Consumer Redressal

This is to draw your kind attention to the fact that I renewed my Reliance 4 wheeler insurance(Policy Number : 1501552311004322).Surprisingly when I called Helpdesk on 3rd Apr,according to helpdesk agents the policy is not updated and they don't have a "pdf" copy of it updated.I received the soft copy of the policy which is attached herewith. My experience was only getting better when I spoke with a supervisor named Mujahid who insisted that I should contact local office and the car showroom as they are the right person to help.After much insistence he assured me that by monday i.e. 6th Apr this would be taken care of and the policy would be updated.He even went on to say he is escalating this and would send me an sms with the "ticket" number which I never received till date.I called the helpdesk today again and to my surprise nothing was done
