how can they charge premium.

I would like to get to your notice about the fraud activity being done by the Bajaj Allianz Nacharam Branch Hyderabad to sell the Bajaj Allianz investment plans. We have invested in the plan based on a mail confirmation of the policy return details. My father had some doubt on the investment we made and he went ahead and approached a officer from other Bajaj Allianz to confirm if the policy. They confirmed it is a wrong. Grievance officer from Bajaj Allianz also confirmed that the return details are wrong and we have been cheated. Sir, when we requested for a proper action on them they said we can file a FIR against them at out personal. Sir we seek you help in giving them the punishment and ensure no other consumer is cheated this way. Sir now they have started harassing us for the cancellation of policy. An other branch of Bajaj also confirmed that they have similar issues from same Nacharam HYD Brnach.

This refers my policy no251680145 dt 28-10-1997 with L.I.C.of India,Ghaziabad( Branch code 255). As per terms of policy I should get Rs 2000/ as SB from third year of Policy. But First S.B given to me is in the year 2008 and subsequently in the year 2013. I personally visited branch on 31-01-2013 and asked for interest( letter duly acknowledged by LIC). I repeatedly lodged complaint online for penal interest , the same is acknowledged by LIC in their trailing mail dated 11-06-2013. But I have not received any interest till date and on 08-08-2013 they declined to pay any interest. Sub:-Non settlement of Car Insurance claim I met with accident on 18.6.13 near Anandpur Sahib at Punjab. I reported accident to HDFCergo, Insurance Co. on same day. I was told to take car to nearest Maruti Showroom. I took car to CM Motors Ropar. Relevant papers submitted on 24.6.13. I contacted Naveen of HDFCergo at Chandigarh (Mob. Cancellation of Birla Sunlife Insurance Policy # 006056474/ Client ID 9825669845 I am 65 yrs old from Thane. I was approached by tele marketing representatives of BirlaSunlife,saying that Rs 1Lakh will fetch me 13% interest & entail mediclaim cover for self and spouse with bonus and incentives. I was also told that this being an anniversary offer, company will give back cash benefit of Rs10000/- within 15days of issuance of the policy if I take the policy before31.3.13. However, upon receipt of the policy, I realized that the marketing calls were from the Broker of Birla SunLife (PROBUS INSURANCE BROKER LTD). Upon scrutiny of the policy, I noticed that it betrayed me of the promises .As per policy, I am supposed to pay last premium in 2032(in view of my present age, by that time, I will not be alive).As such, I returned the policy for cancellation to their Regd office through courier service (it was received by them on 20.4.13 within free look period of 15 days)

