Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I am a subscriberfor Shriram chits, at their YEMMIGANUR branch of Andhra Pradesh. I have won the chit( after44 months) in the auction on 20th Dec 2014. As per the agreement, I am supposed to get the prized money within one month time from the date of auction i.e, 20th Dec 2014. But now even after a elapse of 55 days, I could not get the amount. When I tried to talk with the local branch manager, he is answering quite irresponsibly. Now I request the authorities concerned please intervene and see that the amount would be paid immediately along with the interest @ 18% from the due date.
