Dear Sir, STATE BANK OF INDIA,KARIMGANJ,ASSAM.CODE-0109, PHONE NO.-03843-266995, doesnot provide any loan recovery statement of personal loan besides my requests time & again.This amounts to negligency of the authority & against the RIGHT TO GET INFORMATIONS. Recently the B.M. agreed to provide the same & debit a sum of Rs 112 from my account for that purpose as service charge but unfortunately till after a week said authority has not provided me with the abovementioned document ..which is urgently required .
