Dear Sir,
With regards to inform you that I was purchased a policy from Shriram Life Insurance on sep 2014 as per benefits which was described his executive. But when I received my policy and learn that was totally different. So-that I was applied for cancellation my policy between 7 days from received date. His executive came and take my policy bond. He kept my policy bond to him self without further any action. When I call him he don't pick my phone. When I visit his home he told me working under process. After three months he back my policy bond and told
me cancel your policy by yourself and laughed very high. In between I call customer care no180030006116 but not satisfied response from their.
Kindly help me for cancel my policy.
