Consumer Redressal

Am a senior citizen and an Sb a/c holder of UBI,New Maniktala Br(A/c no. 0082010037991).They have introduced Application cum undertaking for issuance of pesonalised cheque book for new cheque books.I submitted same on March 12,2015.On March18,2015 I received an SMS from VK-UBIBNK at 10.46 hrs that cheque has been courired through Speed post under no.EW 017152138IN.As i did not receive it till yesterday I tracked thru Indian post site and found No Information.I mailed to their North regional office after failing to contactct over phone or theit Toll Free No.without response. I am totally stuck for payments outside and for my own personal use. Approaching you for redressal.Thanks
