i have made a mediclaim policy from national insurance fro past 5 years i was paying the premium regularly, meanwhile the last year premium was paid but cheque got dishonoured and last year my brother was admitted to appolo hospital we requested the co an agent both for the claim they misleaded us that u will recd the claim quiclky but it didnt work penaalise the co and agent not intimating the policyholder for dishonour of cheque and agent name was jhabar mal nahata