Inspite of my numerous complaints, several written letters and more than 50 telephonic conversations, I am still unable to cancel the policy. When I call up the Customer Services, I am talked upon, misinformed and advised to wait. I have had formal phone conversations with Bajaaz's customer service managers when I was finally told that the policy stands cancelled as on 09/07/2013. I was also assured that I would be getting the sum (after necesssary deductions) credited back to my Citibank account within 10 working days. Finally I spoke to a very rude guy from Bajaaz Allianz who told me that it was still not cancelled. I have finally turned to you and I am hoping that yours kindly can help me out. From: J Das Mahapatra To: Reliance Life Insurance Last year, on receipt of repeated phone calls from Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited (RLI) I ultimately agreed to make a policy and the representative of RLI who came to my residence for collection of the cheque assured me that the policy would be for five years with annual premium of Rs. 30,000/-. On receipt of the policy I saw that the policy had been made for ten years instead of five years. This year also I have received frequent phone calls from RLI during April-May 2013 offering a scheme for conversion of my existing ten years policy (which was made last year) into a five years policy. The representative of RLI who came to my residence for explaining the scheme stated the following: (i) My existing ten years policy with annual premium of Rs 30,000/- would be converted into a new five years policy with annual premium of Rs 30,000/- and the existing policy will be cancelled. (ii) The premium of Rs. 30,000/- paid by me for the existing policy would be adjusted against the total premium of Rs. 1,50,000/- (30,000/- x 5) payable for the new policy. (iii) Against the balance amount of 1,20,000/- (Rs. 1,50,000/- minus Rs. 30,000/- already paid for existing policy), I will have to pay Rs 1,00,000/- only, if I pay the amount (Rs 1,00,000/-) in two installments of Rs 50,000/- each. Reliance is offering a rebate of Rs 20,000/- for advance payment of annual premiums. Of these two installments, one (Rs 50,000/-) is to be paid immediately and the second installment of Rs 50,000/- is to be paid within one year. (iv) I will get the benefit of the policy (refund of the principal amount of Rs 1,50,000/- plus 13.5 % interest) immediately after completion of five years. Then, he requested me to handover a xerox copy of the earlier policy as the same would be converted into a new five years policy. I simply relied upon what had been said by him because I was sure that the official representative of a reputed company like Reliance Life Insurance can not distort the fact (scheme details) and also can not cheat an existing customer of RLI. Accordingly, I agreed to convert my existing ten years’ policy into five years’ policy with annual premium of Rs 30,000/- and handed over a xerox copy of earlier policy to him. Although I wanted to fill in the application form with my own handwriting, he did not allow me to do so and started filling the form in front of me seeing the xerox copy of earlier policy and filled in item 1, 3 and 4 of the form. Then he told that the other items would be filled in by the office according to the scheme. As in earlier occasion I was cheated in respect of the premium paying term (policy was made for 10 years instead of 5 years), I asked him to write the policy period in front of me. Accordingly, he wrote ‘5’ in both the columns specified for Policy Term (Yrs) and Premium Paying Term (Yrs). Surprisingly, I received a new policy for ten years with the annual premium of Rs 50,000/- on 17 June 2013 instead of conversion of my existing policy into a five years policy with annual premium of Rs 30,000/-. In the copy of the application attached to the policy, the figures ‘5’ in both the columns specified for Policy Term (Yrs) and Premium Paying Term (Yrs) were pen through and 10 was written in place of 5. Further, fictitious/forged blood reports on Hematology, Glycocylated Haemoglobin and Immunology indicating the date of collection of blood as 08.06.2013 were attached to the policy even though none of RLI or its authorized diagnostic centre collected any blood from my body. On receipt of the policy, when I contacted the customer service of RLI, they simply advised me to return the policy for cancellation if I do not agree to the terms and conditions. They simply remained silent in respect of my specific complaints as to how their representative had cheated a Senior Citizen like me. My subsequent letters dated 20.06.2013, 24.06.2013, 26.06.2013, 28.06.2013 and 06.07.2013 could not elicit any reply from RLI. I returned the policy within free-look period and RLI refunded Rs 47425.33 on 08 July 2013 and an amount of Rs 2574.67 has been deducted though I am not liable to pay any amount for cancellation of the policy because the same was made by cheating me. Now I want refund of the balance amount of Rs 2574.67. But, my repeated letters written to RLI could not elicit any reply from them. They have not refunded the balance amount of Rs 2574.67 to me as yet. This is how RLI has cheated a senior citizen like me. I want refund of balance amount of Rs 2574.67 immediately. i`m amol kasar aged 35, i have been scammed by birla sun life insurance . in year 2008 advisor said to pay 50000 n get amount doubled in 5 years & a policy of annual premium 4500 policy no2124148, i gave him 50000 cash on trust of company to advisor . he ran away with cash so i stopped the payment of 4500 of second policy due to the advisor eloped with my 50000 present year i got call from birla advisor vikas mob no 9930240880, he said your policy is matured of 2008 amt 50000 rs , to get that amount i need to take another policy of 15000 n i purchased it policy no 006061803 then i got call from birla advisor chitra stating she called from head office delhi n said to get that you will get 200000 in 45 days & to get that amount i need to buy a policy of 70000 rs i purchased it policy no 006101945. im uneducated middleclass farmer they are just fooling me . i want my hard earned money back i registered a complain comp no 3374139 but no response since a month i want a answer

