Hi Sir,
This is regarding the refund of one of my booking with goibibo. Its been 22 days but till now they have not processed the refund. Everytime i call their customer care they said they have forwarded the complain to their back-end team and will refund the amount in next 24 hours. I have called them more than 10 times but everytime they said that it will be done in next 24 hours and when i call after 24 hours they again say the same thing and today 22 days have passed but refund is not done till now. Today when i asked their executive to transfer the call to their supervisor, he disconnected the call.
