Dear sir , I had booked 3 international flights to and fro with for inr 132000 . Sir due to lockdown those flights were cancelled . I asked for refund but now 5 months have passed and still waiting for the amount . I contacted them 1000 times but they do not give adequate response neither on calls nor on emails . Kindly help me in recieving my amount back from this company . I also contacted the airline they informed me that they already returned 100% amount to the company . Sir i booked a air ticket from Pune airport to hyd airport for 15/09/2020 and selected the option of ZERO CANCELLATION BEFORE THE 24HRS OF FLIGHT DEPARTURE. NOW ,when i asked CC about the refund she told that i will get rupees zero refund, this quote of CC was when i opted for the option. she told that ZERO CANCELLATION IS A ERROR AND OUR TEAM IS WORKING ON IT. FILING A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER COURT REGARDING MY AIRLINE TICKETS REFUND (TRIP ID: 200816576936 & 200816576964) CSFF Support CLEARTRIP.COM This is with reference to my air tickets booking: From New Delhi - Mumbai (27th August 2020) & BACK (MUMBAI TO NEW DELHI, 27th August 2020), for 3 passengers. I made two bookings on 16th August 2020 (Trip Id: 200816576936 & 200816576964) at your website:, under the name of Simran Tandon (Mobile- 8879566331, Email: When I first did the booking with trip id: 200816576936, I did not get any confirmation from your side regarding a confirmed booking. Later, I attempted again with trip id: 200816576964 and subsequently an amount of Rs. 25191=00 (BANK STATEMENT SCREENSHOT BELOW) was deducted from my bank (ALLAHABAD/ INDIAN BANK account). After the deduction of Rs 25191=00 amount, I did not receive any confirmed tickets on 16th August 2020 on my registered mobile number or email address. I have not received any refund of the deducted amount till today. It is surprising to note that has no customer care contact numbers. On 29th August 2020, when we shared an email to your customer care email address, the customer care executive responded on 31st August 2020. The person sent tickets today (31st August 2020, please find tickets as an attachment), 4 days after the journey date. I am now registering my case to the CONSUMER COURT. It's been more than 15 days that has not refunded my deducted amount (Rs. 25191=00). I have simultaneously shared my case at various SOCIAL MEDIA platforms to create awareness about this FRAUD ORGANISATION. I have book 5 numbers Flight Ticket on 23rd January 2020 to travel from Delhi to Kolkata dated on 29th March 2020 but due to COVID19 pandemic and the lockdown imposed by the Central Government all flight is cancelled . I have request to Spicejet and GoIBOBO to refund my ticket money back but they are suggesting to travel in their airline by 21st February 2021 but it is not possible for us to travel in this present situation  two passengers, Mrs. Jayanti Basu is over 65 years of age and Ms. Urmila Dey has chronic respiratory problems. So, I do not think that it will be right for them to travel anytime within this year. So, as the circumstances are now, the travel is not right and not possible in the near future.   in this present situation we require money URGENTLY kindly help us to get back the money. It's a request Ticket purchased amount (₹ 17,066.00  + ₹ 1740.00 )

On 13-02-20 booked 3 rooms at Tosali sands, Puri, Ethnic Village Resort, Konark Marine Drive, Puri - 752002, Dial:06752-250571/572/573/574..., vide reservation voucher no. - HSP202030976 for a period 15-3-20 to 19-3-20 and paid an advance of Rs.24000 to which they gave a MR no. - 145499/13-Feb-2020. Now due to COVID we had to cancel the trip. After this I am requesting the hotel to refund my advance amount to which they are saying that they won't and the same would be kept with us and would be adjusted with our future booking and in case the rates are high then I will have to pay the difference amount. Also our advance would be kept until Max by October 2020. Please help me and so me way as to how can i get the refund of 50% advance.

I booked a flight on Ease My Trip today for a morning flight at 9:55 AM (flight number 995). However, when I received the ticket, the timings were changed in it because they mentioned flight number 955 instead of the time of the booked flight 9:55 I have been following up the entire day on twitter, calling the customer support of both Ease My Trip and the airlines and it only goes on the auto recorded message with nobody picking up. It is ridiculous how they can mess up someone's time and money and take absolutely no responsibility for it.

My travel agent not refunding my cancellation charge even after Spice Jet refunded the amount. PNR No: K5GD6L. taken on 6-07-2020 through cancelled the ticket on 12-07-2020. as per Spice Jet customer care they refunded the amount on 12-07-2020. but Happyfares not refunding it. what I can do ?

Makemytrip- international ticket cancellation - Non refund of cancellation amount -towards cancellation of Air ticket (Booking ID-IN1B1569731795172 As per the document on the makemytrip app, the total amount of Rs 114360 is processed as refund But I have received only an amount of Rs.64360 as detailed below. 1. Remittance to Central Bank of India account no. --------9809 - Rs. 50000 2. Remittance to State Bank of India account no . -----4597- Rs 14360 The balance of Rs 50000 is still pending and requested them to deposit the amount ( & tax gained from the amount) in my State Bank of India account no . -------24597 without any further delay. I had made enough chatting & direct phone calls & I never got the problem solved.

We have a booked a J&K, Leh package for dtdt16.5.2020 through Kashmirport travels . Our single point contact with travels is Mr. Bhat Javeed - 919797153022. We have made a advance of Rs 30000 by online by dtd 17th Feb 2020 & traveler acknowledged the receipt by return mail dtd 18th Feb 2020. But due to Covid the flight & trip cancelled. Same cancellation request we sent over mail dtd 18.April 2020. along with the refund of advance paid, initially he said okay, now he is not responding to us in any mode of communication/call. Pls suggest how to avail the refund.

Dear concern, I booked my air ticket from Clear trip agency details below. I went to airport on time and clear the checkin process but on immigiration they ask me for stamp by ministry as my passport is ECR ,as i was not aware about the stamp i request them that i have an employement visa and i was not aware but they denied for boarding ,hence i missed my flight ,then i went to air india counter and ask for my refund they told that all taxes will be refunded by the agent (CLEARTRIP), i logged my plea for refund to cleartrip they replied that refund will be processed in 7 days ,but nothing happend ,i kept on following them but no result. I also logged twice my complaint to Air Sewa online complaint cell (No PI545721& QP5858253) but still no reply neither my refund. Sir, I booked a confirmed flight ticket for Ahmedabad-Port Blair-Ahmedabad (for 4 Passengers) with the booking ID EMT67555137 on 12 December 2019 to travel on 20 April 2020 from Ahmedabad to Port Blair (G8- 802, Airline PNR: G9QCRT) and on 27 April 2020 from Port Blair to Ahmedabad (G8- 803, Airline PNR: A4SV3P). Since both the way flights are cancelled, on 20th April I requested to refund the full amount. As we cannot make the trip together as expected by Go Air. Since did not respond positively to my request I registered my grievance in AirSewa (Grievance No. DK094958) on 20th April 2020 with the request to direct Go Air and Since I did not get any reply from or Go Air, on 30th April 2020 again approached But they outrightly refuse to make the full refund. So once again on 30th April and on 14th May I registered my grievance in AirSewa (Grievance Numbers: UV419600 & WQ799316: FX321731 & UZ149761). Until date the Airline and refuse to make the full refund. Kindly do the needful so that I get the full refund.

I am submitting my grievance amidst the evolving Covid-19 situation that has a cascading impact in many walks of life. I will be thankful for your team's intervention in this matter, as my complaint represents many other citizens who are facing identical and similar challenges in India. Our family had booked for a vacation to Europe through renowned tour operator Kesari tours Pvt ltd, that is headquartered in Mumbai and has branches all over India. We had pooled in our lifetime savings to visit some cities in Europe along with our aged parents and child. Due to the Covid-19 situation across the globe, the tour operator cancelled the trip that was scheduled to depart from Bangalore on Apr.21st. We had paid in full for this trip by end of January 2020, for about 7 members, totalling to INR 13.6 Lakhs. Now when we are reaching out to the tour operator, there's neither a response nor any pro active communication about refunding the cost. Please note we have also found out that so far no arrangements were made for tours starting after April.1st. Our parents are living on interest income and we are also looking to secure our financial commitments given the challenges coming ahead due to economic situation. I see a lot of complaints of similar nature against the same tour operator on forums like facebook and Indian consumer complaints forum that have gone unanswered so far. Please intervene and help resolve.

This complaint is against Cancellation Request No. 581395, 574596, 587220 I have called up the Goibibo customer care on 1800-208-1060 at least 20 times, and they have always told me that the refund will be done at earliest. the case is as follows: I booked hotel on and the cancellation policy was 100% refundable, if cancelled before the stipulated time. The total bill was Rs. 12199/- out of which i paid Rs. 9150 from my credit card, and Rs. 3049 from my GoCash Account when i cancelled the booking no. HTLBYTMLKT, i got refund of Rs. 6101/- in my credit card and Rs. 3049/- in my GoCash Account. Where has the Rs. 3049/- (actual paid from credit card gone) none of the goibibo people are ready to talk to me and they are also not refunding the amount to me.. this is 100% useless team who are not ready to refund my money.

i have booked ticket from Rameswaram to chennai in KPN travels for amount of 1050 rs volvo a/c multi ax bus .bus departure time 6 PM from seat number is 26 window. During the journey my seat was completely wet due to rain , i could not sit there. i've complained this about the bus driver.he told that nopthing he can do.cleaner boy is there (13 year old) he also don't know what to do.when calling the kpn customer support they told they will be calling me in 15 mins. they didn't called me till now.I have called the redbus customer care.they responded me that they are taking a complaint and i need to again mail them once i got finally i stood inside the bus for 5 hours without highly frustrated with K.P.N travels service. they are charging money more than normal buses but they are not providing services for the customers.there are two more people suffered from the same issue.kindly look into this issue and respond me as early as possible.

I have been duped by MAK Tours and Travels Kolkata while booking a tour package through them for Thailand. they booked all the tickets without booking ticket of my wife as her passport was valid less than 6 months. We initially asked the travel agent about passport validity and he said that our passport is valid. When we cancelled our tour due to inconfidence in the travel operator, they deducted 88500/- . for no mistake of ours, we are losing a huge sum of money. I had booked a cab to go to office at 8.15 a.m. on their portal. The driver dint arrive on time and I called him to ask his location. He misbehaved with me and told me that I should have told him to come. He arrived half an hour late and dint move as the duty was credit duty (to be paid by my company) At 9, I decided to take my own car to work. I have complained on their portal but I dont feel that appropriate action is taken against such drivers and company.

Mr. Pratip Ghosh told me he would organize a tour to Andaman and for that on 11/12/2014 i have paid him Rs 80000 as on advance through NEFT. he has also given me a receipt of that amount(copy attachment). subsequently on the first week of January,2015 the tour was cancelled and proposed me to return by installments. with repeated telephonic contacts and personal meetings he has so far paid me Rs 45000 through bank acconut. one of this cheque of amount Rs.20000 has bounced (copy attached). so now i approched the consumer affairs department so that i can quickly get back the remaining amount of Rs 35000 along with due compensations.