Complaint against: Future Generali India Life Insurance Company. I applied for Free-look refund for my policies 01101931 & 01101969 on 12-04-13. i was informed that free look refund request is denied because my wife is ex-employee of FGI company. I know that insurance company cannot impose such arbitrary restrictions on Free Look refund. I was never informed of such condition when purchasing policy. If they had told me this condition, I would not have purchased this policy at all. This is a fraudulent practice by Future Generali India. They are not honouring my rightful application for Free Look refund. Despite many attempts on email to seek explanation of this unfair behavior, I only got the standard reply every time, saying "we would like to reiterate that our decision remains the same and we are unable to accede to your request for cancellation of the Policy and refund of Premium Paid." They are holding back my refund on unfair grounds. I want my full refund immediately.

I was told that post receipt of the kit, if services don,t appeal to us and if we inform IHO within 21 days after receiving of the kit, we would be eligible for complete refund.But the phone banking officers are now saying that refund would not be executed as we don,t have sufficient reasons for terminationg the policy.

I have Unit Linked Policy in Max Life Insurance Co. and paid my first premium ( lac) through Bank. Due to medical grounds I could not paid further premiums. I wrote a letter to them to surrender the policy. They accepted my surrender and told that No amount will be refunded because as per the policy's terms and conditions. As this is a unit linked policy they put my one lakh in the market and got the benefit but not return even a paisa to me even i have paid 1 lakh rupees in first premium. What can i do to get the premium amount i was already paid. Kindly help in this regard.

Dear Sir, I insured my car (MH43 R9721) from “new India assurance co. ltd” under policy no. 17020231120100004433. On April 24th 2013 I met with an accident & my cars front door got damaged. I filed the accident claim against policy. But they didn’t gave me accident claim no. after surveying of car they told me to repair it & they will reimburse the expenditure. On 28th April 2013 I submitted the bill. But they didn’t clear the bill. I called their customer care for complaining but they are asking for accident claim number. But the branch where I filed the accident claim they are not giving me claim no. also not reimbursing the amount. Also they are not treating me properly. I have taken a Medical Insurance Policy from Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited and my insurance policy P/171114/2013/001105. As per the policy if I am admitted in a hospital for 24 hours I am entitled for the medical claim.I was admitted in the hospital on 18th April 2013 for Prostate Biospy test. I had also informed them when I was admitted and their representative visited the hospital for confirmation. After my discharge from the hospital I submitted all the bills and hospital expenses in original with Doctor's certificate. Now they have rejected my claim with silly excuses. Reliance General Insurance is not agreeing to pay for the claim I made for the broken front Car Glass. They say that it has already been there at the time of pre-inspection while it was not cracked actully at that time of inspection. Although there was a very minute unnoticable grain at that time which certainly doesnt explain the big crack which seems to be caused by some one throwing a stone on the glass. The insurance company as I understand is misusing its terms & conditions to not pay up for the loss. Please Help.

Dear Sir, I am a Policy holder No 36140031126165000262 with company National Insurance Company, Which accidental claim was made in Month of FEB'13 and it is hold due to reason mention "CNG" does not endorsed in the Policy. My Health Insurance claim for Domiciliary has been rejected with a reason that "Infertlity claims are not admissible". However this has not been mentioned anywhere on the Guidelines or the exclusion list. I had asked them to point me to the Exclusions list but the company (MediAssist/New India Assurance) has not responded to my query. Further, they had approved my claim for infertility treatment in the year 2010-11 and there has been no communication since then that their policy has changed. Is there any way that I could take this up? Please let me know the procedure.

