I purchased a travel insurance and paid Rs.5216 to ICICI Lombard for a time period of 35 days from 27th October to 30th November 2015 for canada but was unable to travel during this period and requsted ICICI to return the money and was assured by the officials that the money would be returned but now they are reluctent to talk regarding this but a written request was again sent demanding a cancellation but I got no reply and request you to order them to kindly return the money.
