SIr i have used SBI atm for withdraw a amount of 1000 rs on 3rd april. bit due to some technical problem of that ATM i only got 600 rupess.on 4th i register that complent through my bank and my bank is ICICI. the registered my complent.2 times but two times SBI bank closed my request. as they said that the transection was successful so we unable to refund you that money. sir i am a student . so plz help me out for that .its not a metter of 4OO rupess its a matter of loyelty.
