I had made a booking for a airport pickup from OLA Cabs booking reference no CRN 81137111 to pick me and wife from airport on 13th May 11.20 pm. when I came out of the airport by 11.00 pm I had not received any sms on my pickup vehicle. I waited till 11.40 pm but there was no information given to me. When I called up your office in Cochin they said your pickup has not be scheduled due to lack of cab in that area.on repeated enquiry your office sent me a msg giving me number of driver when i called him he had no idea of the trip.
