Consumer Redressal

Dear sir i have booked an air ticket through makemytrip.com . jouney date 10th of September 2014 from Srinagar to newdelhi.But due to flood reason the flights were delayed . and i have to cancel my ticket . So i didn't get the refund amount which is 2803Rs . From about 4 months i m not able to receive my refund amount. By booking Id is NF2202536011753. My name is Umar Manzoor. I have contacted various times to customer support executive but they said your amount will be refunded withen 4 working days all the time every customer support executive repeats the same thing.But i didn't receive the refund amount yet. I have already send my bank account statement to support@makemytrip.com . Then the customer support executive said me we apologise for this.all the time every one says that payement has been done by our side .But i didn't understand were the amount goes . im continuously checking my bank account statement but i didn't receive the amount. Now my request to u is that plz. look into this matter. --
