I had purchased a term policy from HDFC LIFE on 6th February & paid Rs15260 online. The proposal no. was generated 7 days later which was not acceptable. I had put a complaint on 10th Feb for refund of money but till date they have not refunded the money. My proposal no. is 17417797. Inspite of repeated calls & mails to them they are not refunding the money. Pls help
