I have tried booking ticket on Goibibo site on 13th march at 1120 pm for BLR-FRA-BLR sector and the transaction was successful and the amount got deducted from my net banking account of 33067/-, but the message I got was payment failed and the ticket was not booked, then I got a link form Goibibo saying to retry the payment and I did the same again the same problem occurred the payment went thru and the ticket was not booked. Thus in all I lost 33067+33067= 66134 amount from my bank account.
Then I dropped a mail and even contacted the customer care, they said the status is showing pending in their system
Due to all this the ticket fare went up by almost 4000/- and due to this I have to book the ticket at 36032/- on 14th march 2015 with PNR no: FRMYZB which is confirmed.
due to neglegence from goibibo i still havent recieved my 66132/- and over and above i have paid extra 3000/- to book a tkt becoz of goibibo mistake.
kindly help me in getting my amount and the extra amount paid back
