Hi,
This is to inform you that i have booked my Air ticket (time 2.13pm dt.1st of May 2015) from Kolkata to Guwahati for journey dt. 2nd May 2015, timing 6.00am, with goibibo application, but they didn't provide any ticket, but amount has been deducted from my account Rs. 3352.00.
From there side only received one mail regarding that your ticket is in process and your Booking ID (GOFLDAND0eb20143046981)
Please look on this matter to reversal of my full amount and loss.