When my vehicle was under repair, & Repairing Centre even didn't calculated/generated the Retail Invoice (Bill) of the vehicle, at that time Shriram General Insurance surveyor Nitin Vijay (SLA NO.- 57542) have submitted the claim amount to the Insurance Company. I was astonished to know that the surveyor have submitted the claim amount without the repairing of the Vehicle, & without Repairing Centre Retail invoice, & how the Shriram General Insurance Company (SGI) have sanctioned/settled the claim amount of Rs.1,17,932 for the repair of the vehicle? i am a mediclaim policy holder from last 5yrs from I.T.G.I. self,wife & daughter is covered under the one policy. i renewed the policy without any lapse. In Dec12 i have been blessed with girl.i applied for reimbursement of maternity bill, (that too with great difficulty ,today email is recieved informing that that out of Rs.71,558/- Rs.61,558 will be deducted due to maternity limit? plz note that the procedure is required due to her bad condition & therefore consultant strongly recommends for the same. hope you agreed that expenses incurred were reasonable. here i would like to mention that couple of years back under the same policy reimbursement is being made. without any deductions. moreover i am not in receipt of any written,oral,verbal communication from your end on the procedure cap in policy cover,than how could this injustice can be done to me?

Star Health & Allied Ins Co Ltd Thane has repudiated the claim for PED and utmost good faith. The pre-health check up was done by empanelled doctor as well as declared in the proposal form about the DM along with medication in force, so no question of utmost good faith. Now regarding PED, Co is stating that the current ailment is complications of DM and is not payable. The Treating Hospital has given me the certificate that it cannot be established that DM is the sole cause of present ailment. Now, the issue is going in District Consumer Forum, Thane. I wish to complaint about the deficiency in service of my Insurance Policy by ICICI PRULFE In a nutshell the said Insurance Company is refusingg to return back my policy amount of 100000, My complaint to Complaint Cell of the said Insurance Company has yielded nothig to my request of refund of entire premium paid so far. The policy was requested to be cancelled during the stipulated freelook period, as I found the service to be very poor, my DOB was incorrect which I tried to rectify and since no positive response from the concern found it bettter to cancel the policy. The customer service deliberateely waited for the freelook period to expire and then informed me to visit the local branch. I had a conventional insurance plan with ICICI Prudential (Forever Life). I paid regular premiums for last 11 yrs but decided to surrender it as i was not satisfied with the returns. The policy document stated the following If premiums are paid for three consecutive years the policy acquires a surrender value which is equal to 35% of premiums paid excluding the first year premium. The cash value of guaranteed additions and vested bonuses will also be allowed. This document was signed and given to me by authorised signatory of ICICI Prudential.i was offered a surrender value of Rs 69775/-. I was sold 3 different policies one after the other by the HDFC bank staff saying its investment plan and will give you 18% interest better than your fixed deposit with us and forcing me to break my FD's, when it turned out to be insurance policy they explained that its only giving you insurance cover and this enables us to let you have tax benefits on such investments. NEVER EVER TRUST A PRIVATE HDFC BANKER to advise you correctly as his interest in his targets and earnings and Insurance policies gives him maximum return. Customer can be dammed. Reg: Cancellation of Airtel connection/ Bill generated I have raised cancellation request for connection (0522-4011059) )on 8 jan 2013 (Req No--27106528) after that i have raised complain( near to 2nd week of feb 2013 ) regarding no cancellation has been done even after that i have raise another complain (Req no---29212860) in this regarding but still connection is not cancelled and in between number of calls came to me for this , I replied to cancel the connection but the problem continues. For me in between new bill is generated for duration (12 jan -11 Feb) Rs 1141.73 , customer care has call me in this regard and forcing me to pay out the bill (saying aapko to bill pay karna hi hoga) and since connection is not cancel so again a new bill(12 Feb to 11 March 13) would be generated. Is that my problem that connection is not cancel on time ? .Am i liable to you if i raise cancellation request before start of the next month ? Please help me in this regard

