My Postal life insurance policy bearing number 291545C dated 27/12/79 for ₹10000/- has since matured and original policy and other related documents were submitted back in May 2014 to the PLI OFFICE at KALYANI. My repeated e mails etc telephonic calls to DDM PLI in Kolkata also could not able to have payment. The policy was booked by pli officials at Ballia UP.Most of the premium were paid in post offices in WB since 1981. My request that final payment along with applicable interest thereon from reasonable date should be credited to my bank account at SBI,KALYANI BR bearing number 11151094280.
