I have applied for new connection through online link (http://www.youbroadband.in/onlinesales_crf.php?id=2015041312692) on 14-04-2015, which customer care (onlinesales.ni@youbroadband.co.in) has send and paid the payment.
They said that within 3 days I will get the connection. But even after two week they are not responding to my emails or phones.