दिशा टूर्स पुणे यांकडून आम्ही २८एप्रिल ते ५मे असे कुलूमनालीचे प्याकेज बुकिंग केलेहोते. आम्ही ४कपल व ४लहान मुलेअसे सर्वांचे पैसे १महिना आगोदर भरले. आमचाप्रवास पुणे तेदिल्ली दुरान्तो एक्सप्रेस नंतर मिनिबस वरिटर्न दिल्ली ते मुंबई निज्जामुद्दिन एक्सप्रेस असा होता ८दिवस अगोदर आम्ही दिशाटूर्सवाल्यांना फोने करून तिकीटबाबत विचारले. तर ते म्हणाले आमची सेटिंग असते.आम्ही आदीच बुक करून ठेवत आसतो. निघण्यापूर्वी आदल्यादिवशी रात्री परत फोन केला तर ते म्हणाले टेन्शन घेवू नका तुमच्या ब्यागा घेवून गाडी निघण्याच्या आधी एक तास पोहोचा. आम्ही सकाळी सगळे लवकर उरकून घेलो. दिशा टूर्सचे सहकारी तेथे आले. गाडी आली. पण आमचे तिकीट कन्फर्म नव्हते . आम्ही ओरडलो. ते tc कडे गेले पण tc ने दिशा वाल्यांना हाकलून लावले. गाडी निघून गेली.मगआम्ही आमचे पैसे लगेचद्या म्हणालो. ते म्हणाले उद्याची मुंबई ते दिल्ली विमान तिकिटे काडून देतो तुम्ही जा मुंबईला. आम्ही स्वखर्चाने गेलो व हॉटेलला राहिलो दुसर्या दिवशी विमानाने गेलो . आता ते आम्हाला तात्काळ काढलेले विमानाचे पूर्ण पैसे मागतात . please help we

Continuously 3 days the traveller came late. The third day it came late for 2 hour 30 minutes. The travel agency is shilpa tours and travels banglore. We lost our valuable time as well as our money as the traveler came late we were not able to return back after 7pm so they charged extra.

I booked a traveller from gurgaon to kasol and the travel agency took money in advance from us. When we reached kasol the driver told us that the vehicle engine was facing issues and they have to get the engine checked. The driver said that it would take another day or 2 for return journey to gurgaon. As we couldnt wait that long so we tried to contact the travel agency to get the refund of the extra money paid to them. The owner of travel agency switched off his cell phone and we were left on street for whole day. We had nowhere to go and no money in our pockets. The travel agency owner is not responding to calls and we are mugged by both the driver and the travel agency. Please help me.

Today (14.07.15) I was doing a booking at Make My Trip.Com for 4 passengers from Del - Mum sector and was done vide Booking Id : Nf2203755350976. Before making a booking the total amount showing was Rs.8776.00, even while I was giving at gateway of ICICI gateway the amount was same. But when i get a SMS from ICIC bank it 9576.00 , it was Rs. additional 800 what was shown to me while booking. It is like cheating the passengers. Have planned this travel for very critical personal need and my booking has confirmed on 11th July. All of sudden, have received a message on mobile at around 4:26 AM on 13th July and informing the cancelled service. Have reached respective contacts through mobile and asked for alternative travels but they responded very harsh way and treated us like very bad manner. Apart from the money spent, There is no consideration of alternate booking after so many calls from my side and m frustrated with their response. I need respective management should acknowledge this in proper way as have been insulted with their response.

Dear sir I would like to bring to your kind attention that I have booked two rooms in Gandhi paradise hotel Mecleodganj Himachal Pradesh from 14-17june 2015.This room was booked through Travelguru and amount of Inr 20352/- paid to travelguru for room booking. I had very bitter experience with hotel my whole trip got spoiled because rooms are not properly cleaned and spiders and lizards were roaming around in rooms and bathroom construction were going on safety was nill.I have forwarded the mail to travelguru service department but they are not giving satisfactory answers and compensation .this was three star category hotel but unfortunately I would rate this 1 star .For small small things like changing towel and blankets and filling up water jugs .three star category hotel not operate like this.They are giving wrong pictures to people and making moneyI would request you to kindly look into the matter and look out for solution as service recovery .

I have booked a trip with to South India Ooty,Kodaikanal, Munnur & Kumarakom with package cost of Rs.46,000/- with flight from Kochi to Bangalore and then Bngalore to Kolkata. I have booked a sikkim and darjeeling tour from Destiny tours and travels, gangtok. Mr. Bikash gurung is the person, as on the last day of tour our hotel was not booked also the vehical for transporting to airport is also not booked. As I already made the full payement towards the tour cost still agent didnot book for last day and tried to reach on his mobile but coming switched off. So I made my own arrangement for last night and also for transportation to airport. When I talked with him next day he promised to give me money back for the all inconvenience caused on last day. Had paid Rs.28914/- on 01-12-2014 to M/s Indiaislandtourism for 3 tickets in Deluxe class for ship journey from Kolkatta to PortBlair on 22.12.2014. The travel agent provided 3 first class tickets instead of Deluxe class and the fare difference is Rs.6954/-. Had taken up with the travel agent repeatedly to refund the difference of amount from 01 Jan 2015 onwards. The matter was reported to consumer forum on 11.04.2015 and a notice was issued by the forum to the travel agent by email on the same day to redress the grievance within 7 days. However, even after almost two months are over after issue of the notice, the travel agent has not refunded the amount till date. This is with regards to the ticket booking through Make My Trip, on 8th June while booking a ticket from Indore to Delhi for my friend, even after successful payment the ticket was cancelled, initial amount was around 4500, but once transaction complete, got a message for "booking not confirmed" and request for refund was initiated, this is complete cheating on behalf of the company as they are fooling users with low prices adding 600 Rs as convenience charged and still not confirm the booking. Hoysala travels had contacted us in March for Andaman package and told us that including Flight fare, hotel stay, sight seeing it is 56500. So we paid advance of 44200. Later they said that flight charges itself more than 60000, and hotel booking extra. So we decided not to proceed anymore because of the deviation in their plan. We asked them to return our money back. They promised to return our money back and so far they gave only Rs28000. Remaining 16200 they didn't return to us yet. Its been almost 3 months we have waited, but now they are not responding if we call them. They have accepted mistake was from their side because of the wrong communication and wrong plan by his employee. Now they are cheating us. They said that they are registered KSTDC agent REGD. I am in USA,I had to book my tickets for my wife & Kids they offered me booking with free cancellation, I went ahead and booked my ticket with them. they asked me to transfer money INR8250 and rest through credit card. I tried their website to transfer my money but that didnt work. The lady named Priya Thakur gave me an ICICI account number to transfer my money to the account to get the booking started. Once I transferred they said Tkts will be issues in 2 days. But after 2 days they started giving silly reasons and changed the price. When I asked for refund they said refund is in process and they never gave my money back. Now they disconnect my call. I have all the ICICI transaction records. Please help. I am tired of following up and dont know what to do as I am in USA.

माझ्या आजीच्या कार्यासाठी मला कुडाळ ह्या ठिकाणी जायचे होते. त्यामुळे मी poulo travels ह्या कंपनी कडून तिकीट बुक केले होते. मी १७ एप्रिल २०१५ रोजीचे तिकीट बुक केले होते. बस कुडाळला १८ एप्रिल रोजी सकाळी ७ वाजता पोहचण्याची गरज होती. परंतु बस दुपारी १२.३० वाजता कुडाळ येथे पोहचली. त्याला कारणही तसेच होते कंपनीने भंगार अवस्थेत असलेली बस प्रवासासाठी काढून. प्रवाशांच्या जीवाशी खेळण्याचा प्रयत्न केला. प्रथम मुंबई - पुणे महामार्गावर बसचा टायर फुटला. नंतर पुण्या मध्ये बसचा वॉल लिक झाला त्यामुळे गिअर पडत न्हवता. तेव्हा आम्ही बस चालकाकडे बस बदलण्याची मागणी केली. त्याला बस चालकाने योग्य असा प्रतिसाद दिला. आणि व्यवस्थापकांना फोन केला. परंतु poulo travels व्यवस्थापकांनी तीच बस रिपेअर करून चालवण्याचा निर्णय घेतला. त्यामुळे जीव मुठीत घेवून प्रवास करण्याची वेळ आमच्यावर आली. आणि आम्हाला कुडाळ येथे पोहोचण्यासाठी अत्यंत उशीर झाला. ह्यात चालकाची काहीही चुकी नाहीये. सर्व चूक poulo travels व्यवस्थापनाची आहे. ही तक्रार करण्याचे कारण इतकेच कि आमच्यावर जी वेळ आली ती इतर कोणावर ही येवू नये.

I had remitted Rs 28914/- to M/s Indiaislandtourism on 01/12/2014 towards the cost of three Deluxe class tickets for ship journey from Kolkata to Port Blair on 22.12.2014. The amount includes taxes and service charges as applicable. Initially the agency did not send me tickets and I had to really struggle through repeated emails and phone calls for almost 20 days. Finally, the tickets were provided to me in first class instead of Deluxe class. The difference of amount is Rs.6954/-. Since First of Jan 2015, I have been asking the agency to refund the difference amount after deducting the taxes and service charges applicable. I have been talking to the contact person of the Agency Mr P Mariappan through email and phone. He has been promising to refund the money all through, however has not done the same yet. Everytime i call their customer care they said they have forwarded the complain to their back-end team and will refund the amount in next 24 hours. Hi, I made flight booking through MakeMyTrip Website. Booking Id:NF2201942389033. (Port Blair --> Bagdogra, hop at Kolkata) Today, when i checked the spice jet website, there were no such flight timings as : 8:05 --> 10:25 (from Port Blair to Kolkata). The passengers travelling on this booking Id are 60 yrs and 80 yrs old females. And they are in trouble now. I called up your customer care service numbers, but they replied indifferently to my problem. The best option they gave was to cancel the entire the ticket and refund me the money. After this i will have to book new flight tickets with 3 times the original price. now my parents and stuck at the Port Blair airport. This is mistake/nuisance created by MakeMyTrip, due to which we are suffering. I request you to get me justice. MakemyTrip should pay/make arrangements for the trip (Port Blair --> Bagdogra) so that my parents can reach home safely.

Ola cab complaint- I booked a cab for 23rd march 2015 at 5.30 am from my home to airport at bhopal.The booking number is CRN69606750 .While enquring at 5:45am it was told that the cab is not available near by to my location .This caused me a lot of hurry and inconvinience and harassment to catch the flight. I had to incur a lot with too much disappointment for the alternative arrangements in the wee hours of the day.The ola cab should compensate me for all these.The ola should be warned also to refrain from taking booking untill it is sure to fulfill it.I request u to intimate the action taken against ola cab service in bhopal.

I have tried booking ticket on Goibibo site on 13th march at 1120 pm for BLR-FRA-BLR sector and the transaction was successful and the amount got deducted from my net banking account of 33067/-, but the message I got was payment failed and the ticket was not booked, then I got a link form Goibibo saying to retry the payment and I did the same again the same problem occurred the payment went thru and the ticket was not booked. Thus in all I lost 33067+33067= 66134 amount from my bank account. Then I dropped a mail and even contacted the customer care, they said the status is showing pending in their system Due to all this the ticket fare went up by almost 4000/- and due to this I have to book the ticket at 36032/- on 14th march 2015 with PNR no: FRMYZB which is confirmed. due to neglegence from goibibo i still havent recieved my 66132/- and over and above i have paid extra 3000/- to book a tkt becoz of goibibo mistake. kindly help me in getting my amount and the extra amount paid back

I booked a room on 6th February 2015 for my stay at Katra from 6th March 2015 to 8th March 2015 through (yatra ref no. 06021543917). When I reached on 6th March 2015 at the Hotel, I found to my surprise that no room was booked on my name and the Hotel people had not received any such communication from It was also a bigger surprise to note that the Hotel does not have any tie up with I was dumped in a shabby room and I had to put up with the accommodation as the weather was too bad and I could not venture out to look for alternate accommodation elsewhere. The Hotel manager insisted on payment whereas I had made the full payment on 6th February itself to I ended up paying after I was told by Mr. Balram of because without making payment, the hotel manager was not allowing me to checkout of the hotel. I demand reasonable compensation for the hardship I faced at such an unfamiliar location in spite of making payment much in advance.

