My ICICI Pru life pension policy No.01358262 is got matured on 4th Feb 2015 & I have submitted my document to ICICI Prudential Panjil Goa Office on 6th Feb 2015. But they refuse to pay my entire maturity amount & and ask me to take one third of maturity amount & pension leaving me No other option. According I have submitted my Annuity & they promised me they will make the payment by 6to7 days time. But even after 15days they have not paid the one third maturity amount for me & keep on giving me the date due to which I am very much in tension. Please do the needful to resolve my case.
