Consumer Redressal

This is to inform you that I have taken a housing loan (A/c No. 50003948926) from Allahabad Bank five years ago and successfully repaid the full amount by June 2013. Once repaid Allahabad bank Tollyguanj Branch issued me 'No Outstanding Certificate' and returned all my documents which were held with them as security, except my original Mother Deed of the property which was mortgaged against the loan. I am being harassed and given all baseless excuses for last eight months, every time I approached them for my Deed rightfully. I am in acute need to sell the property, which could not happen till date due to the bank's fallacy. In the process have lost my time and money for no fault of mine. I respectfully request you to look into the issue and organise to return me my original property deed and compensate me the financial loses, which I could have earned (accrued income) if your bank would have returned me my papers on time immediately.
