Hi, I want to raise complaint against IDBI. Policy Name : IDBI Federal Incomesurance Endowment and Money Back Plan Policy num: 4000565573 Policy term : 20 years Premium Payment term : 15 years I want to discontiue the above IDBI policy. I have paid one installemnt premium of 100000. When I called the customer call center, they are saying that the preium cannot be returned to me. If IDBI takes some service charges and give me the remaining amount it is OK for me. But they say no amount acan be returned to me. This is complete cheating. My amount was there with for past 2 years and they could have made some investments. But they are saying nothing can be given to me. I want to take action against IDBI. Regards, Ravi
