Consumer Redressal

In march starting I gave 40,000 rupees to my brother to deposit in my bank account which is in ICICIBANK RT Nagar at the depositing time they told amount is correct and my brother returned back to home And in the evening same day they called me told sir there was a denomination mistake in your deposit everything else is alright, is anything thing serious about that ? They told no. Next day morning I went there to tell them thank about such a good corporation but as I reached there they started telling me that there was a 500 rupees less in 40,000. I gave them 500 as I thought my brother would have taken it for his use but when I asked my brother afterwards he told he had deposited whole 40,000 . Again I called them and asked this is how they do their service to their customers at the time of there deposit they tell everything is fine cash is correct and later they tell no some amount is missing. Apart from this I again told them that fine let them keep 500 extra which I gave them
