Consumer Redressal

I have a complain against IDBI Federal Life Insurance Company Ltd for misguiding and misleading me at the time of doing a policy. I was only interested in onetime investment policy and the bank representative made the policy that is based on yearly premium. I am not in a financial condition to continue the yearly premium basis policy. So I tried to cancel the policy. But the company refused to cancel the same. Also they use fake address and phone number against the policy.