I purchased two policy of Kotak Life Insurance in the month of Jan & Feb 2012. Policy no is-02471709 & 02455714 and monthly premium is Rs. 2048/- each policy. Mr. Rahul Gupta was the designated representative from Kotak Life Insurance and act as an agent of the company. He told me that policy purchase will be followed by credit card of limit Rs. 3.5 Lacs and it will be issued on behalf on policy . This policy will also entitle me for a bonus of Rs.- 10000/- after every six month. But on receipt of policy I observed that benefits as committed above by company’s agent Mr. Rahul Gupta is not fulfilled. I have travelled to Madurai personally several times to Madurai branch office for payment and I am totally got distress on this issue. My JCB machine had got stolen on 16/10/2010. I had filed a claim with the insurace company and since then I have been running from pillar to post to get my righful claim. Dear Sir, I have taken two policy amount of 1.5 lakhs from LIC, Delhi. During policy lot of commitment given, but now they have not fulfilled a single commet. Many mails I have given, but still no action has been taken. Please help to get cancelled my policy. I will be very grateful to you. Matter is as below; Sir Please help I have taken LIC Policy no. 116745174 & 116745173 from Mr. Rahul I received Policy bond on 26th Oct’12 During the time of policy procurement Mr. Mohit Sharma from Noida had given lot of commitment and also told that you will get 30 lakhs maturity amount after maturity, 200% cash back as well as mediclaim for 15 lakhs , a BLACKBERRY HANDSET worth Rs.20000/- & 5 grm Gold but after getting policy bond I came to know that I will get only 14.0 lakhs maturity amount. Not only this he had also told that you have to give premium for only 10 years but now came to know that it is for 15 yrs. which is not acceptable to be at all. He had only given me miscommitment. They all have cheated to me. After taking policy I was continuously calling on their mobile/landline but no one was lifting the phone. With him their other colleagues Mr Rishi Jaiswal, Naveen of same office are also involved. Nobody was lifting the phone. I had renewed my Motor car Insurance policy with IFFCO Tokyo ( Policy No -80830918)via online but i had not recieved my hard copy of policy document yet . Every time i am calling at Consumer care and they are saying we had acknowledgeed your complaint and you will recieve hard copy of your policy soon but not recived yet .Request you to arrange hard copy of policy ASAP. I have put a request for claim in your company for my Honda Activa which has been stolen from Sector 36 A(ISKON Parking) on 13/05/2012 but I received your letter dt. 15.11.12 in which you stated that claim is not maintainable due to delay in intimation to the Co. I wants to state you that when my Activa was stolen,my papers of R.C.& Insurance Certificate was also stolen with the Activa. Then I inform to your Company. at sec.35,Chandigarh that my Aciva was stolen & I need a duplicate copy of insurance certificate for claim.So Company issue me a copy of insurance certificate.They not asked me to intimate in written.This fault is at your end. When My Aciva Honda was stolen from Sec 36, I immediately inform to police station.and file a FIR. So I am eligible for claiming of Insurance. sir, a complaint was filed against insurance company under personal accidental coverage as policy holder died sudden and accidental under his own tractor in absence of FIR or postmortem but statement of villagers and other witness thereof but they insisting revenue or postmortem report despite of fact it is not suspicious death. kindly guide with a case law suitably at sc or national forum

Respected Sir/Madam, I had opted for tata aig car insurance policy on 14th may 2012, well ahead previous policy end date. I paid to the tata aig agent by cheque and I received policy document from the agent immediately after 2 days of cheque payment. However, today on 20th jun 2012, I called up on tata aig toll free number 1800-266-7780 and understand that my policy was standing cancelled on 30th may 2012. For the same, I never received any communication before by any means (sms, mail, curier,register) stating that policy 0151909425 standing cancelled for the reason of cheque return (due to signature mismatch). Which otherwise would have given me take necessary action. I was under consideration that I have renewed my policy. Now the situation is I have my previous policy already expired. I can not settle any claims during the period vehicle seems to be uncovered due to all this mess up. This is frustrating, as I will have to go for new insurance unnecessarily with gap in insurance.

