On January 2015 private lender loan ad via quicker.com Guwahati. I mailed him my details and concern and asked if I could meet personally for the purpose but he rejected the plea , he just send a form so I did as instructed as my need for. The form read " .....you need to make a payment Rs3,500 for the processing and transfer agent expenses online before we can be able to transfer your loan funds to your account". So I transferred via deposit machine on 23-01-15 to the SBI ac. Provided by him via mail, later he replied I had to make payments of 5000 Rs accreditation of loans being online transaction. I asked for refund stating I entered the contract stating upfront cost but in vain. I made payments option less, with that he replied it will be transferred by Monday that is in 2 days. Still my loan not sanctioned rather Barclay bank mailed me for payment of 7000 Rs. He said I had to pay, today 28-01-2015 he mailed me that the payment be made to his ac. Latest today.
