My husband had booked tickets for me to travel to US with Make my trip in US $. But later there was a change in the surname as i had to include his name and not my father's name. No such facilities were given by them. So he cancelled my tickets on jan 17. Till today he didnt receive the refund money. Make my trip answers that they have initiated the process from their side and asks as to enquire the bank. But they have actually not done anything.
