Consumer Redressal

Reliance General Insurance is not agreeing to pay for the claim I made for the broken front Car Glass. They say that it has already been there at the time of pre-inspection while it was not cracked actully at that time of inspection. Although there was a very minute unnoticable grain at that time which certainly doesnt explain the big crack which seems to be caused by some one throwing a stone on the glass. The insurance company as I understand is misusing its terms & conditions to not pay up for the loss. Please Help.