I booked two tickets for Kerala tours from M/s Jana Ajanar Pathe on 05/09/2014 for Rs.24612.The Tour was scheduled on 9th February 2015 as per their leaflet and published broacher and the advertisement made at our famous Travel Magazine "BRAMAN". Ultimately they failed to conduct the tour and did not intimate me for their commitment failure. We were harassed for our money back and till today we have not received the payment from them. Being a senior citizen and over 65 years of age it is very difficult to tackle with them and hence this application.

Hotel booking through 1. My Booking ref no. is S1339838. 2. On 18th Feb 2015 is was booked for Tiger Roare, kerela where the cost of Room is Rs.16000/- per night (Refer Trip Advisor). I reached at 11:50 AM and Tiger Roare refused me check in as the had no intimation from on my Booking. NO BOOKING WAS MADE BY YATRA.COM FOR MY STAY AT TIGER ROARE. 3. How can accept a booking without even making the Booking to Tiger Roare? 4. At around 3:30 PM after repeated requests and pleads i was offered room at Elephant Route where the cost of room is Rs. 3400/- per night which is one fifth of the cost of Room at Tiger Roare. 5. Yatra Exexutive calls up at 5:30 PM and says that equally good alternative arrangement has been made. Do you think we are fools here ? does a blunder in the booking and they shift us to a Hotel which is one fifth the cost and expect us to keep quiet after all the Loss of Time

On 26th Dec 2014 Yatra sent an email stating my refund is processed and i will get in my account within 5-7days . Its been close to 2 months and i haven't got the money . My bank doest has any transaction from Yatra , I am asking Yatra to give me the transaction copy which they are not giving me on repetitive complaints. Its a mental harassment to track this along with your job and other work in life. I have made number of calls everyday and same reply that u will get the copy in 24-48hrs but nothing happens no reply.

I had booked a ticket from Easy Go Trip on 20th Dec'2014 from Hyderabad to Delhi with payment of Rs 8385.Waited for long for the ticket but the message came "ticket under process" and was not confirmed till I reached Airport.Tried to call several times their Customer care 8080144002 but no response,dropped message on Live Chat for cancelling the ticket. Received a mail from them that Ticket has been cancelled with reference no C:127 and the money will be refunded in 9 days. Kept on calling their Customer Care but no response. Since then I have sent 4-5 mails at their email but no reply. Still my money is not refunded. Looks like they are a cheat Company as there are so many complaints against them regarding non refund of booking amount after ticket not getting confirmed. How can I get my money back and also protecting other citizens being duped by them.

No such facilities were given by them. So he cancelled my tickets on jan 17. Till today he didnt receive the refund money. 1. I had taken the membership of jukaso on 4 Nov 2014 at Bareilly on the name of my wife Mrs Mili Kumar Gupta. My Membership ID is W0502815 2. I was promised for complimentary package of 2 nights at either of the 5 destinations, I wanted a booking at Jim Corbett for 18 - 20 Dec, the same I informed to their representative on 4th of Nov only, but on 16th of Dec at 1800 Hrs I am being informed that my booking is not possible because of availability problem . This is inspite of the fact that I had confirmed my exact journey days almost 1 and half months ago. However what I see that I was done a fake promise and no action was ever initiated for booking . 3. I have been telling all the staff of jukaso to refund my money but this is a FRAUD company. there is no redressal. I have given atleast 25 mails but nobody is ready to respond. 4. My sincere advice to all that do not get in the trap of Jukaso, this is a fraud company based at Luckhnow, UP.

Booked a return ticket definitely in the offer period on, in the 3rd attempt and still I am not getting my PNR, and now they are saying that they were not able to book my tickets, inspite of them showing that my payment has been received and a confirmation e-mail also came. The offer period will not come again. Now, the prices have shot up like anything. I don't want any refund, ALL I WANT is my ticket booked at that price. Because of them, I lost the opportunity to book at the reputed websites, like I always do, and without any hassle and harassment, I would have got my tickets booked easily! must pay the fare difference from their end, as the problem was from their end, not mind. If they were not able to generate the ticket, it is not my fault, as I made sure to book the tickets before 26th January ended, and I did that! They are harassing me to the core, and are not even making me talk to their head! Disgusting experience!

As per telephonic conversation I had already made clear to your executive that I had made booking through Goibibo and was not concerned with what all excuses airlines is giving. As per the procedure while booking and before reaching secure payment gateway, Goibibo confirmed availability of seats and fares. Only after this I was taken to payment Gateway. Once Payment was done, even PNR was issued but ticket was given saying wait for 30 mins. After that all of sudden you say that fare has increased, so either cancel the booking or pay up the difference. On arguing my case rightfully your executive Mr. Kishore proposed me to that Goibibo would take a hit of Rs. 1000 out of the new revised fare of 5520/-. Balance difference was asked to be borne by me, which i refused at once. This seems a clear case of Cheating and Fraud , where after booking and your portal confirming with airlines and payment made, you deny me my rightful ticket and asking for Fare increase.

I would like to bring to your notice that on 12th Jan at 8:56 a.m,I booked a return flight via Goibibo.I was allotted a Booking Reference Id TUAXWZ2NM.As per Goibibo's policy,the tickets were to be sent to me in 30 min,which didn't happen.After that,with the given Booking id,I tried to print my tickets from the goibibo site itself.The status showed processing and an automatic PNR no.H2WW8 was allotted.I tried calling its customer care no. for hours,but i guess they were too busy attending calls of their other customers.After few hours,I tried to print my tickets from the Air india site itself,using the PNR no.H2WW8.The status showed "Cancelled".After that,i wrote a mail(at around 3:00p.m) to Goibibo to show my discontent and requested to cancel my tickets and refund the amount.After that,I booked my tickets from some other site.Now out of the blue,after a while,I receive the tickets from Goibibo with a different Booking ID(with the same booking time 8:56 a.m).They have simply fooled me

This is to inform you that , I have booked a E-Ticket ( PNR No;6333953304 ) to travel from New Coochbehar (NCB) to Sealdah (SDAH) by train no :02262 (02262/GHY SDAH PREMIUM). Boarding date was:28-09-2014(28-Sep-2014) and scheduled departure time at New cooch behar(NCB) was 0.44Hours. But on that specific date the train was running late by more then three hours and at 04-22 hours(Dt:28-09-2014, I have filed the TDR( Cancellation ID: 100000014149261) till then the train was not arrived at New Cooch behar(NCB). To get the refund and notify the fraud of IRCTC I have complained to every concerned person of the Indian Railway including Rly Board but till date nothing happened. FlyHigh Holidays are fraud in garb of a gentleman and the male employee is a rowdy. I had planned a tour with them to Kashmir in September 2014. Unfortunately due to natural calamity I was forced to cancel the trip. When I approached them for money, they changed colors like chameleon. Kaniska Sen, is uncouth and used abusive languages, he probably doesn`t respect his family members so he doesn`t know how to behave with outsiders. He threatened to kill me if I visit their office. I have all the recordings of the conversation with him, still he has not returned Rs.15600. I am going to take up this matter in court as well as Consumer Forum and I want to bring this person to justice. I had to take all the pains contacting the airlines personally to get back the money and when it was their turn to refund it, they shamelessly deducted a huge amount.It is my sincere request to you to kindly put an end to their dealings publicly and give fair justice by refunding my money.It is very serious.

I booked a cab on 18 Nov 14 for a trip to the airport on 19th Nov morning. The booking was confirmed online and the pick up was at 1015. Till 10 am on 19th there was no contact from the driver. I contacted the driver at 1005 am and he told me that he was not yet ready to undertake the trip and that he would only be able to pick me up at 1045 am. When I told him that my check in time was 1120 am, he curtly told me that I can make alternate arrangements as he wont be able to come earlier than 1045. I rang up the helpline thrice. All I got was unsolicited advice that(a) I should make alternative arrangements myself and that too at around 1015 am,(b) I was also told that I need to plan my pick up time more carefully in future and that I should cater for delays - this to someone who travels at least once a week, and(c) My conduct should be more professional. All I can say is that people need to teach these cheap, unprofessional, incompetent cheats a lesson by boycotting them. CHEAPER RATES

I travelled from goa to mumbai on 7th dec 2014 by paulo travels.The ticket showed boarding time of 17:30 but the bus actually departed at 21:00 in addition to that we were suffocated in a mini bus for a distance of 15 kms before the multi axle arrived. We reached the actual boarding place at 18:00 where there were no seating arrangements and the staff was very rude and non courteous, the travel also charged additional Rs 70 for providing blankets by putting the temperature at a very low level. Due to the wrong information of departure and arrival i was late for very important official work for which i have been warned strictly and the outcome have might been my termination from employment. I seek for a rigorous punishment and fair amount of compensation for my inconvinience.

We are invited to jukaso Travel by giving False promise that today is special day and company is giving heavy discount on membership. We paid 50,000 to enroll into the membership. after 2 days we got call from customer care to confirm the membership. he gave completely different picture about the membership like this is onlt for 4 days-5 night and not 7 days that were promised. even for booking hotels aboard we need to pay around 2500 Rs. per day. Also owe can't cancel this membership. within 3 days I asked to cancel this membership and return the amount. even after lot of requests there is no response at all. Needs urgent help to resolve the issue.

My sister booked a Kerala tour package with & made online payment for Rs.51000. They informed that after 15 days they would send the voucher, but it never reached. After 1 month we understood it is a fraud. The emails & contact numbers are not working. Is there any way of tracing them or getting our money back?

Sir, with due respect, I beg to state that we booked a tour programme with Amethyst Tour and Travels, 100, Aurobinda Sarani, Kolkata - 6, West Bengal. The tour was of 7 days to Jagdalpur, Araku, Vizag (Rs -6900/- per head) Our journey date from kolkata was on 11th oct. 2014.. But there was red alert in our tour spot due to cyclone "Hudhud". In this situation we were forced to go to the tour by company. Then we couldn't reach the tourist spot and came back. Coming back we attend a meeting between company and tourist. Company(Amethyst) given us a written statement to back the given amount (Rs 1500/- less per head) within november 2014. But now He(Amethyst) is not returning our money. In this situation my request to you to do needful that we can get our money as soon as possible. Thanking you.

I travelled from pune to hyderabad. And arrived at pickup point 30 min. Before reporting time. Neither the bus arrived at the pickup point not i received any call. When contacted ibibo, the representatives are not able to contact the operator. After 2 hours they were successful in contacting the operator and i was told that the bus had already left. Travel details: pune - hyderabad Sun, 16 Nov 14 Sahara Travels Multi-Axle Volvo, A/C, Seater pune: 21:30 Seat No. 40 Boarding Point: Jagpath Dairy Departure time: 21:20 I was in contact with IBIBO representative continuously for 3 hours from then. 1. Bus operator did not contact me when at the boarding point. (Everybody does, As you might be aware) 2. Bus Operator did not receive my call. when I called them. 3. Bus operator did not receive your representatives call for 3 hours. 4. After 3 hours they responded that I was not present at the boarding point even thou I was there at the boarding 30 minutes before.

