Consumer Redressal

Hi Team, I have taken loan Bike which I have financed from BAJAJ finance. I have always maintained sufficient funds in my Account so that amount get automatically deducted but its not happening from past 2 months. I have provided bank statement as well to BAJAJ FINANCE as a proof but still they are putting fine on me rather escalating ICICI Bank on the same. They dont respond not pick call . They are pressuring me and making me unnecessarily deafulter by putting fine. Please escalate it.
