this is the complaint against Thomas Cook
The agent has agreed to give discount during the time of tour to dubai
Now after two months have been passed the discount is nt given by the Thomas Cook Kolhapur branch
This was this worst experience from my side
Because I have tried so many to call them but no response
I kindly request to the give the discount amount.