That Go-air flight no G8/190 from Srinagar to New Delhi was scheduled Departure at 14:30 IST and Arrival at 15:55 IST on 08-Nov-2014. The weather was clear and sunny but due to the carelessness of Go-air management the departure was changed to 15:08 IST and arrived in Delhi at 17:00 IST on 08-Nov-2014. My connected flight from Delhi to Bangalore by Jet airways was at 17:00 IST on 08-Nov-2014 and hence I missed the flight. The Go-Air airline head at Delhi airport (Mr. Ashish Vaishnav) dint support me in any way. I was given false promises that they are trying to get me a new ticket in Jet airways or Go-air and was said to wait till 21:30 IST at Delhi Airport. I waited for the same till I lost other flight options to book. At last Mr. Aman Bansal again try to cheat me by asking to pay for the single seat available in their go-air flight for which I refused to pay as flight delay was their fault. We booked for Tour for Dubai & Abu Dhabi with ACE Tours & Travels, But we have life time bad experience of all time, They have not delivered a single thing which we were promised @ the time of booking, & for anything asked to the escorts with us in tour were not able to answer, or do not have any knowledge with them at all. On pre-request of the food also for special category of JAIN, They were unable to provide on single day the same in Breakfast. The sight seeing timings are such arranged that u cannot enjoy the things or see the places when its beauty is available. For example, they took us to the Burj Khalifa in the last slot, The Abu Dhabi Mosque @ 7.00 PM, where its closing time is 7.30 PM, No food available at all in Dessert Safari & Douw Cruise, Where they is no option of buying any food on our own, When we have 2 kids with us, So we suggest no one should ever took their tour, & expects you to help us in getting compensation from them for such pathetic services. it's about the complaint against the new reliance motor driving school, shop no.18,2nd floor palika bazaar new colony moad, gurgaon. I have registered with them for the training from 29th October and paid the full amount 2700/- against the i10 training. since then the approach of this school has been horrible. 1. owner pradeep yadav came fist few days and then transferred the training to his team member dinesh , who came in alto for training. I have paid for i10 and for alto the amount is less. they say adjust it with alto as we have i10 not free. 2. I asked from day one to train 1 hour daily as I have only 8 days. but they continued with 1/2 hr daily, saying will do tomorrow and so on .. 3. they are not coming regularly since join . in this week they came only once on 12th. i call them daily they have excuses like drives is on the way, sometimes mobile not reachable, sometimes we have no time today. please help them getting back my 2700/-

I travelled by Cox and Kings to UK and Europe with tour to end at Brussels, Belgium. The tour company left us at Paris instead without any prior intimation. They did not make any arrangement for transport from Paris to Brussels. We were also deprived for seeing and stay at Brussels as promised at the start. This is a clear breach of agreement. Despite several mails and registered notice there is no response. Booking was done by the Company's office at their local office in Sector14, Faridabad. We request for compensation of travel from Paris to Brussels,as we had to call our son from Brussels to Paris,harassment and mental torture.

This is with reference to my Booking Ref: 532475 with Cox and Kings for the tour of Andaman Islands. I booked this tour with cox and kings on 20th September 2014 by paying 30,000/-. Departure date for the tour is 22nd November 2014. However since my mother's health was critical I had to admit her in TATA memorial hospital on 6th October 2014. Post all the tests doctors came to conclusion that my mother is suffering from breast, rectums and lever (metastatic) cancer. The cancer is on last stage and just to keep her alive for few more months major surgery has been performed on her. On 20th September 2014 when I paid 30 K as booking amount, I have received 11 calls from Ms. Manali Patel to make the payment. However when it comes to refund why such retard and late responsesI am badly in need of money for cancer treatment of my mother. If this is the condition before going for the tour then who will bother to listen customers on tour.TAG line should be changed to 250 yrs harassment

I have booked travel from Kolkata to Mumbai booked travel date 21 Sep 2014 and amount deducted Rs 8068 from my Credit card for Jet airways , from ' " To my unpleasant surprise when I reached airport in travel date on 17th Oct 2014 , I have been informed by Jet airways that , there is no booking in my name. I had to pay Rs. 16000 and odd amount to get the ticket again for the same day on the spot. Now the has not refunded the amount charged on my credit card and not responding my calls to phone number 8080144002 to my satisfaction. I bought 3 online tickets in Fernandes Travels Konduskar Volvo through 'Make my trip' for journey from Mapusa,Goa to Pune on 07.10.2014. The bus was cancelled without any information and I was left with my family on the bus stand with no option. I had to book a taxi on the next morning at a huge rent of Rs.13000 to catch my flight from Pune which was scheduled the next day.Till date I have not been refunded my ticket amount of Rs.4050.00 even though they had promised to do so after their cancellation of bus.I had undergone a huge financial and mental suffering due to the incident and I want to teach them a lesson so that this do not happen further.

I & my friends had booked tickets from makemytrip for my journey. Unfortunately the flight which I was supposed to travel from Delhi to Mumbai got grounded due to tyre burst at Indore airport. I was promised a full refund for the same by the airline of which documents have been shared to the portal. Also during the same trip while travelling from delhi to srinagar, my tickets were cancelled due to natural calamity in srinagar and again promised a full refund. I had filed for refund on the portal on 21st and 22nd of Sep'14 and promised that the refund will reflect by 1st and 2nd october. But I still havent received a single penny. I have been constantly in contact with the customer care dept but of no help. I have also written them mails regarding this but still havent got a reply. Kindly help me to get back my refund (around 25000Rs) since it is big amount for me. Priority International is a Leisure and Hospitality Group. Promise to give 6 to 7 days in year in 3 to 5 star hotels booking. But after paying around 90K for five year membership. I am not happy with service provide by Priority International. Seems to be fooling people with that much of money and not giving Good Hotels. I want my money back. Please help.

i had booked 2 tickets for mysore site seen on 11th oct through MAKEMYTRIP site operator Viabhav holidays.i have mark pickup point at Marathalli,banglore at 6AM. But bus didnt come to pick us, i had been called so many times to the provided numbers, but they didnt pick the provided number, even i have complaint the MAKE MYmytrip customer care even they did tried to contact operator but they didnt pick the call then MAKEMYTRIP confirm me that they will refund my money but they never did it i have called many times then they said i have to wait more time for revert. They have prolong this till 14days but the same answer. and on 26th they said i have to contact bus operator and have to settel the matter with him.Make mytrip said they cant help any any more on this.Then i relaise that the bus operator and make mytrip cheated.I humble reqest to take a strigent action so that others shouldnt be cheated. I was made to sign a purchase agreement by marketing executives in one of their marketing meets on 11 Sep 2014 at Hyderabad by verbally promising false offers. was also told by Mr Vamshi Krishna, the marketing executive manager during the deal that the amount will be recovered in 35 EMIs from my credit card and he will have the merchandise deal made accordingly with the credit card company. First EMI payment was also swiped from my card for which I have the receipt. However, the credit card has now started recovering the amount in 12 EMIs. When contacted, the credit card company says that the deal is for 15 EMIs and not for 35 EMIs. was through marketing executive Mr Shetty whose contact No is 08977621783 and he is not attending my calls now and seems to be fraud. Overall the company is cheating with its customers on many accounts and should not be trusted. The customer care also does not respond to emails and there is no grievance redress mechanism in the company.

We had booked 3 nights 4 days trip to goa with which had been a horrible experience. We were supposed to board 1.45 pm flight which was rescheduled to 4.30 pm and no prior information was shared with us, we have to wait at airport fr 5 hrs. It almost wasted our entire day. After taking up the issue with them, they agreed that it is fault from their side. To add to our miseries, our return flight which supposed to fly at 7pm was again rescheduled to 1.45 pm which again killed the another day. This time i checked with the airline and they informed that my flight num been changed by and the original flight was in in time and what version yatra gave us was totally different. They said it is from airline side. I have written it to there CEO as well and there is no concrete answer/ solution from them. I want my money refund and need your help to get it done. In short my 4 day has been shortened to 2 day trip.

I booked Meru cab for 1st oct(6:30 PM) to travel from Begur Road to Yesvantpur Railway station on 30th Sep . I got the message with ref no- 30645315. On 1st oct even I got mesage of vehicle number and driver details by 6:00 PM. Cab: KA53A7348 Chauffer: Sitaramaiah S Cell: 9844425993. I tried to call the chauffer and initially it was coming sitched off. I called Meru cab twice by 6:10 PM and by 6:20 PM to give me another can. Customer care told me that after the call another cab no. will be provided which was never done. Also after some time chauffers number started ringing but he never picked it up. Due to this i was forced to travel in Auto with all the goods and my family and I paid heavy amount for that. It was very hectic and there was a fear of missibng the train. Do not trust Meru cab ever forever. I don't know what to do but want to file a compaint for this.

I booked a ticket with easy go trip on 16 Aug 2014. The payment was processed on the same day from ICICI bank. After few days when I called them to take the PNR number they told me that my ticket is rejected due to fare change and my amount 4888/- will be refunded to me in 9 working days. For this I received a mail also which is given below. Aug 18 Dear Sir,Mam, Your below booking is rejected due to fare change and as per telephonic conversation your total transaction amount will be refunded in 9 working days. Easygotrip Refund No A823. We are sorry for the inconvenience cause. Till today, that is, 25 September 2014 I have not received my MONEY. Please see to my complaint. Thank You.

I did a hotel booking via their internet portal on 22 July for Sep28-Oct2 ( booking ref- NPK75723).I have a medical emergency and asked for cancellation on 18th Sep over phone.They refused to do and asked me to write mail.I wrote on 20th Sep.They never replied , when I talked to them today they said no refund or deferment possible as per their cancellation policy.( policy - Once the booking will be made 50 % retention charges will be applicable. Within 10 days of check-in date so there is no refund). Have never heard this kind of weird policy in any hotel all over the world.Please help me on this.There was no promotion nor I used any discount coupon. I had booked a Europe Tour with Thomas Cook for my wife who was travelling with her friends. Her VISA got rejected on the last moment and her tour got cancelled. Now Thomas Cook earlier said that there is no refund as per policy. After discussions they have agreed to refund Rs.69,000/- out of Rs.1,57,000/- paid to them. The following needs to be considered : VISA was processed by Thomas Cook and due to poor representation of the case the VISA got rejected. The VISA was granted again when similar tour was booked thru another operator later. There were discounts offered by Thomas Cook during booking, which have been added during cancellation. No further response from Thomas Cook is being recieved now.

The complaint is on & New Dhanunjaya travels. I have booked ticket on 23/8/14 thru from Bangalore to Hyderabad in New Dhanunjaya Travels PNR: F59DEM. Reporting time was 9.45pm. I have been waiting for the bus earlier than 9:45 PM till 11.30pm with family but the bus did not turn up. The sms from redbus has no info other than PNR number. It does not have boarding info, time, seat number,etc. Importantly the sms/email didn't have contact info of the bus. The bus didn't arrive till 11:30 PM, neither travels nor Redbus contacted me. I called Redbus for 3 times & they asked to look for alternate at such odd time & asked to send a grievance mail for refund. But after sending the mail they claim that the bus was on time & I was not present. I have call log of my phone which can prove that I made calls to their customer care & I did not receive any call from them. Pls do needful. I have all the necessay proofs, sms, eticket, call history, support mail chain.

