I have taken the mediclaim policy from Bharti Axa General Insurance company for my father & applied for the claim.Policy no-Q0033176(Md Hasibul Ahsan).But the company not approved the cashless & reimbursement claim.The company not giving any reply for the denial case.I have sent the documents ut they have not replied properly.i need your support to approve the claim.
