Booked a return ticket definitely in the offer period on easemytrip.com, in the 3rd attempt and still I am not getting my PNR, and now they are saying that they were not able to book my tickets, inspite of them showing that my payment has been received and a confirmation e-mail also came. The offer period will not come again. Now, the prices have shot up like anything. I don't want any refund, ALL I WANT is my ticket booked at that price. Because of them, I lost the opportunity to book at the reputed websites, like I always do, and without any hassle and harassment, I would have got my tickets booked easily! easemytrip.com must pay the fare difference from their end, as the problem was from their end, not mind. If they were not able to generate the ticket, it is not my fault, as I made sure to book the tickets before 26th January ended, and I did that! They are harassing me to the core, and are not even making me talk to their head! Disgusting experience!