Dear Sir As per the below ticket, bus provide from RedBus (Neeta Travel) was no is MH-04-G-2424. After two hours run this bus come under break down and driver of bus said are arranging bus in half an hour but after waitning of more than 1 hour bus not come. My flight was on 8 PM so i take a taxi from there and reach the air port just 30 minute before. As per your best facility in buses, we face such kind of silly mistake. I had an idea postpaid no.9990252876 whose bill was once around 10600 which i had promised to pay by 7th sept. 2014. but today i received a call from +919136910852, they misbehaved, argued, abused and threatened me to pay the bill today only else they will start contacting all my contacts.they instead of sending me a legal notice to pay the bill they called to all my contacts and repeated the same behavior without any prior information and authentication which was completely unconstitutional. around 12:15pm today (6th sept 2014)i gave confirmation to submit a part of that bill today.but after getting payment at 1:38pm they repeated the same till 2pm. This is the case of my defamation. kindly consider it by amount 1,00,000 because while purchasing i have submitted the zerox of my voter id through which they could have legally informed me. Even i offered them to submit a PDC which they denied.

Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a flight ticket on on 02.09.2014 from Kathmandu(KTM) to New Delhi(DEL)for Rs.7853( travel date:01.10.2014).Booking ID:BET00000307553. After some time someone had called from and asked us to pay Rs.5000 as fare difference for confirming the booking. But on the next day(03.09.2014), the fare of Rs.7853 is still being shown for the same flight on the website. The company is showing misleading information about flight and their fares. It will really great if you look into this matter and raise it to the concerned authorities to compensate me for the loss of my ticket and the harrasement that I had to bear. But when i reached hotel they denied to give me any room as that time they didnt have any room. i was with my family and my friends family. i didnt find any room in other hotels as well. i had to return back to home as i dont had any option.

I booked a ticket from Make my Their representative did not ask me for the passport information, neither did she get back to me in 4 days. they then called me and said that my ticket has been cancelled and was saying that i would have to pay 75000 i.e. about 17000 over what i had paid for my earlier ticket. I objected and said that i do not want the ticket and that i would buy one myself. i finally got a ticket for about Rs.65000. I then connected with them for a refund. they gave me a refund and after much communication they accepted that were in the wrong and offered me Rs. 1000 as compensation. to this i said that i needed them to send me an email to this effect. then i replied that i do not accept that ammount and that they needed to give me the difference between the cost of the ticked and the price of the ticket that i bought. They are dealing very unproffessionally with me and are harrassing me by sending the same emails again and again without addressing the issue.

HI. i am prahlad kumar living in mumbai complaint as about PNM services they cheated on me and now not picking the phone .. in detail around 1 month back i got call from delhi no is (9310557599) she told me her name nisha goyal she said she is calling from PNB metlife insurence and they have one time investment plan of rs 30000/- and they are giving this plan as promotional offer in 25000/- rs only, according to this plan i will get some benifit like :- 1:- i will get 932/- rs month after one year , 2:- its value is 30000/- i am getting it in 25000/-.only . 3:- health insurance for 5 person in family for 5 years . after few days mr amit saxena called me 9312793812 up many time regarding confirmation of name and nominee etc..and he said when i purchase that policy that time have offer of holidays package and told me that i ll get a call from PNM holidays package receive and take that holiday packeage free of cost with your policy plan and i agree and confirmed the details

My complaint is against VACATIONS GATEWAY.COM (0120-6525855), who insisted to purchase one of their holiday voucher for Rs. 7799 since I was selected in their lucky draw scheme and had won 1 no. DELL Laptop. My Order ID is SDL0021556 & Customer ID is VGS3LOX27943. I was handled by one MR. Akash Sher Nagar (09210294944). On hearing this I did purchase the holiday voucher but my free gift has not been dispatched till date inspite of repeated reminders to them. Cheated by Destinations India pvt ltd, castle street ,Bangalore.We received a call on sunday morning from one Sunitha stating she got our number from big bazaar and that bigbazzar is giving complimentary gifts to customers.Inspite of rejecting the offer she kept calling us every 5min asking us as a couple to visit for just 2min.Finally we received the placed.The receptionist said your start now and took us inside a room.They promised all bogus offers,after 2hrs we finally got cheated & paid 8750 for 3day package.On buying we specifically asked for windflower resort mysore.After he promising we paid 8750/-.We even asked hin how he can give a room of 1500/- for 8750/-,ravi the fraud said they get it in discounted rates.The big fraud Gopi comes and collects money.Now when asked for booking they are giving us a 1900/- and asking us to pay for the complimentary breakfast as well.We are fed up asking for booking please ask them to refund our money.They cheat people on saturday and sundays .

My complaint is against Makemytrip. The airline had cancelled the flight and had processed the refund. Since I had made my booking through makemytrip the refund had also to be processed by them. The entire refund amount in Rs.9560/- but till now the oppositionn has processed only partial amount of 4530. Remaining amount has not been initiated. After several follow up till now my refund remains pending. I have also sent my bank statements to the opposition as they had requested, still they have not yet refunded the amount

before a month i along with my 7 friends had been towards the south.i booked my dhanshri travels, head office located at renuguntha and bangalore.the advance amt of rs 5000/- was paid by me..i was ridiculous 2 knw that when we reached my hotels facility provided by them was more den worst..the assurance given by was mr.shekhar the owner of dis travels was lacking..the staff was very worst,unauthorised as well as manner less..we had paid ots of money on other things inspite of our booking..we had been cheated on every day..the trip was of 4 days but they made us to leave the journey in the middle as the worst hotels were provided to us in ooty, that to near the beer-bar..the staff asked us to get out when we refused to made payment for those kinds of rooms..They took from us rs 30000/. where the pacakage was of 29000..when we left the trip after this humiliation, mr.shekhar assured me to refund my amt of rs.15000, but inspite of my all efforts he failed to reply my call & amt

I took a Car from Mangocabs (Verito) to Trivandrum Domestic Airport from Mudavanmukal and returned to Mudavanmukal on 14/05/2014. Trip No.22960, as I was informed. The duration was about 2 hours. On booking the Mango cabs informed me that the rate was Rs.11.00/km for Verito sedan. On return ,the driver charged me Rs 825 telling me that the total distance was 60 km plus 15 km (30+30+15=75 km x Rs.11=R.825) to and fro from Garage. I felt it was unrealistic and I protested. He started arguing with me. He then handed over his mobile to me and the person at the other end, from Mangocabs informed me that the distance from Mudavanmukal to Domestic Airport is 30 kms and demanded Rs.800 to settle the matter. To avoid making a scene in front of the relatives I paid the amount and he went off. The actual distance is only15 k.m from Mudavanmukal to Airport, as found out. I went to Jaldapara forest for jeep safari. There driver and guide behaviour and their style of safari was horrible most as they have shown us only towers and animal from distance. They are only concerned about timing and not stopping anywhere in between for photography also. Their behaviouralso very rude. If this is the case then nobody will visit Jaldapara.

Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a bus ticket from from Bangalore to cochin on April 16th. The Boarding Point mentioned in my ticket # TGV69632255 was Pallavi Restaurant at Electronicscity, Bangalore. And the Departure time mentioned was 9.30 PM. Myself and my wife waited in the pick up point from 8.45 PM till 12.30 Am and did not find the bus reaching our pick up point. Later i came to know that the Bus had picked up passengers from Toll Gate and it was the mistake of Redbus by mentioning the pick up point incorrectly as Pallavi restaurant. I had send few mails to Redbus and they are not responding to my emails properly. I had sought the Police assistance also.. However the Redbus is not ready to reimburse my ticket fare or respond to my concerns.. I have booked the return ticket on 19th December, 2013 for Ahmedabad-Toronto, to attend a conference in June, 2014. Our Tour was organized by Denzong Leisure - I stayed in this so called Resort called Priti Forest Resort (website: in Dec 2013; (Needless to say the worst resort and worst Travel Arrangements by Denzong Leisure). Room were Very Poor and Bathroom are always soiled, you have to call them multiple times to get a Room Services, Manager over there was Illiterate and does not have any experience of Hotel Industry, very bad Room Services, there was no water in our Room from 29th Night to 30th Evening. And remaining days we did not get Hot water on any day. We had to take bath in cold water and all of us had caught cold. On last day Plumber cam to check the hot water and they said the hot water pipes were choked, bed sheets were not changed every day, on repeated request they changed the bed sheet only for 2 rooms that too on last day, the Resort provided only 1 Towel in one room, how can you manage in One Towel for 4 Persons? Dear Consumer Forum, I was called by one organization Country Vacations India from their Magnet Mall, Bhandup (Mumbai) Office and told about promotional offer for us. After 3 hrs presentation and discussions, I was told that Country Vacation offers a trip for family anywhere in India after I pay Rs. 5000/- initial amount and pay rest if I like the service. After much persuasion by Country Vacations, I agreed to avail the offer and paid Rs. 5000.00 and got a receipt on 12th Jan'14. After 2 months, when I approached the company, I was told those offers were wrongly given to me and are not available for us. Since end February 2014 I have been sending them mails, telephone calls and meeting them and asking my money to be returned as I have lost faith. I haven't received any reply to my mail either from central customer care or the local office. I have been only wasting my valuable time and efforts without any results. Now I needed to cancel one room as my family wont be able to go there due to some medical issue but the my friend's family will go , so I kept one room available for them. Our tickets were also finalised. Now Yatra cancelled two rooms altogether and the second family is in trouble. doesn't take repsonsibiltiy for the same and didn't seeke any confirmation from my end before cancelling the full booking. After the chart preparation the 3rd ticket was still in waiting and got cancelled. So, the third per couldn't travel as there were no seats. It has been around 1 month, but we haven't got the refund. i had booked a ticket for my mother in law, from Katappana(idukki, kerala) to Banglore , through online,on 5th april 2014.....boarding point was mentioned in the ticket as "idduki kavala"(land mark) at katappana(place) at 4.45 pm. we waited from 4:30 pm to 7 pm, but bus did not come.on calling kallada bus agent in kumily(place), he said the bus went through different route as there was rahul gandhi visiting katapanna that day.but we were not informed of the change and they said theres no scope of refund. i reside presently at place called cheruthoni, 26 km from katapanna(boarding point), i had to take my mother in law by car to boarding point,left home at 3pm, we had to wait for 2 hrs admist traffic and return dejected to our home at 8 pm. i wife is pregnant and i had to leave her alone at home all the mother in law had to go to banglore to visit her younger daughter, for an urgent matter, which also got deffered because of us being cheated and not informed properly

It is regarding tours travellers using many names : sgl tours and travellers,vaibhav,spn tours.. I booked trip with them with for mysore and ooty .... and the experience was horrendous... first of all expenses compared to other travelers ...for the same trip... though charging heftly ..there were extra facility like pick and drop ..or a splendid hotel.. they were having tie up with other travellers for buses.. so there was no proper provision for pick and drop to hotel in mysore at night... waited for 2 hours in night with parents...after calling n people got some bus ..again that was not a proper father was supposed to stand the whole way to hotel in mysore... then the tours people told us come to office at 11:30 ...and the bus dropped us half a kilometer ..then we walked at midnight to office... then to add more ...they told the way to hotel ..and no body accompanied us ...then i forced them in company till hotel...and their behavior was so unfriendly....