I Mrs.G.Sharmila was admitted on 21st Nov'12 in Yashoda hospital with severe abdomen pain and vomitings. I was kept in ICU immediately & i submitted my Insurance documents for approval. On 28th August 12 my Car Insurance Policy No 3001/66280650/00/001 with IICICI Lombard General Insurance expired and I purchased the renewal on 29th Aug 12. At this point of time I was told that there was no requirement of Vehicle Inspection. After few days someone claiming to be ICICI Lombard officer writes a email for vehicle inspection. When I ask him the reason and who has instructed, he instead of replying Terminates my Insurance renewal without informing me. On 14th Sept I came to know that I was driving my vehicle without any Insurance coverage.. On 20th Sept 11. I have purchased motor insurance policy from ICICI Lombard General Insurance under the policy: 3001/74068567/00/B01. Vehicle was inspected on 25-Sep-2012 and same day evening he got confirmation from insurer that renewal is approved. When I received soft copy of the renewal, found that insurance coverage starts from 20-Sep-2012 and not 25-Sep-2012. I wanted to know How the Renewal of policy was made effective from 20TH SEPT (When his vehicle was inspected on 25th Sept 12 )?

I have a motor insurance policy with TATA AIG and had to renew it before 27th November 2012 which I did over the phone with the TATA AIG Customer Service department. I made the payment of INR 8126 through my credit card ending with number 8008 at 4:16pm on 26th November 2012. Ever since, it has been over 2 weeks and I have not received my renewed policy and repeated attempts to procure that from TATA AIG has failed. The customer service and all other departments have failed to help and have been giving false committments everytime I make a call. I would like to pursue this case and bring them to the court of law and make them pay for this lacklusture beahiour from the company and its people.

Paid the premium of Rs 25000 for ICICI prudential by cheque which was cleared by my bank. They are not issuing the receipt as they say, the payment has gone to their pool and unable to locate it. We are waiting for long. where do I get justice?

I had booked tickets from Mumbai to Kandla thru site transaction ID 3009128596 dt 30.09.2012 where I had taken travel insurance from Reliance General Insurance vide Certificate No. - 1305922834171430. I received a message via SMS from from LM-YATRA that KFA has cancelled all he flights till 12.10.2012. I got the trip cancelled but the insurance amount was not returned to me. I the sent mail to provide me the insurance claim for trip cancelleation a as the same was covered in the policy. . However the company is still not responding POSITIVELYeven after my various mails on this context. Kindly help!!!!!

I was mis-sold a financial savings plan by ICICI Direct. They told me that I would be investing in GoI bonds while it turned out to be an ICICI PruLife insurance plan. Repeated escalations within ICICi PruLife has yielded the same standard response of 15-day free look period being over. I was travelling during this free look period and I only got suspicious once I started receiving calls from the CS of ICICI PruLife for payment of "PREMIUM". On checking the policy found the discrepancies. Also, the benefit illustration has not been provided. This is as per the IRDA regulations. ICICI PruLife has not replied to any of the 4 wrong doings pointed out by me vide my complaint letter and are wasting time and providing with the same sorry standard response. This totally lacks any efforts from their end and is mocking the whole redressal system. Would request help to fight this mis-selling that is so rampant by these companies. Thank You in anticipation.

INSURANCE CLAIM OF THE VEHICLE I have the insurance of Mahindra Bolero with Shriram General insurance Company Ltd., bearing Policy No.-10003/31/12/435786; Code:-3599861, Registration No. of the vehicle CG 12 Y 0559. I have met with an accident on 7/05/12 with the above vehicle. Now till date my vehicle is ready with the bill amount of Rs.2,56,196, the original retail invoice has been courier to the Shriram General Insurance JAIPUR dt. 22nd Sept.2012, but till date no response have come from there side, & the Shriram General Insurance is denying, & delaying in giving the exact amount towards the repairing charges of the vehicle, and even till date Shriram General Insurance surveyor didn’t came for the final photo of the vehicle.

