I have 2 Endowment Champion Suvidha policies with HDFC life . Policy numbers - 13899466 and 13899233. I had raised fund switch request on 12th Mar ,2015 which has not been completed till 15th Mar due to which I am not able to raise other fund switch request .HDFC life is supposed to complete fund switch requests with 24 hours if they are raised before 3 PM on week days . This negligence on the part of HDFC life has caused me not only monitory loss but also causing mental stress as I am not able to invest my funds in market .The same problem I have been facing in past also .
