Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir I am jai prakash baghotia, Student by profession, and have been preparing for govt jobs in Delhi. I purchased one samsung tab t311 worth Rs. 25000 to study online material available. Along with tab I purchased insurance policy of royal green services. They offered me a service of any damage caused by unusual damage to this produt. I got my tab cracked on 3rd Jan 2015 and submitted the same to my insurance provider. In their policy they were claiming to provide service within 12-15 days but they have not communicated anything to me. I have been trying to contact them through mails or phone calls but of no use. I am now hopeless and caused lots of damage to my time and mental peace. please help me in this matter. I do not know what to do and where to go.
