I had Santro car regd number HR 22E 5094 with me which was insured by National insurance company with the policy no. 42030131126165001129.
It was theft & I claimed the same with the insurance company. All required documents & keys & FIR & FR reports were submitted to the insurance company on time.
However, insurance company rejected the claim by saying that there was NCB taken which is incorrect while renewal of the insurance policy.
My point is that if there is something missing regarding the NCB then it should be notified at the same time of renewal of policy rather then after 10 months while claiming the theft of the car. It's costing me more than 2 Lacs & requesting you to please help me in this.
