Consumer Redressal

I had booked a ticket from Easy Go Trip on 20th Dec'2014 from Hyderabad to Delhi with payment of Rs 8385.Waited for long for the ticket but the message came "ticket under process" and was not confirmed till I reached Airport.Tried to call several times their Customer care 8080144002 but no response,dropped message on Live Chat for cancelling the ticket. Received a mail from them that Ticket has been cancelled with reference no C:127 and the money will be refunded in 9 days. Kept on calling their Customer Care but no response. Since then I have sent 4-5 mails at their email support@easygotrip.com but no reply. Still my money is not refunded. Looks like they are a cheat Company as there are so many complaints against them regarding non refund of booking amount after ticket not getting confirmed. How can I get my money back and also protecting other citizens being duped by them.
