I have taken housing loan from India Bulls in Aug’12. Part disbursal was done based on which Pre-EMi was paid till date. Bank requested to downsize the loan account to avail revised ROI on 30th March 2013. Now the India bull thane branch misplaced the documents and down sizing was not done till I approach them on 24th april. Till date they never gave proper answers. Now they are accepting of delay from their end on phone but not on mail. Because of this I have to pay pre-emi of Rs. 9578/- for the period 01-30 April 2013 instead of period 01-10April’2013. I need your help to get my money back on additional hit due to delay from India bull end.
