Dear sir/Madan
My Policy number is 127153681.I have complained atleast 5 times for correcting my date of birth, But
still my date of birth is not corrected.My actual date of birth is 07/02/1986 but while checking my date
of birth on website it was 01/02/1986.Please help me in correcting my Date of birth.
