Dear Sir,
We purchase ticket from sun travel for Air india. and due to late arrive in airport Air india is refuse to board but they stamp in ticket for Full refund. When we went to Air India office they told us to make request to your travel agent to get refund from Air India express and they will refund to our travel agents. Our travel agents refuse to do.