Needless to mention this is a mail to complain about the services and promises made by your two employees before the trip and kind of disaster we had to face during our only year end trip. Cox and Kings sector 18 franchisee owner NITIN SHARMA and his employee TARUN DIXIT have cheated us even before our scheduled departure on March 24 2014 to DUBAI. I booked a car for local trip with Ola Cabs on 26 Feb 2014 to visit Rural Bangalore (Dabaspet). After boarding the car at 915am., and on covering a distance of more than 5kms., they conveyed me as the trip is not a local package and could be calculated as outstation tariff plan. This I formally accepted and availed the trip and returned back by 530pm. On bill settlement I paid the driver Rs 2700/- but on closure of the trip., the ola cabs automated billing system generated a bill for 1914/- with the route map of the trip with a justifiable details for 1914/-. On contacting the driver, he said, he is not aware of the system and advised me to call ola cabs support team. On escalating the issue with support team, they issued another unjustifiable bill for 2699/- which was totally a fabricated one. Since this trip was compensated by Company, I was put in an embarrassing situation for reimbursement. I request the forum for suitable action against the ola cabs.

I have Visited Country Roads Resort situated in Raghudevpur, Panchla, Howrah on 20th feb on the occasion of my Friend's Birthday, who has reached on the same day to kolkata from Pune. I had made my booking through email for 3 friends, where it was mentioned that i will pay 6499 for Accommodations along with complementary Breakfast and meal of 1500.It has been assured to me that every facility mentioned in the website will be available. Also i had a talk with Deboshree (one of the staff member), for Birthday arrangements at poolside, for which 1000 Rs will be charged and they will decorate table with flowers, Bouquet, candles n balloons and whatever can be possible and also that Cake will be provided complementary and she has told me that she will arrange the table before we will reach the resort and we can go and modify the arrangements according to our wish. These all were the commitments made from resort staff. But After reaching to the resort i have not found anything which adheres to their commitment. 1. Swimming Pool was not Available (very first attraction to book a resort). We had reached to resort at around 3 PM on 20th feb, asked for swimming pool, staffs were not having any idea whether the pool was not working for that particular day, due to the medicines in the pool. we have got different answers from diff staffs, deboshree has told that buy the swimming costume from facility and you can go to the pool, then we have called to swimming pool facility no for costume, hey have replied that pool is closed for maintenance and will be started from March onwards, another staff has told that only for today pool is not working as medicine has been poured to the pool. 2. Poolside table arrangement commitment was false and room decoration was more than worse:- After reaching to resort my First question to deboshree was about table arrangement for b day cake cutting, and she has assured everything is ready they will start doing the arrangements, but after reminding 3-4 times after 5-6 hours she has realized that they cannot do this arrangements and has told me that we will do the decorations in the room with bouquet balloons, decorative candles and other possible measures. We agreed as dint want to create more mess. But the arrangements in the room was pathetic, no candles were there for decoration, only b day cake candles and 8-10 balloons randomly arranged, with a bouquet was there and also they have not provided a knife to cut the cake(I suppose we could have bought it as it was not complementary). I was thinking I could have done something better in my home. 3. Candlelight dinner without candles:- According to the alternative suggested for celebration, we agreed for candlelight dinner, but this was my first and unforgettable candlelight dinner experience with only two white candles And cold food. They had not previously given any info that the kitchen will be closed at 11:00 PM and after we had insisted they had made this arrangement of 11:00 PM to 12:00 PM candle light dinner with food cooked before. Even I had confirmation at the time of booking that we will go for a midnight bday party. 4. Pub was closed before time:- Another alternative suggested by Deboshree to decorate pub with balloons to celebrate midnight Birthday in pub, was only imagination of an hour after which at last minute she has surprised me with the info that they have got the order to close the pub at 11:00 PM for some inspection. This was also last minute decision for that day. 5. Cold drinks, chips, chocolates were charged without any notice:- No Information was provided in any way to us about the Mini bar service proved in the room by staff members and no written communication was given for charging the cold drinks and chocolates we have consumed in the room. 6. Providing even breakfast in the room was chargeable, then what is the meaning of room service?? Food Taste was very-very good and except that everything was more than worse, for which I had paid 8705/- for 20 Hours of stay, also wasted more than 2000 /- and 4-5 hours of hectic journey for reaching the resort, frustrated with last minute surprises and changed plans. I have come out of the resort next day with the feeling that I have been cheated and fooled.

I was sold a promotion package from Holiday hungama mentioning that i will be given 2 holiday vouchers for family anywhere in india and i had paid the same from my credit card Now when am availing the package, i was informed that i need to select 3 places and the booking confirmation is at the availability of the provider and not in their hands This information was not given to me during the sales call and during the payment I had wanted to travel to Puri in orissa and tried to book the same and was surprised when asked for 3 options and I had discussed the same with country wide and told them to ignore this request as i was very upset with this process and as i was not told ll this when the package was sold to me After 2 days i got another call from delhi office, and i told them to ignore the request as i do not want to waste my voucher if they cannot guarantee me a booking in puri. sir, on 15th jan i purchased a holiday package from drizzling holidays pvt ltd. after reading the terms and conditions i found that the package was not suitable for me so i prefered to cancel the purchase . but the customer care executive fraudulently changed the terms and conditions and negotiated with the new conditions verbally and asked me to accept the old terms and conditions as a mere company formality. i doubted the whole situation and asked the representative to give all this thing in written and he only confirmed that once i make the payment then i will get confirm booking in the selected hotel from 25th to 28th jan contradicting there terms and condition which said "For booking you need to send your booking form before 21 days in advance from your date of traveling along with 350/- Rs demand draft as a processing fee in favour of Drizzling Holidays Pvt Ltd." so i would like you to look into the matter and take necessary steps

I went to Magic Holidays office at MGF Metropolitan mall and I met with Preeti Jadon and she told me about all your memberships and benefits which i was not in the mood to take. Then she called up named Rahul he offered me a package of amount around INR 15400/- something which includes 3 nights and 4 days with breakfast,lunch & dinner in any of their hotel. This is regarding an airline ticket i booked for myself and my sister Aishwarya Jha, for 21st December 2013. I contacted Just Dial and they connected me to GLOBE WIDE TRAVELS, # 1/4 Kammanhalli Main Road, Opp, Sri Sagar Hotel, St Thomas Town post, Bangalore 560084. They charged me 26,600 for two tickets. Unfortunately i met with an accident on my bike near Belandur Lake on 20th December and was admitted in NIHMANs for head injuries. I cancelled the ticket and they messaged cancellation Transaction ID. But i havent got any refund till now. I have been calling them continuously everyday expecting them to return my money which would help in my medical expenses. Today told me that they will only refund 20,000. They are deducting Rs 6600 as cancellation charges. When i called GOAIR then told me they have a cancellation charge of 1500 per ticket, which still will be 3000 for two tickets, but the travel agent is charging double the amount for cancelling. They talk very rude, please help

Inspite of clearly mentioning we have an infant on a road trip to pondichery from bangalore and we need clear status of the trip, make my trip is not properly replying and creating confusions. One team says the cab is booked and trip is confirmed the other team says trip is not confirmed and they will refund. One executive even told we have not paid the money. We have got the cab voucher and customer care executive told its confirmed. The number of the Vendor given on the voucher is wrong. Got vendor number from customer care but vendor told there is no such booking. Our trip is spoiled but also it has spoiled our usual office work and other important works. I am Prasad Popatrao Gaikwad,,, travelled on 01/12/2013 at 8.25 pm from Belgaon Harimandir to Mumbai in Bus no KA 25 C 8906 along with my other 24 people... I had booked total 25 tickets for this journey. (21 Women and 4 gents) (All women are of age group from 45 to 55 years) (Tickets nos are 14 to 37 and 39 (Totally 25 seats))... During the journey VRL driver and cleaner misbehaved and harassed our all the women passenger... they had not allowed us for taking rest out of bus for more than 5 shouting on us.... the height of their harassment is that our 4 women passenger are gone for toilet during the bus halt at talegaon toll naka.. the driver suddenly started driving almost a half kilometre,, and when we told them that some passenger are still down for toilet purpose..... they are not even listened us.....and started shouting on us by saying that we will not stop anymore...... if you want to come with us then come or otherwise stay here,,,,,

Hi , I Satya Hemant Adep want to register complaint against Go Heritahe India Journeys Tour and Travel company.I Planned a trip of 5 night 6 days for my sister to chennai - kumbhkodam - madurai. The company intial showed good response for our emails and call, they tool all the intial advance from us and informed us they wil ldo the neccesity booking. But as the days came closer to start the trip we havent recived our flight ticket. the flight ticket was booked by us just the day before to start the tour. also as per the itenary they were supposed to provide us the english speaking driver and tour guide, but they did not provided, when we tried to call them, they were not responding to our call and emails. They has emotional harress us by lack of responsive nature. my sister has some how started the tour but still they havent recived her return journey flight ticket and they had taken our full tour cost money from us. We are not able to travel to Jhalong river camp( Darjeeling District) for 11 August booking for 2 rooms. This falls under West bengal Forest Development Council. We had paid full amount while doing the booking. Due to bandh being called in Darjeeling district we were unable to go over there. I have submitted application for refund along with paper cutting for the bandh being called in Darjeeling district by Bimal Gurung and team on 18th August 2013. Till date no decision has been made on refund and even on phone same reply "you will be notified when decision is being made" . Please help me out in getting the money from West Bengal forest development corporation.

But the bus operator cancelled the bus service on that day, i got a message regarding bus cancellation from bus operator(Kesineni Travels and didn't get any intimation regarding the same from Redbus). When i called redbus customer to enquire about refund amount, redbus people are saying that i need to visit the near by Kesineni Travels office with a ID Proof and Hard copy of the ticket. I had booked eticket from IRCTC site on 10/05/2013 and PNR no is 6419750138. The status of the passengers after chart was prepared Passenger -1 Confirmed and Passenger -2 W/L -1. I had registed a TDR in the IRCTC site for refund of the money pertaining to passenger -2 as per their process but they had informed that my refund was rejected by Indian Railways so they will not be able to give back my money. I have been fighting for the same for along time but not getting any result. I would request to help me in getting my genuine refund and also to penalise the IRCTC and Indian Railways for the harassment caused by them

I booked a cab Meru Cab with reference No. 22970684 from Nizamuddin railway station to Indirapuram, Ghaziabad at 12.45 PM on Nov.23, 2013. Booking was accepted confirming that cab details will be shared prior to 20 minutes of the scheduled booking time. three cab were assigned and all chauffeurs denied to reach at my location and eventually i was abandoned stating cab can not be arranged now. . When I requested customer care to transfer my call to feedback section they simply disconnected my call. Eventually I along with my family had a take an local taxi and paid double of the actual fare and transfer to home.This was my worst experience with any cab company in my entire tenure.