I would like to introduce myself as T.R. Vijayakumaar, Holding Motor Policy for my Hyundai i10 car bearing the Policy No: 0151060773 from 28.11.2010. I have renewed the policy through online 0n 15.11.2011 and the policy should expire on 28.11.2012. Tata AIG General Insurance Company Ltd has posted a Letter to me dated 09/8/12 on registered post with AD with reference to the above mentioned subject matter and stating the payment has to be made immediately on 10/08/12. However letter has been received only after 20.08.12 which can be verified with Postal Department since it is Registered post with AD. Since, I was not there in station when the letter was received, i have contacted Customer Service on 31.08.12 requesting is there any option to pay the Amount of Rs. 1797/- through internet or telephone (IVR System) Service request no: 959969. I got a positive reply from Customer service representative that a person from Concern department shall get in touch

Hi, I have taken Bajaj Allianz SARVE SHAKTI SURAKSHA policy through CITIBANK and have been paying premium for the same @1500 pm for the past 18 months (premium is deducted automatically from salary account) Now I want to surrender the policy. I called BAJAJ ALLIANZ customer care but they were unable to furnish any details regarding what amount I will be paid if I surrendered the policy in between. So I went to the nearest Bajaj Allianz Office at City Center-1, Salt Lake City. There I was SHOCKED to hear that out of Rs. 27000/- premiums paid by me , I will be getting around Rs. 18500/- back. Their representative even didn't furnish details on what ground they would be deducting my money. They just said that it was penalty for surrender of policy. So I called the customer care again to get clarifications regarding this. They still couldn't help and said some other representatives would get back to me. Respected Sir, This regarding hospitalisation claim with TTK health. My wife underwent C-section on 23rd of April'2012. In order to claim the hospital expenses I have given all the required documents on 17/05/2012 and obtained your receipt towards document, Receipt no. of TTK 9544 as acknowledgement for having received required documents. But till date they are processing the claim and asking for the details again and again which I have already submitted. Below is the mail I sent to them. "In your reply below you have mentioned three points seeking clarification. Please see responses in blue. I have given all the required documents on 17/05/2012 and obtained your receipt towards document, Receipt no. of TTK 9544 as acknowledgement for having received required documents. RECEIPT FOR THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE HOSPITALISATION BILL THE PAYMENT RECEIPT SHALL HAVE RECEIPT NO, NATURE OF EXPNESE, DATE OF THE RECEIPT, AMOUNT RECEIVED AND THE NAME OF THE PAYEE. THE RECEIPT SHALL ALSO CARRY THE SEAL AND SIGNATURE OF THE HOSPITAL Detailed bill along with receipt mentioning bill number in receipt have been submitted on 17/05/2012 with seal and signature. ii. NEED COPY OF HOSPITAL REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE WITH DETAILS OF NUMBER OF INPATIENT BEDS AND ICU Registration number has been provided on 17/05/2012 with hospital seal and signature in form meant for hospital. I have the insurance of Mahindra Bolero with STFC (SHRIRAM TRANSPORT FINANCE COMPANY) bearing Policy No.-10003/31/12/435786; Code:-3599861, Registration No. Of the vehicle CG 12 Y 0559. I have met with an accident on 7/05/12 with the above vehicle. Till now my vehicle is under repair by Mahindra Auto Centre KORBA. Mahindra Auto Centre KORBA (CHHATTISGARH) even didn't calculated the gross repaired amount of the vehicle, but Shriram Transport Finance Company have submitted the claim amount of (Rs.117932).When the vehicle is under repair & Mahindra Auto centre haven't submitted the bill as yet. I am surprised to know that how the insurance company have manage to submit the claim amount of (Rs.117932), & how the Shriram Transport Finance Company have sanctioned the claim amount of the vehicle? Mahindra auto centre have given the estimated amount of (Rs.231366)
