Following is the email I had forwarded to Insurance Ombudsman for taking up my compliant filed against United India Insurance company Limited, who had rejected 3 out of our 4 eligible .
I am writing this letter with great amount of grief and agony as my
complaint has not even attented even after 1 full year of its occurrence of
the event. Please refer to the reference of the Complaints filed with your
office on various dates. I request you to take this on record and give us
the desirable justice.*

Even though 1.5 years has passed since the incident date no action has been taken by Insurance ombudsman, Kochi despite several reminders.
