I have booked 1 hotel named : Resort Hirak Jayanti at Mandarmoni , today from ibibo.com , but after makeing the payment when i have called the hotel number they have informed me that there was no contract between hotel and ibibo.com so my rooms are not confirmed and that will be never confirmed. this IBIBO.COM are making false advertisement and booking to cheat customers and grab our money .kindly help me and other customers who are suffering like me.
