I have salary account in HDFC bank from last 5.5 years. Now they have deducted Rs.561 from my account with my notice or permission as a result one of my check bounced. When i call him they said it is demat account charges, but I have never applied for demat account and never in last 5 years such charges is deducted from my account. Now from last 10 days they are harrasing me and not closing my demat account. please help.
