Consumer Redressal

I have a money back policy with LIC,last year they sent a cheque which i didnot receive.I register a complaint with LIC after few months they replied that the cheque was encashed in my name at SBI bank,they have provided the account no also.The cheque was in my name G.RAJAVARDHAN REDDY but it was encashed by RAJAVERDHAN REDDY some other person.Requested bank manager how they will encash if name is different no reply fom him so far. i want to know whom against i can compalint in consumer court,LIC or the Bank where cheque was encashed?.Please advise me.
