Two HDFC policies with numbers 17370985 and 17313626 with yearly premiums of Rs 2,00,000/- and Rs 30,000/- were issued by HDFC Life through an agent Mr ARUN BHATTACHARYYA of AB Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd, Code 00540772, License No. 455. using my HDFC Bank credit card forging my signatures. Please take necessary steps and instruct HDFC Life to cancel the HDFC SL policies No 17313626 and 17370985 immediately and reimburse my money. I would also strongly urge you to take necessary actions to compensate me for this mental harassment and revoke the license of this particular insurance broker as they are involved in forgery.
