A/c No.-32373208746, Industrial Estate Kanpur(Branch Code-000219) Dear Sir, This is bringing to your kind notice that I have above mentioned operative savings bank account in State Bank of India, Industrial estate Kanpur a Rajeev Kumar Pandey. When I checked my bank statement on 18-Feb-2015, I found there was Two Wrong transactions were made by bank. The details of these two txns are given below- 1. DEBIT SWOS 00000000219 16-FEB-15 708 S10A001113001 4591 Rs.4000/- , dated 18.02.2015 2. TO TRANSFER TX 9563 S1ANPRB0 32373208746 Rs.3000/-, dated 18.02.2015 The same transactions were not done by me, and I was really shocked to see that Rs.7000/- has been debited from my account. When I spoke to the Branch official Shri Dhirendra Shukla & Alok Dixit about the same, They told me that the Txn. At Sl No.(2) was debited becoz I withdraw an amount Rs3000/- through ATM on 16-Feb-2015 and due to technical reason the same was not deducted from my account and hence they deduc
