Consumer Redressal

Respected Sir, It is submitted that on dated 29.11.2011 I have been appointed in Central University of Himachal Pradesh from Judicial Department of Himachal Pradesh. After some time, I inquired from nsdlcra whether it is possible to shift the PRAN from one state Govt. Sector to another Central Govt. Sector. The response was given by nsdlcra as it is impossible to shift the PRAN from state to Centre Govt. or Centre Govt. to State Govt. It is better to withdrawal the amount from nps account of previous deptt. (Copy enclosed). During long correspondence of the same, the undersigned was still unaware from the rules of NSDL/PRAN as after the withdrawal of 20% of amount of the whole amount the rest of the account become frozen. And falls under the provision of Annuity in future. Now I am in fix, after getting knowledge of annuity. I am not in position to have the annuity right now as I am about 38 years old. I want to immerge both the PRAN into one PRAN but due to unawareness of the same I
