Sir, I jagdev Kumar S/o Sh. Nanar Ram R/o VPO-Bahal, Distt, Bhiwani, Haryana is carrying on business of trading of electronic items in the name of Dev Trading Company, VPO- Bahal, Near PNB, Distt-Bhiwani, Haryana. I took cash Credit limit of Rs 10 Lacs vide my A/c No. 50123233069 from Allahabad Bank Branch, VPO-Bahal, Distt-Bhiwani, Haryana and my all items of the shop were insured by the bank for fire and theft through Universal Sompo General Insurance Company vide Policy No. 293952752662-01-000, Karnal Branch. The amount of Manager Ms Anshu Priya, Allahabad Bank, Bahal, Branch, Distt-Bhiwani, Haryana. But the Manager did not inform the insurance company in time whereas I submitted all required documents to the bank next day itself. She showed a lackalasdial attitude towards and did not take any step in this regard. insurance installment has been deducted from my above said A/c regularly. On the intervening night of Dec20-21/2013 a burglary took place in my above said shop. FIR