Poor Travel servcie from greenline travels. Allepey: Mani was responsible for the service. Boat hose accommodation was so pathetic and full of dust everywhere, lots of Lizards and mosquitoes. When we informed Greenline and Mani, they both started playing with us blaming each other and escaped telling they would do some arrangements and asked to wait and this blame game continued until 9 30 PM. I have taken photos of boat house and bed room. We had sleepless night at Boat house. Later in the night, boat house was stopped at NT ward by then boat house condition was intolerable and it was impossible for us to check out from that pathetic house boat and even to take help from others as our boat house was stopped far away from rest of the boat houses. We stayed in house boat without sleep due to mosquitos, Lizards and other insects in boat and even beds were bad. Full details sent to below mentioned

They repeated the same that, Hotel has not received any intimation nor any communication nor any money deposited for this booking from Travel Guru in there bank account.and further Hotel owner told that they informed same to travel Guru in the morning call. They also informed that Hotel has told Travelguru team that they are not confirming the booking. Hotel have given me in writing on Travel Guru invoice about so. We were 2 families with Kids and evening we had no choice but to start hunting Hotel by our self. and at Phanchmari (where only BSNL network work where we all had Vodaphone). At evening Two hours we hunt for Hotels, and somehow at Hotel Agarwal offer only One small room (just 2 bed space) for a night were we somehow accommodated 2 families a whole night.and next day, when another room vacant, we got another room with same hotel. For this Stay, we paid Rs. 18000/- because we do not have any choice at evening.and this has only happened because of Travel Guru. We cannot express the mental harrasment we had during 2 hours till we got at-least Single room for 5th Nov night stay. we had no choice to leave Panchmari after drive so long and at unknown area. On 6th also we talked to Travel Guru regarding this instance with Ms Kanika and Mr Raghu. Travel Guru Please explain, 1. If, I did 100% booking for Two Deluxe rooms on 15th October 2013, and it was confirmed by you, then how this incident had happened? 2. Referring to poor service and now doing reimbursement by mentioning cancellation, why my exorbitant and unwarranted expenses for hotel accommodation should not be borne by Travelguru. How do you justify the plain re-imbursement of paid amount by showing cancellation as per my request; whereas it is travelguru at fault and not my request. 3. How travel guru will stop such mental Harassments like what we experienced? 4. This is purely negligence from Travel Guru side and its a purely kind of mental & physical harassment and service deficiency. I have made flight plus hotel bookings through MakeMyTrip website. My hotel has been done as per my requested details ( for two nights, from 22 Nov 2013 to 24 Nov 2013). However, at the same time my flight booking not been done as per the desired requested schedule. The flight tickets have been booked for 23 Nov 2013 evening (which was incorrect, actually as per the requested search string and as per the hotel booking schedule it should be 22 Nov 2013) and 24 Nov. 2013. Now, with this booking schedule my flight from Delhi to Indore is on 23 Nov evening and return is on 24 Nov 2013 evening and hotel booked from 22 Nov to 24 Nov 2013. which can not be possible for any one. Kindly do the needful for me.

I stayed in this hotel from 8th Nov, 2013 - 11th Nov, 2013 - 3 nights and 4 days. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to, in fact I should stay that this is not a hotel, this is just like a "Dharamshala" . Sir, I was travelling from Kolkata to Agartala(Tripura) by Bus of travel agency SHYAMOLI PORIBAHAN ,ticket no -13089 on the date of 10.10.2013 from Dharmatala.I bought ticket for Kolkata to Agartala with full payment, but on the date of journey my name was not in the seat list, so they arranged my seat another location. After arrival at the late night (1.50 am) they have not given any place to stay in bus stand (Shyamoli poribahan) . So i had to spent night on road sight. Next day when I asked for seat from Dhaka to Agartala service they denied. They told me that they had no any information about my ticket wheather my ticket was kolkata to Agartala directly, I have paid all for both journey. It was very difficult to arrange another bus in a new country new location, somehow i arranged but I had faced very harassment due to negligence of this travel agency. Please take a needful action as soon as possible.

i have a booked a Ac bus ticket in sahara travels,hyderabad through to travel from hyderabad to tirupathi. The service is very very poor , bus has not arrived as per schedule(dealyed by 2 hours), No A/c in bus , as it is A/c designed bus unable to open the side doors due to severe breathing problem occured and faced mental stress, only one driver has been provided for 650 Kms journey hence he has stopped many times to controle his sleepy ness due to bus has reached destination delayedly by 6 hours, because which i hae faced severe mental & physical stress

I booked return air tickets from Delhi to Mumbai from on 24 September 2013. Booking Ref Number ET15080. The payment of Rs 12924 was made through my VISA credit card to JC Travels which is an associate travel agent for easy go trip. I got an email from JC travels on 24 Sep itself that my tickets could not be booked due to unavailability. However, the money was already deducted from my credit card account. I asked them to refund the amount and send me the refund transaction details over email. Since 24 Sep 2013, I have made countless follow ups over phone, even sent multiple emails to their support centre. I have not gotten any response about my refund amount. They are not even providing me the refund transaction details. Most of the time no one is available in their refunds department and keep procastinating the things, It has already been more than 20 days since I asked them to refund the amount and I have not got any details. Kindly help me.

Dear Sir, I have taken a package from mega deals through platinum circle .My package expiration date is on 17 sep 2013 I start trying in June to plan a holiday I select 3 destinations and send my booing forms to mega deals but they returned my forms with a reason that there are non availability with the selected destinations I change my destinations and dates and also write a request to select destinations and dates according to you but they do the same thing they returned my forms second time also. After this I talk to platinum circle they ask me to wait call from there side and also a confirmed booking but they dont reply me after making so many calls and emails to them I write mail for refund of my money but they dont reply me. Have booked neeta bus from satara to mumbai.... Ticket fair 1730.... Already extremely highpriced for the distance travellled..... We are on time... At 5.30pm Waiting for the bus... Then after 15mins we call up the kolhapur centre n they inform us that the bus hasnt even reached kolhapur !!! The person on phone says the bus is two hours late !!!!! Now whats the point of bookibg such highly priced bus service if it doesnt even come on time n worst.... We are not even informed about it..... Now what should i be doing if i have a connecting flight from mumbai at 1am in the night... N this bus qould reach at 2 in the night !!!! I think i am entitled to a totall refund of 3460rs !!! Credibility is totally missing here . Pls intervene.

I along with my wife r took package tour to USA & Canada wef 14may 2013 for 14 days. Tour No was 332 of SOTC,Kuoni India Pvt Ltd,Gurgaon office, M/S Out of Africa, Plot No.5111, DLF Phase-4, near Galleria Market,Gurgaon-122009 As per invoice issued by SOTC, I observed that on a/c of Visa fee they had charged us Rs.100,000/- for both of us,which is by all standards excessive. Visa fee charged by both embassies ie USA is INR 9120/- each &Canada is INR 3300/- each. Total cost comes to Rs.24840/- for two as SOTC has charged us Rs.100,000/- Rs. 75160/- has been over charged. It's a outright case of cheating. Booked a Package through online executive for Bangalore -Ooty 19- 22nd July13. Paid all amount within due dates. Hardly 2 weeks before date, executive asking to confirm wrong date, wrong departure city(Mumbai). Believing I paid extra. asked another executive & got SAME package with Rs.2000 less with AC bus(in email).Executive (Karan Rathore) told me I will get 2000/-refund for non AC bus. TILL DATE NO REFUND CAME. MMT told hotel pick up/drop, half day sightseeing as complementary (emailed). Later hotel told, need to pay for pick up & I dont have any half day sightseeing as complementary. I had given a call to MMT with no luck. Finally, nothing was given as complementary (except breakfast) have to pay for each service. Completed MMT escalation (130713-033623) with no luck. Wrote more than 30 mails, called MMT for more than 18-20 times. Added to my mental agony, I am being continuously haunted by the feeling of being cheated.

I stayed in Hummingbird service apartment in Bandra East from 29th July-8th August. While using their iron in the apartment my shirt got damaged, so I complained to laundry staff and they assured me they will get the shirt cleaned in a day from outside laundry. Next day (7th August) manager says that laundry person didn't come. He told me that he will get the shirt cleaned in 1-2days and will call me at the earliest. I believed him and settled the bill on 8th August. I waited for about a week for his call and finally I had to call him again on 14th August. He told him that due to Eid laundry person didn't come. He told him he will get it done quickly. Today is 21st August and I haven't received any communication from him regarding the status. It has been 2weeks and still there is no sign of the matter getting resolved. I didn't expect this kind of unprofessional behavior from them. It looks to me I committed a mistake in settling the bill without getting my shirt back. Kindly look

Around mid may we discovered that this company is a fraud company and directors have no intention to either conduct tour or refund the advance taken. 4. After lots of efforts we could locate directors in pune as they had stopped attending Mumbai office. 5. On 18/5/2013 we had personal meeting with directors at pune and they promised us either to conduct tour or refund money and gave us post-dated cheque dated 30/7/2013. 6. On the due date asked for few more days to arrange the funds however no such arrangement was made and cheque bounced. 7. We have lost Rs.116000/- and additional cost of Rs.25000/- till date

We had booked a ticket in the name Ms. Lakshmi Iyer from Mumbai to Bangalore on 10th June 2013 for travel 7th July 2013, Go Air flight number G8 321 departing at 6:05 hrs. (PNR Number T1W0HQ & Cleadtrip ID 1306101640). Then, on the same day We got the same ticket amended to 7th July 2013, Go Air flight number G8 325 departing at 21:50hrs. (PNR Number remained unchanged as T1W0HQ). We paid an additional fee of INR 1579 for the same and received the confirmed amended ticket from Cleartrip on the same day.However, on reaching the Go Air counter at Mumbai airport on 7th July we were informed that Go Air had not received any amendment request and said that her name was not on the list, and so she was not allowed to board the flight.After trying in vain to reason with them, we called up the Cleartrip support centre. They told us that there was some technical issue from Cleartrip end and so our request for amendment had not been processed. We had to resort to purchasing a new ticket to board

Pnr Number: 4347427641 TDR Reference No: ekt2012122706556753 Train No: 12786 case# MFE/43401 Since then I have been following up, every time I get answer saying it is in process with SCR will refund the amount. In fact I met claims officer personally at HYD, she agreed to process ASAP. After 3.5 months I got a response below saying refund not admissible without providing valid reason. Isn't it cheating the customer by charging for WL list people who didn't travel? 1. wasted my time and money 2. harassing from past 3 months 3. sufferred me by confirming partial list and not allowed my family to travel. pls. help

