I renew my Old policy 10110148138500004211 on dated 3rd Feb'15 online , as your agent Mr.ASHOKE PODDAR (channel code 101101 / 604618 , IRDA License no. 58) doesn't respond to renew the policy made by him only.But till date I am not received the ID card.
Now I personally talk to TPA (M/S Genins India Ltd) and refuse to take responsibility to issue the ID card as it renew Online.
Being such trusted Insurance company , I never expect such service from your end. Hope I will get a prompt response along with solution. Here I am attaching the Receipt copy of new policy for your ready reference & record.
