I have applied for a policy in TALIC last year with C114956710 & C111832688 with a premium of Rs 375000. They are not accepting my renewal based on medical ground of Hepatitis B without any medical test. My policy is in lapse mode and no coverage is provided nor the money is refunded.How can a company decline a policy on medical ground without any medical test.I have lost full trust on th TALIC and has requested for money refund which they are not ready to do.Kindly assist me in getting my hard earned money refund from TALIC.