Sir/Madam, My name is Harimuni S Kaikolar resident of Bangalore. My wife Latha H Mudaliar received a call on 30/04/2013 from some unknown person saying she have won 3 free gifts worth Rs. 25000 from some promotion company and can collect the gifts at 881/A, Yashodhara Complex, 3dr Floor, Modi Hospital road, Near Shankarmutt, WOC Road, Basaveshwaranagar, Bangalore. So, when me with my wife and childrens went to place on 01/05/2013 they informed that we'll have to take a presentation and then we can collect the gift. But it was a promotion for Country Vacations. We have been taken to a noisy room where peoples (in couples) are sitting with marketing executives. An executives whose names Ranjit and Shiva Tejas (Cell no.9591328413) is given to us. Ranjit started with some stupid questions with stupid gestures, to know our way of communication etc, then he started doing a survey with idiotic questions to convince us for vacations. Later he showed so many documents pictures of Country club, country vacations, movie stars, concerts etc, They created such an environment, where people have no other option left except to buy the offer, room itself is noisy, with music getting played to distract, Tea, Coffee, Cold drinks, A/C Rooms and applause for the people who bought the offer (fell in the trap) and the magical words of executive (Ranjit) and his manager (Shiva Tejas Cell no.9591328413 ) and they made such an emergency that we can not call any of our friends or family members to ask about the Country vacations or Country Club membership. At last they gave us 3 offers - Rs.1.49 lakh for lifetime, Rs.89,000 for 10 years and Rs.50000 for 5 years. Later he offered this offers with 36 month interest free EMI on Credit card. We selected the third offer and made payment with my ICICI credit card no.4375510315542016 and we had provided our ID proofs and Address proofs. Shiva Tejas swiped my credit card in an EDC machine for Rs.50000 and in that machine there was no option for 36 months EMI, so he swiped for 18 months and filled a EMI conversion form in front of me in that he had mentioned 2x18 months. That is it they gave us agreement document and asked us to sign, without giving us time to read all the papers in the booklet, and announced with applause Welcome Harimuni & family to Country club family, every one clapped. After that he put all the documents in an envelope and handed it to us within no time with hurry bury and asked us to collect the three gifts which we actually came for (Country club entry for one day, 7 days holiday voucher, a Bowl set and a Glass set). In the illusion of gifts we left from place and reached home. After reaching home we realized what exactly happened to us, a fraud of Rs.50000. After two days they had issued a temporary membership card with membership no.CCC(88)630 and told We will receive original membership card within 45 days and till date 19/06/2013 we had not received. After around one month I had received welcome letter and spa coupons with membership no.CVBG2CL145498. After that lot of time I had sent and to cancel the membership to showing financial inability, but till date I had not received any response to that mails at all.But this is not the least after receiving my June months credit card statement in that Rs 50000 had been converted into 18 months EMI only. Immediately I had called ICICI bank customer care, they had confirmed that EMI had been converted from Country Vacations/Country Club only and not from bank they cannot do anything in this regard and telling to contact merchant only. After that I had called Shiva Tejas (Cell no.9591328413) executive at Country Vacations then he told that they will resubmit EMI request form to bank but still it was not done and there is no response from Shiva Tejas (Cell no.9591328413) then called to Country Vacations office at Basaveshwaranagar from where I had taken membership and contacted manager Tilakavathi (Phone no. 080-41153950/42109345). She had answered very much badly and said that there was no such offer and immediately after this call I had received a call from Shiva Tejas (Cell no.9591328413) telling not to call him ever and contact Tilakavathi only. We spent sleepless nights after that. Later when we tried to contact Hyderabad office there was no response, simply they were just holding the phone after that they use to disconnect the calls. This is the FRAUD Story which is happen to us and so many other people who fell in to the traps of marketing management of Country Club/Country Vacations. We please request Country Club/Country Vacations management to refund our Hard Earned Money we do not want any memberships, any other free gifts or enjoyment, we just want our money to be refunded. Kindly we make humble request to blacklist Country Club/Country vacations so that in future any other people will not be suffer. I booked my holidays in Goa (9th Feb- 15th Feb) through The package included stay for 6 nights 7 days and flight, total cost of 55,950 which included complimentary port wine as a welcome drink. I opted their 9 months EMI scheme to make payment and paid Rs. 600 as a processing fee. In Goa, hotel refused to provide us free wine as mentioned in MMT holiday package. On complaining to MMT, MMT made a payment of Rs. 250. But on next months credit card bill I found out that I have been charged for remaining 4 months of EMI. MakeMyTrip admitted it is their fault but they haven't been responsive in resolving this issue. I chose EMI option and paid processing fee for a convinience, but MMT first made an empty promise, and then when they compensated me for that they created a bigger trouble for me and I had to deal with such a large payment in a single month. My objective is to get compensated for the inconvenience caused to me because of MMT.

I was given false promises by sterling holidays, me and my wife went to Sterling holidays office around 16th Feb and they Swipe our Credit card for membership. While selling the concept lot of assurance and rosy picture is shown about the membership, but the reality is quite different. I got the Membership ID (1209419) and then I tried to use my free gift vocher and sent them for booking to their email ID. The booking process was very slow, it took 4 -5 days for me to confirm the booking for two nts in North Goa that too after making 7-8 cals to their nos. Their late confirmation made me pay extra Rs 4000 in flight bookings. Also,I was restricted to use the other two coupons this time and instructed to keep them for life time. I was sold the membership with the words that "you can cancel this via a simple email to our ID -' and then you can use the other two free vochers" My experience on two days of vacation was "OK", but due to the poor services, I decided to cancel my Membership. I sent a Cancellation email on 21st March and got call from them on 23rd March. After Cancellation email she assured me on Call that your mem bership is on hold and you will not be Charged Further. But on 9th April'2013, they CHARGED(AUTO DEBIT) my Credit Card DIRECTLY' without my instructions even After the Cancellation. Now I would not only like to get my refund back(Auto debited one on 9th April) and would also like to get compensated for the entire mental trauma which I have gone through. But now it is more that three week I have not yet received my money. On Talking to customer care executive they are giving different time limits every time but nothing worked yet. I was trying to book a return ticket through and while booking they confirmed only for one side and not another side. When I said I want it return and not just one side and therefore to cancel it, they charged me cancellation for one side with their own convenience charges.

I made a flight booking with and the booking failed due to fare change on 8th Apr. The money was charged on my card and I was told the refund will happen in 8-9 days. Today after 25 days also there is no status on the refund amount and no support from the call center. Mails also are having no impact on them.

I booked a I-ticket through IRCTC portal. I-ticket was not reached me. While asking IRCTC, they directed me to ask Overnite Courier. The courier, at first, informed me that the material reached the destination and provide a mobile no of recipient. When I approach that mobile no, i come to know that he is from mumbai and he did not receive any tickets. I informed that to the courier company. At last, the courier delivery man accepted his mistake that he misplaced the ticket and informed me to get duplicate ticket. He assured that the amount will be given by him. As I wanted to cancel the ticket, It was required original ticket. When I approach Courier company again through IRCTC, The Courier company confirmed to refund Rs.2910. However, the courier company is giving false commitment and not giving me refund.

We booked 2 tickets from Ooty to Bangalore on 13 April 2013 with "Greenline Travels & Holidays". The booking was for A/C Sleeper bus. During the entire journey from Ooty to Bangalore the AC was kept turned off and it was extremely hot, sweaty and suffocating inside the bus as the windows too were locked out; it is notable that driver / cleaner were approached and requested multiple times by multiple people to turn the AC on and they kept saying they will turn it on and it was never turned on. I wish to file a consumer complaint based on below reasons. 1) We paid the fare for A/C travel and due to negligence of driver we had to suffer for the entire trip ~9 hours in heat, sweaty and suffocating conditions. 2) Due to the same reason, my health deteriorated and I had to consult a doctor and am currently undergoing treatment for breathing related issues. Sir,i had booked my ticket through irctc with PNR number 2344574327 for which i had filed TDR as i have not travelled in that Train but TDR was rejected reason being "As per chart,passenger had travelled".But fact is i had travelled in other train with PNR no. 2344574217 with departs from ldh 3 hours before the other train.How"s it possible that one person can travel simultaneouslly in both trains.

Sir I have booked holiday package with Affordable Sales Promotions Private Limited B-19 Sector 2 Noida 201301. email Booking id 1018259340. it is for 2nights/3days package for 2 destination within a year which expires on dec'13. I have sent my choice of dates and location on their prescribed form in Jan 2013 ( for dates in mar 2013 and Aug 2013). They acknowledge the receipt of my forms and stated unavailability for march and told to shift to april which I agreed . Also they told confirmation for aug will be available later .But now even after emailing me availability for month of april ( 13-15 Apr 2013) they are not confirming it and sending the vouchers for same . I have send reminder emails in feb , mar 2013 atleast 3- 4 times but they dont respond . I even tried calling them but they say u will get response within 48 hours, which i never received . All my plans are in jeopardy now also i feel deeply cheated . Can you please help me get justice

I had booked an online domestic ticket on the website based in GOA on 22 Feb 2013 for an amount of Rs 69711. On 23 rd Feb, I received an email from the stating that the airlines have rejected the booking and the amount will be rolled back into my account within 7 days. However, after repeated calls to the easygotrip number (0832-6516511), i could get a partial refund of Rs30000. I was informed that the amount was split due to transaction charges and the balance will be refunded in another 8 days time. However when the refund did not take place, the disconnected my calls whenever I called and gave the reference number. It is now over a month now.

My name is Thomas Paul working as a scientist in the Department of Atomic Energy Kalpakkam. On 26/01/13 around 18:00, I booked an online bus ticket for 27/01/13 to travel Ernakulam to Chennai through the website . After paying Rs.1350/= (online) the ticket was booked and the webpage appeared saying that the ticket is booked for Sun Jan 27, Kallada Travels, . Status : confirmed. But when I printed the ticket via the link given in the website, I found the ticket is for 26th Jan which I did not ask for. I immediately called Kallada Travels and explained. But they said, since the ticket is booked through goibibo, they are responsible for this mistake. Thereafter I wrote to goibibo along with the print out of webpage (pdf) as well as the ticket. Several days, several hours spent on the phone to convince them. After long waiting, after several calls today 23/02/2013 they replied over phone saying that I have booked ticket for 26/01/13. I bought a holiday package for four days and five nights covering three destinations - Munnar, Thekaddy and Allepey from Make My Trip. The package included hotels and transport which costed me around Rs. 64,000. I was promised four star accomodation but was given the accomodation upto two star and below including houseboat at Allepey. It really ruined my honeymoon trip. I booked hotel sagorika gnagtok from on 28th Dec 2012 for date 23rd to 25th January 2013 and cancelled the same on 3rd Jan 2013. Now company is saying they will deduct entire amount. But it was not mentioned on their site in cancellation policy. It was mentioned Rs. 250 will get deduct and on hotel website in cancellation policy it has mentioned Rs.350 will deduct. After booking i received confirmation in that voucher they have mentioned entire amount will get deduct if cancel but not informed me before booking. If i have cancelled ticket more than 15 days before then they can deduct nominal charge if i am not using their service then.

On 29 aug 12 i had to travel to air port as my wife and my 3 month old son were flying to srinagar I had booked a Merucab oneday ealier for 8:30 am but the same reached my home at 9:16 am due to which I reached air port at the time when counter had closed 5 mint before and we couldnot not board the flight I had to buy new tickets for my family for the next flight which was on 30 aug as there is only one daily flight to sbefore rinagar.Next day the Merucab reached my home at 8:30am and we reached airport wellbefore time.I complained the same to merucabs who wanted me to mail them my both air tickets of 29 and 30 aug 12.I did the same and was told to wait for the redressal of the complait Unfortunately after waiting for 17 days they refused for any sort of compensation I lost some 12000INR because of the arrogance and irresponsible behaviour of meru cabs Ihad to pay twice for my tickets and twice to the Merucabs for a single journey .Kindly take an urgent and stern action against them.

Complaint is regarding the poor service I am getting from COuntry Club. I took the blue membership from COuntry club in Aug 2011 which entitles me to apply for Vacation 30 days in advance. I tried many times but I am not getting the desired vacation any time. I even tried 3 months in advance then also I am not getting vacation. These guys only talk about money and installments. I have already paid Rs. 28000. But could n't get even a single vacation. No one picks up the call at the reservation centre as well. Please file a complain against them for poor service. I want to withdraw my membership from them and need refund of my fee.
