I had booked e-gift voucher worth Rs5000/- in make my trip on 30.01.15 through sbi internet banking, but due to server problem the transaction got failed but amount(Rs 5000/-) was deducted from my account. I registered a complaint on 31.01.15 in sbi as well as make my trip but still i havn't recd my money nor the gift voucher till date.After 1 mth i was informed by SBI that the money has been transfered to make my trip & i have to contact make my tri for the refund/voucher.But there is no response from make my trip till date.
